Support Small business in Halawa Valley!…read more I enter many contests on Instagram. For example...Alohaish... I had never heard of this company, but they messaged me and stated that I won a "floral umbrella"... great! It rains often in Hawaii, so this item is very useful! Alohaish gave me the address where I was to pick up my prize. It's a cozy shop in Halawa Valley... pass Ani's Bakery and take a right. There was free street parking...yay! I entered the neatly organized store where there was a wide variety of merchandise such as caps, flasks, tank tops, hoodies, jewelry, t-shirts, pouches, and... reversible umbrellas. Have you ever seen one? Reversible umbrellas are so cool! They can stand up on their own. When you open them, the outside swings inward and stays dry when it rains... so that the wet surface will fold inward when you're done using the umbrella. I'm so happy to get one of these treasures! Now I know where to get more! I also saw a really nice shell necklace and I'm thinking about going back for a waterproof pouch... hmmm... Christmas is next week... I'm still making my list!

Thank you for the delivery, which you offered because the order was completed later than anticipated. We received the order the afternoon before the event, but we were not able to use the men's shirts because the design was too big. We decided to use the women's tees for events. In our business, customer satisfaction is number one and we strive to make sure our customers are completely happy. I was not happy as a customer, therefore I reacted strongly. I now have to spend more money to purchase shirts with the correct design size, so I was upset. Since your response to the Yelp request was fast and you printed the shirts, I am adjusting my review to "3" because I was not satisfied with the customer service.

Very, VERY late post: I apologize for the late post but life…read moregot chaotically hectic so now I have some time to finally write this long overdue review. Background: We had ordered our football team shirts through a mutual friend of ours who had done previous shirts for us. However, this time due to an emergency the order fell through and we had only a few days (LITERALLY like 2 days) to get these shirts for the kids as it was our gift to them for making it to the championship. Desperately searching, Wave Custom Teez responded and accepted! Pros: 1. The shirts are of good quality. We wanted just plain black cotton shirts and they had it in all the sizes we needed 2. They were able to print out the design we wanted on the shirts easily and without any modifications to them 3. They were sooooo accommodating especially with our last minute request. The logo design/name on the back of our shirts were slightly big and a little further down than we would have liked but considering the extremely last minute order, this is no fault of the company's as I'm sure if I had more time they would have easily accommodated my request. Also the shirts are pretty pricey and the price stays the same no matter what size you're getting (cost of an xs = cost of a 3xl) but again as it was super last minute, I expected the cost to be double, even triple what I originally paid for through my vendor. Thank you to Wave Custom Tees for making our shirts! The players loved it alot!

I wanted something meaningful as a centerpiece, so I designed a large wall banner and turned to Hybrid Design to bring it to life on a 5x7 vinyl banner. They delivered beyond expectations. I emailed them my image file one afternoon and the banner was ready the very next morning. Tai, the owner, stayed in touch throughout, keeping me updated and asking all the right questions. When my wife Lisa and I picked it up, Mark greeted us warmly and helped us figure out the best way to mount it. The quality was outstanding. The vinyl was thick and durable, and the image looked like a photo, crisp, vibrant, and professional. Their pricing was fair and the turnaround time couldn't have been better. We were truly impressed by the friendliness, speed, and attention to detail from the entire Hybrid Design team. Lisa and I are officially customers for life.
