I had the worst experience, I helped somebody open a business and I needed signs, banners and flags, I sent files, emails and left messages, I got some phone calls and emails back but I was not getting anywhere with their promises, I needed for this work to get done quickly, I talked to the owner Tai, he sounded like a very nice guy but to this day he never called back with the proofs he promised. These guys print lots of different shirts for local races. I've always been happy with products I've received from Hybrid Design. For years I have worked with them and they are very helpful with custom projects. Hats/Shirts/Towels/Beer Coozies/race numbers always come out really nice. What's also great; when I want a logo or background designed, I just ask them to come up with one and let them be creative. These guys are artists and really do impressive work. If service is typically bad I usually don't mention anything but in this particular case service was TERRIBLE!! Initial meet was ok but the follow through was horrible. Things as easy as call backs and reply emails were promised but no delivery on Tai's part. Multiple voicemails and emails were left with no response. So grateful for being referred to Hybrid Designs. I had to make shirts for my brother's football senior night and it was so last minute. Yelp led me to Amano Prints but they had a 100 shirt minimum. The owner (super nice guy) referred me to Hybrid. I just walked in to Hybrid and briefly talked to this guy (forgot his name) and he was able to help me done and confidently say we can get it done within a couple of days, granted I only needed less than 20 shirts and the design I wanted was very simple.
