This review is LONG overdue, but it's been about a year since I got my car windows tinted, and it still looks and feels as if I just got it done yesterday, so it just really goes to show how good the quality of the tinting Hi Tint does is. I was able to schedule an appointment fast and easy, and the second I walked in, Jeremiah and his team treated me like I was a good friend. Everyone was so professional and friendly, and he took his time to explain to me each option in detail, and the pros and cons of each package. He also helped me choose exactly how dark I wanted my tint to be, making suggestions when I was unsure. I ended up picking their premium option and I couldn't be happier. Before, getting into my car after a long day at work felt like I was getting into a sauna running at full blast, and driving on sunny days made me feel like I was cooking alive in my car (the UV protection is also a godsend--I'm very pale and burn so easily), even with the AC blasting. Now, it's so much cooler getting in, and it also cools down MUCH faster as well, making summer driving way more bearable. The appointment didn't even take long at all. I dropped my car off, went out for brunch nearby, and it was done right as I was finishing up my meal, and I am NOT a slow eater. When I picked up my car, Jeremiah explained the aftercare process to me very simply and concisely, which was very easy to follow, and I was provided an aftercare package! While I will admit it was a little pricer compared to other businesses when I was shopping around (and I DID get the most expensive option, so I'm sure even if you're on a budget, the cheaper options are just as good), with the level of care and effort the team put in, as well as the lifetime warranty that's included, I'd say it was well worth the price. I'm so happy with my tint and would highly recommend Hi Tint to anyone that's looking for great quality and care! From beginning to end, I could not have asked for a better tinting experience. I requested tinting quotes through the Yelp app. Three different companies came over to my condo to give quotes. Among them, Jared from HI Tint was responsive, showed up on time, professional, and courteous at the initial quote appointment. From the moment I checked in until the time I left, everyone was amazing. Jarod took the time to explain all the different products they have and the pros and cons of each. They also have a cool device that will allow you to feel the difference in heat rejection based on the film type. The work completed was meticulously done and they treated my car like their own. I got my car back exactly as I left it. I was also able to see the work being completed from their waiting area, which was very clean, comfortable and stocked with amenities. Once I drove away, I realize I messed up and the tint I chose for the back window is too dark, which was going to be an issue for other drivers in my household. I called them about 15 minutes after I left to ask if I can go clear and they told me to bring it back and they will fix it for me. I was fully prepared to pay for my mistake but the owner. Jeremiah, would have none of it. He just wanted to make sure that I was taken care of and happy with their service. Amazing!!! Finally, the amount that I paid for the window tint was very reasonable. My husband called to schedule for a Saturday appointment. Jeremiah answered right away and was able to book us for April 13th at 2pm. We arrived at the warehouse and the showroom was very clean and spacious. Everything you need was available if you wanted to wait - a sitting area, coffee, and snacks. My husband and I opted for dropping the car off and coming back for it later, but the waiting room area is such a nice touch! My car took about 3 hours to do, which was perfect since we had errands to run during that time. Before starting Jeremiah does a quick walk through with you to verify the tint you want. I opted for the darkest legal tint for my 2023 4Runner. It's been about two weeks since install and the tint looks so good and works well!! The car isn't scorching anymore when I get inside during daylight hours. The price we paid for the quality was very fair. First off, let me just say that I've been to a couple tinting places and I'm not gonna say their names but the customer service was OK. Going to HI tint exceeded my expectations on quality, customer service, and value. The price that he quoted for me was reasonable and fair. I called them two or three times initially scheduling my appointment that same day and then needing to change it last minute because it wouldn't work with my schedule only to change it back to the original appointment because it finally worked out and they didn't make it seem like I was inconveniencing them. The biggest problem for me in dealing with companies in general is that they make me feel like I am an inconvenience to them and as a customer, you shouldn't feel like that.
