I reached out to a bunch of places for info and pricing, and Ray got back to me super fast. He answered all of my 21 questions (lol) with no problem and was really easy to talk to. I had just picked up my new Tesla and told him we'd be heading straight to his shop. It was a busy weekend for him (which says a lot about how popular he is). As soon as we pulled up, he greeted us and took time to explain next steps. There's a seating area if you want to wait while he works, or you can just drop off your car. What really impressed me is that Ray hand-cuts every tint to fit your specific windows, no machines involved. His precision and skill show that he has truly mastered his craft. Less than two hours after we dropped the car off, it was done. And wow, what a difference! The tint looks amazing, and you can really feel the quality. No heat coming through the windows at all. Ray was great! I wouldn't hesitate to go back to him. He was really easy to talk to and to schedule with. For only removing tint off of 3 windows, he and his friend were done within 20 minutes. I was having difficulty seeing out of my 2017 Honda Accord back window and the film had minor air pockets distorting vision, especially at night. I actually sent my initial quote request to another tinting company, but Google has this neat feature where they take your same request and ask if you want to send it to other merchants. So simple. Ray's was on that list. About an hour later, I got my quote from Ray's. About an hour after that, I was confirming my appointment. Worst tinting experience EVER. Price was cheap, but painfully learned that you get what you pay for. Booked an appointment, showed up on time and Ray and his team of two young boys were just getting started on a car that was late for the previous appointment slot. Waited an hour and a half to get my car started on. Guess that's the price of not being late got my tint done, and once the water bubbles disappeared my detailer noticed debris in between the tint and glass. Messaged Ray about it and was told that was normal (see screen shots of texts). Ray offered to redo the windows so I booked an appointment. Day of appointment, I texted him at 2:05 on the day of to confirm we're good for my 3pm appointment. He said yes (see screenshots). Once again, showed up on time and what do you know?! He's JUST getting started on another car that he supposedly "didn't know about". I asked for a refund, then Ray said he has to remove the tint. Okay, that's understandable. BUT he left lots of sticky residue on the windows, all in the base of the window AND didn't even remove the tint of the back smaller windows of my 4runner because he said it would ruin the reception for my radio read more

We recently moved to the island from California where the window tint laws are a lot less restrictive.
