We received the order the afternoon before the event, but we were not able to use the men's shirts because the design was too big. We decided to use the women's tees for events. In our business, customer satisfaction is number one and we strive to make sure our customers are completely happy. I was not happy as a customer, therefore I reacted strongly. I now have to spend more money to purchase shirts with the correct design size, so I was upset. Since your response to the Yelp request was fast and you printed the shirts, I am adjusting my review to "3" because I was not satisfied with the customer service.

I took my time to write them good reviews on yelp and google as a way of saying thank you and helping a business. 2nd time around, husband of the lady grabs the phone, doesn't let me speak, completely loses his temper when all I was doing is politely asking the lady whether they can fix the print or not in a timely manner before sun goes down. I told her many times that IF they couldn't, it was okay. If they are booked it's not their fault, I understand I DID NOT push them, I just called to follow up because I have a deadline I need to meet. I even said if they can't do it then just to tell me "NO", but I need to know because I have a deadline, but instead the guy loses it, yells at me in a threatening tone and tells me to "Come and pick my shit up" refusing service, not to mention, yesterday they told me they would squeeze me in yesterday night... Extremely unprofessional. Next time if you can't do the work, just nicely say "I'm sorry we would love to help you but we are completely booked" that's all you guys had to do.
