I even said if they can't do it then just to tell me "NO", but I need to know because I have a deadline, but instead the guy loses it, yells at me in a threatening tone and tells me to "Come and pick my shit up" refusing service, not to mention, yesterday they told me they would squeeze me in yesterday night... Extremely unprofessional. Next time if you can't do the work, just nicely say "I'm sorry we would love to help you but we are completely booked" that's all you guys had to do. I just walked in today and asked for 300 postcards and a poster design and the design and printing was completed within the day. I usually do banners and thy are ready in 1-2 days. I always work with Joanna and she is always positive and provides friendly customer service. I can email designs and pics and it speeds up the entire process. Some things to note are the parking situation. There is very limited parking spaces in the lot and parking is tight. Also, on a few occasions, I've been there at opening hours and they opened up late. I recommend you call before you drive there. I will continue shopping there.

Zero clue this existed so zero orders taken from family/friends. It's become such a tradition to celebrate our seniors, I wanted to make it happen but of course panic set in! I used Chad's company to print shirts before. I knew he could make it happen, so I reached out to him on Monday. He gave me the estimated pricing and turnaround time (same week) - it's a small order. I got him the art that day too. That night he sent me the mock up of the art on the shirt and I got him the final quantities on Tuesday morning. He sent me an invoice via email and I paid online, which makes the process easy. I just picked up the shirts this afternoon (Friday). WOW!!! While I can't guarantee you that Chad can always work this quickly as I'm sure he's busy, I can say he will try his best, he estimates his time frames well and his pricing is reasonable. He can also do smaller quantities. I had reached out to a couple of companies because of not knowing who would be able to turn something around quickly.
