They helped me to design my idea to be even better than I could have even imagined it could be!!! Lastly Damon Richardson put it all together!!! This staff was so PROFESSIONAL, IMAGINATIVE, CARING, THOUGHTFUL, LOVING, HELPFUL, COMPASSIONATE.........I think you get the picture!!! Now I don't do reviews and I actually HATE TYPING OR ANY KIND OF PAPERWORK that's why I drive bus for a living!!! I just went into today 12/20/2016 and already I'm writing a review..........if you know me this speaks volumes of how I feel about this establishment..........THEY'RE THE BOMB DIGGATY!!!!!!! Lamination House can do all kinds of stuff!!! Not just flasks but posters, buttons, shirts, and just abut anything you can think of!!!! Laminate House is also easy to find........in Halawa just keep going straight at the traffic light you're already on Halawa Valley Rd., you'll go up the ramp just before the Pepsi Cola parking lot, turn left (that's the only way you can turn unless you like bang the wall, just kidding), go all the way down and look to the left and you'll see their sign. Now I don't know what happened with Shawn P....... but as for me they made templates on a clear plastic sheet and wrapped it around my flasks and showed me via email what it would look like on my flasks. Looking at these reviews I wish I could say the same thing. I was so extremely disappointed!! They kept beating around the bush saying they would have my shirts in within a week, then they had a shortage of materials, then the materials weren't in, then it was taking a while to design, and now here I am a month/ 30 days late and still have yet to receive my order!!! First of all, you are a LAMINATION COMPANY!! You should have the materials already on hand! That is what people go to you for. Second, if you arent able to have my shirts in "by next week" then just say that! Don't keep telling me, "yes we will have your shirts in" if they're not even in the process of being MADE! I have had a terrible experience here, there were so many people counting on me to give them a shirt, but I had to keep telling them over and over again it'll be in by next week... when really it's not!!! I am expecting a HUGE discount and for my shirts to be ready by the end of this week because if it's not I expect all my money back. Truly sad and frustrated. read more

When engraving flasks, be very specific may even better to draw a picture layout. We just emailed what we wanted. Would have been nice to get a confirmation call of what we emailed to assure that the layout was understood. But my daughter was ok with the engraving because she got the color flask she wanted & it was a good price. At least her boyfriend's flask (a Christmas gift) wasn't engraved & could be done elsewhere with a 24 hr turnaround rather than a couple days to a week with Lamination House. read more

i wish i could give them more stars, but im only allowed 5. i came in to get 4 shirts personalized. the staff was really helpful and seemed genuinely interested in helping me achieve what i wanted (extra points for being so friendly so and patient with me) because i kinda knew what i wanted, but they helped me put it together. the prices were more than reasonable and it only took them a day and a half to complete my shirts. any questions they had or changes they needed to make, they made sure they made me aware of before they made any decisions. i will definitely be using them in my future "personalizationing" of things. From the moment you walk in they are friendly and ready to assist. I just stopped in last week to inquire about getting some personalized flasks and they were able to help me out with a very short turn-around time. I wanted players names on each flask in a special font and in different colors. Damon found the PERFECT font and also took the time to text me samples to be sure to get the exact colors that I wanted. It was available for me to pick up the very next day!
