There's a small, shared lot with extremely limited parking, as well as little to nonexistent street parking. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted by Marcus, who was hard at work on a vehicle, but took the time to extend hospitality and invite me into their comfortable, air conditioned waiting room equipped with a tv, unisex bathroom and complimentary bottled water. Riley, the owner, who's been in this industry since 2012, was also there to greet me and check in my vehicle. This shop provides Global Window tinting products, so I chose the QDP Ceramic Charcoal 42% for this particular application. Since my vehicle had old window film, the appointment took longer than expected due to the challenges of removing and thoroughly cleaning residual dust and debris before applying the new film. Despite how difficult the circumstances turned out to be, Riley and Marcus persevered and meticulously worked through each obstacle with the greatest of care. The individuals at Flawless Tinting are such good and kind and top notch people. Their flawless performance and excellence in customer service set them apart. The tint film on my side windows (done by another company) were deteriorating and flaking all over the interior. I was reminded of my scheduled date and time through automated text messages. I ordered a small SUV QDP ceramic tint with visor strip to go along with the existing film removal. I arrived at their shop a bit earlier than my scheduled appointment. Riley greeted me and asked a couple of question regarding the tint percentage I wanted. Heard about this place on IG. Saw that they had all amazing reviews (43 reviews and they were all 5 star) and thought, let's give them a shot. Sent a message and got a reply within 15 with quote, tint type and appointment availability. Had been searching for a good place to tint, I had received estimates between $800 and $1000 from a "well known and long time in the business tint shop", but I could not justify spending that type of money on tint. Booked for the next morning with Flawless Tint because the price was fair, and Riley was extreme attentive when it came to show me the different types of tint and the percentage of light and heat that each one provided. Dropped that car off and explained what I wanted done and how I wanted it done. I felt comfortable leaving my car with Riley. He even contacted me to let me know that he would need an additional 30 minutes because "HE" was not satisfied with how the rear window looked. That's what I call attention to detail AND standing behind your work. I was presently surprised when he called an hour and a half earlier than the promised time to let me know that everything looks great and the car will be ready when I got there. I arrive to see my car parked AND wiped down. Not a water spot on the car anywhere. As Riley was explaining to me about the tint, his team continued to "catch water" that was dripping from the seams. Literally just got done getting my brand new Audi tinted by Riley. Looks good. Got 35% Ceramic tint all around and also the clear windshield tint. There are a few bubbles which should clear after a week or so....probably sooner since it's been pretty sunny past few days. The installation looks clean, well done, and it really does look pretty "flawless." Asked a bunch of other tint places for quotes, mostly the bigger, well known companies and I obviously read up on some YELP reviews but decided to take a chance on Flawless Tinting after stumbling upon is Instagram page. Riley gave me an affordable quote for Ceramic and he had an opening on my day off so I decided to put my trust in him to do a good job...which he did! Some tips for you guys. He's a one-man show and does it in his garage so just let your GPS take you to the address and pull up into the driveway. It takes a couple hours so be patient. Been going here to get a few of my cars tinted. Usually does a good job. Last visit felt rushed. Missed a spot on one of my windows and was told to come back and he can fix it. Thinking like wait what? Wouldn't it be your responsibility to get back to me when you're free? Anyway great value and quality.
