Peter did an excellent job on tinting and installing full frontal PPF on my Tesla. I love the convenience of his mobile service! He does require that you have an enclosed garage with an electric outlet for certain services so keep that in mind. I initially emailed him to inquire about getting a quote for the services I wanted done. I gave him a call once my car was delivered to me. He was very thorough in explaining the differences in the types of services I wanted done and the maintenance required. I appreciated that he provided me with all the information before I went ahead an scheduled an appointment with him so I could be more informed. We split up the tint and PPF appointments since both require lots of time for proper installation. Both days he arrived on time, wearing a mask, and was very courteous. His quoted times for working on the car were spot on too. I called around to multiple car shops and his prices are very reasonable and competitive for the quality of work and brands he uses. I drove my new car in after work traffic and realized just how important window tint is in Hawaii! I asked around for referrals and one of my friend's told me about their great experience with Peter from Jun's Tinting and how he is mobile and can work out of your garage. I messaged him through Yelp and he was quick to message back with an estimate. I decided on the ceramic tint for my windows and front windshield. The price was fair and we set up an appointment. On the day of the appointment, Peter arrived on time and set out to work, but then discovered he didn't have a tool that he needed so we had to reschedule. That was a bit of a pain, but he was apologetic and we're all only human. The second time around the tint was applied without a glitch and he lowered my bill to make up for the first mishap. I just got a brand new BMW that was less than 1 week old. I decided to go with Jun's tinting because he did a really good friends Lamborghini Aventador special edition Black Matte and he had pic's posted on his yelp page. My friend is really particular about his cars, so instead of booking the appointment with T&T Tinting, I decided to give Peter at Jun's Tinting a try. Scheduling an appointment was very easy. Peter responded very quickly and my appointment was set. Since my garage is a gym, I did not have an open garage for Peter to work in, he offered to do the tinting service at his friends shop in Kapolei. On the day of my appointment, I dropped my car off and 2 or so hours later, my car was complete. Yay, that was fast. My last car took 4+ Hours at T&T. When i went to pick up my car, we noticed a few air bubbles and Peter advised me that those would go away within a week or so. We then noticed small particulars within some of these bubbles on at least 3 of the windows. I was starting to get a little bummed out because this did not happen with T&T Tinting. The ultimate winner was when I drove off and then noticed that there were scratches on my drivers window. He thought perhaps his squiggy or whatever may have made those scratches on the tint. I immediately called Peter and he responded quickly, I was so upset at this point that I just asked him to take the tint off which is did the next day. However, the scratches were still there!!! Scratches on my brand new BMW Window! Again, called Peter and he returned my call. At this point, he would not admit to being at fault for the scratches and said that I may have done it with my seat belt or that the scratches were there already and when he pulled off the tint they were more obvious. Whatever, I am NOT a tint expert, all I know is that the car was less than a week old, I had no scratches when I dropped the car off and there was no way a seat belt could have made those type of scratches. Peter then offered to pay half of the cost to fix the window, he said for customer service and he refunded my money. Next day, took my car in and they basically had to replace my entire window and had to get a loaner car for an entire week while this took place. I was also told that some door parts were not put back on correctly, but let's not even get into that. All in all and scratch aside since he may or may not have done it as he said. The tint job was done very poorly with multiple dust particles underneath the tint. I am sure that he does do good work since my friends tint was awesome, but perhaps he was rushed that day. For me. Lesson learned, I will go to the tinting shop who has never failed me in the past and that does stellar work on all of my cars. read more

Peter was awesome from the first time i called him with plenty questions. He was very helpful, patient, and very thorough about explaining the different tints and prices. He was very prompt when he came for do the tint on my truck and very easy going, good buggah for talk story with. He is a perfectionist and did a excellent job on the tint. My passenger window had a little glue left from previous tint which was removed by previous owner. When Peter was checking over that window he pointed it out to me (barely noticeable) I not even sure I would have noticed it. Peter was not happy with that mark so he removed tint and started all over again without me even saying anything.
