We received the order the afternoon before the event, but we were not able to use the men's shirts because the design was too big. We decided to use the women's tees for events. In our business, customer satisfaction is number one and we strive to make sure our customers are completely happy. I was not happy as a customer, therefore I reacted strongly. I now have to spend more money to purchase shirts with the correct design size, so I was upset. I designed the image on my computer and brought it in and showed it to Jay Yamamoto (the owner) and he helped me throughout the entire process! Jay doesn't sugarcoat anything, he tells you everything straight out. He explained all the different costs, from the type and color of the shirt to the image printing. He even gave me contacts of other local shirt printing companies! Out of 10 different shirt printing companies, 5 couldn't print my design because it was too big, 1 couldn't print it because of the time I needed the shirts by, and that just left 4 other companies.
