I have been a client for about a year and a half and they have always delivered excellent quality results no matter what project I have been working on.. whether it was having text books printed or a project that I was doing with my photography..They always are professional,thorough, and they really listen to you when you are explaining what you need done with your order. Update: Within minutes of me posting this and also a story on Instagram (I know they never saw either), Joey called me. He didn't apologize which I respect, because what he did was even better. He made it happen and only ten minutes so I had to leave right away so I could make it on time to my appointment. He said as long as I didn't mind if it wasn't perfect. The effort was perfect and all I can say is that goes a long way. It made me look more professional. Maybe I was wrong about his customer service skills because to me, this meant the world. Such a small thing, a human touch... can change everything. Thank you!!! Original Review: PSA. Had a bad customer service event with @proimagehi I called to see if they could have it ready for me and waited and waited for a call back as the guy (Dean) had to take a look at the email as someone was on it. First of all, not efficient, but that I had to call 40 minutes later to check on only how long it would take. I don't find that useful. When I called, Joey was also not helpful and I mentioned that and he said he said he was sorry. But that's not what customer service is. It's understanding why the customer is upset, sometimes offering something, but mostly making what's important to them important to you. Going back to my usual best printing spot instead of getting what's most convenient. Sometimes it's just not worth it. I get you're busy, but you should never make someone feel you're too busy for them. I don't care what industry you're in. read more

Thank goodness they are in my building. When you have pressing court deadlines it helps to use a company like Professional Image to do print jobs, scanning, etc. You can email or download large files to them. I tell them when I need it and they always meet the deadline. read more

Cheaper and faster than Fedex! Come here for all your printing and laminating needs! Only negative is that there's no parking. :/ I parked in Alakea (3 block walk away) and it costed me $1.50. That's downtown for you, I guess. This review is only regarding their laminating services: 11" × 17" is $3.75 ($3.50 when doing 10 sheets or more) Anything larger is $7.50 (ask if need more than 10) 11" x 17" @FedEx is $4.70 (no deals) Unfortunately, I was trying to laminate a 12" x 18".... My luck, right?? Derek/Darren was kind enough to offer to cut off an inch off all my sheets (16)... so it would be able to fit in the smaller size (price difference is huge!!) I dropped off 16 sheets to laminate and they got them done in 30 minutes! Awesome service! I think I left some construction paper there now that I'm thinking about it..... read more

These guys were great! I had a display board made at the Queen Street one and while the final print was fine, I then realized that there was a line on my board that was misplaced. Then I freaked out b/c I needed the board in two days. This was first thing Saturday that I noticed. I looked them up and saw that they were closed on Saturday but found this one that was open on Sat. So long story short, I talked with Marissa, and she and Sy got my board fixed that day! Sy was very communicative with what needed to be done, and how long it would take. And because this location doesn't have parking, he offered to meet me out on the street for pick up and drop off. They were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend them, and will definitely return. read more

I am giving one star because this place makes you jump through unnecessary hoops simply to order business cards. They suggested I schedule a consult even though I was in their place of business. It reminded me of purchasing a car where you have to meet with various people all trying to sell you an unnecessary add on like a maintenance package, etc. I have a strong preference to buy local, but their attitude made me walked out. read more

I came here to get my wedding things printed. Sean was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I emailed him with any questions I had & he replied very quickly. First thing that I had them do is my wedding invitations & RSVP cards. I emailed him the pdf file & brought in my card stock paper that they cut too. He gave me some samples & made any size adjustments that was needed in order for it to fit into the envelopes nicely. After everything looked good, it was printed. He did it so fast, I was able to pick it up within a couple of hours! The second thing that I had them print was my seating chart that was 36" x 24". He put it on a foam board that I later put into a frame to display. It looked so good! That too, was a done quick. Very happy with the service I received! Thanks so much Sean! read more

When I need to get something printed efficiently and quickly, I prefer the Bishop Professional Image over ANY Professional Image on the island!!! the workers at this Bishop location always give me the best customer service and they're always very helpful. I usually come to print my shipping labels and they also let me use their fast paper cutter machine :) I wish they had a tip jar for always being so accommodating and making me feel welcomed (unlike the Alakea location) I will definitely come to this location the next time I need something printed! read more
