I reached out to a bunch of places for info and pricing, and Ray got back to me super fast. He answered all of my 21 questions (lol) with no problem and was really easy to talk to. I had just picked up my new Tesla and told him we'd be heading straight to his shop. It was a busy weekend for him (which says a lot about how popular he is). As soon as we pulled up, he greeted us and took time to explain next steps. There's a seating area if you want to wait while he works, or you can just drop off your car. Before, getting into my car after a long day at work felt like I was getting into a sauna running at full blast, and driving on sunny days made me feel like I was cooking alive in my car (the UV protection is also a godsend--I'm very pale and burn so easily), even with the AC blasting. He quoted me $80 for tint removal which I had an illegal tint, which did not pass inspection. He took approximately 2 hrs to remove it. But then I decided since I was there, I better tint the whole car with legal tint. He was going charge me $300 bucks for everything, but then up the price cause I used credit card, to $320, plus tax... came out $335.18...at first I gave him rave reviews. But the next day, I found out my car antenna got ripped apart, mind you, it was storming that day, and I just went home afterwards and parked in my garage. It's a new car, and was never broken to begin with.... I would not recommend him to anyone... sorry Alan.
