The second time was for family shirts to support my son at his football games. Winfred was very helpful with the process. Because of NCAA rules with licensing & compliance - the shirts needed several rounds of approval from the University of Hawai'i - very detailed. I just walked in today and asked for 300 postcards and a poster design and the design and printing was completed within the day. I usually do banners and thy are ready in 1-2 days. I always work with Joanna and she is always positive and provides friendly customer service. I can email designs and pics and it speeds up the entire process. Some things to note are the parking situation. There is very limited parking spaces in the lot and parking is tight. Also, on a few occasions, I've been there at opening hours and they opened up late. I recommend you call before you drive there. I will continue shopping there.

Normally I send my order to Office Depot for same day printing but I called and they said they wouldn't be able to print it that day. Then I went to Walgreens who said they're backed up 4 days. Went to UPS store they couldn't help me either. I was losing hope and praying bc i didn't want my son to be the only one without a poster or banner (I found out a day before that he was walking and had to scramble finding pictures and designing). I remembered this shop in Kapolei and called. Say helped me and said absolutely he could have it printed within 2 hours. He even emailed me first so I could email back my file to print with instructions. I sent him 3 files for 3- 18x24 poster boards and told him which is the main one I need if he can't print them all. He called me to clarify and said he could print them all and attach them to poster boards within 2 hours. He actually had them ready within 1 hour and cleared counter space for me to attach my sticks to the boards. The posters printed matte, while i would've preferred glossy, but hey, my son had boards! Wonderful customer service, accommodated my last minute order & price was very good too at $36/ea (cheaper than Office Depot). 5 stars all the way! P.S. they have USPS services for your mailing/shipping needs!

Zero clue this existed so zero orders taken from family/friends. It's become such a tradition to celebrate our seniors, I wanted to make it happen but of course panic set in! I used Chad's company to print shirts before. I knew he could make it happen, so I reached out to him on Monday. He gave me the estimated pricing and turnaround time (same week) - it's a small order. I got him the art that day too. That night he sent me the mock up of the art on the shirt and I got him the final quantities on Tuesday morning. He sent me an invoice via email and I paid online, which makes the process easy. I just picked up the shirts this afternoon (Friday). WOW!!! While I can't guarantee you that Chad can always work this quickly as I'm sure he's busy, I can say he will try his best, he estimates his time frames well and his pricing is reasonable. He can also do smaller quantities. I had reached out to a couple of companies because of not knowing who would be able to turn something around quickly. Honestly, he's the first and only person who could fulfill my order at such a last minute request. So WE ARE truly grateful! MAHALO CHAD! Everyone else either couldn't do my order in such a short notice. I forgot to do an order for shirts for the funeral and only had a week-half to do it. So when I did a price quote on Yelp, he was the first to respond and asked when did I need it by. I told him I needed 6 different sizes within 10 days. He then asked me specs of the shirts so I gave it him. The design, colors, sizes of shirts & type of shirts. Within the next day, he said he'll email me a sample of what it would look like. And let him know that if I'm ok with it. In the meantime, everyone else was asking when I need the shirts by. So I told them within 10 days. 3 of them said it's too short of a notice, 1 said they could only do orders of 50 bulk or more, another said they could do it but only 5 of the 6 sizes I needed. Although they did quote me MUCH LOWER PRICE, I needed that last size! 5 wasn't going to do it! Then the last one asked me to send them the specs of what I needed and then they'd be able to tell me if they could do it or not. HOWEVER, I have already decided to go with CHAD. Even my hubby agreed with that as well. He was prompt, quick & helpful. We had no idea what we were doing. I figured he'd definitely drop us by the next day. But he didn't. He continued to work with us. Even after when I couldn't get the shirts I said I would get. He actually offered to help me get them. I'd just have to PAY UP FRONT FIRST. (I KNOW... BUT) I was like... "REALLY?! That would be super helpful!" Then he mentioned that I just need to make sure I KNEW exactly what type of shirts I wanted for each size. I didn't know if we should go with cotton or blended. He said I could do either-or for whatever sizes because they BOTH will cost the same amount. "Just know... cotton may be a bit tighter because it's thicker & blended might be a bit loose cause it's softer." At that moment, I knew what I wanted. So I sent him everything he needed to know and processed the payment within the hour. Yeah... sometimes it can be skeptical because you're not sure if they'll take your order and dig out, right?! NOPE! Nuh-uh... ‍ NOT CHAD! INFACT, he showed me couple different samples before finalizing the invoice. Once we gave the GREEN LIGHT he sent the invoice over and I made payment immediately & within 3 days he was done. I gave him the extra day because we didn't need it until 4 days from then. But he had to complete it before the weekend because they're closed. I needed for the following Monday. So he did us a solid! And it came out SUPER NICE! We were HAPPY WITH IT!
