The reviews warned everyone that it's a cozy place... yes, they're correct! As soon as I was organized enough, I drove over and parked in the paid parking lot behind the building since the metered street parking was full. The reviews warned everyone that it's a cozy place... yes, they're correct! There were two female clerks. Each of them was helping a customer... not bad! There are long lines at other post offices! Soon, it was my turn! The helpful, polite clerk was very efficient and explained everything as she went through my pile. Thank you very much for telling me that my friends should receive the mail by December 24th! Whew! Just made it!

Almost all if they had the self serve kiosk I'd be a regular at this Kaimuki location where it's almost hidden amongst the many biz it's surrounded by which is very easy to miss but with the OG blue mailbox that's placed right outside it does give the nostalgia of the days we mailed our seasonal items. With that I did need to send a box to a friend and needed a box which of course they have besides the generic I love the priority mail box packaging with the flat rate makes it easy to put whatever you need which was there for me along with the prices of what each box are. Right beside that they do have a area where you're able to pack/write or do whatever you need all nice and clean where I noticed a buck of flowers and noticed that they were pens...lol! regular ballpoint and sharpies as well that was a lovely touch to have but there was one thing that I did forget...tape...sigh! There was no line at all and I could've shipped my items but one little major bump in plans that made me frustrated but know that I have a convenient spot outside of the busy locations is here and love that it's a local residential spot. Thank you!

While I was there and waited for someone to serve me, they tool awhile because they had lost a customer's order and couldn't find it in their shop. When I told him I just need the copies, he insisted on stalking them and couldn't be convinced just to give me the copies. He wanted to do the entire job himself, and did it anyway despite my insisting I wanted to put the project together myself. Then he charged me 4 times the first time he said my book would cost. He also took a very long time and made several mistakes before he finally got it right. I asked to use the copy machine when I first walked in and he ignored me to look for the customer's lost order. They still hadn't found it when I left an hour and a half later without what I asked for. ​ A day after posting this review I got a phone call from aloha graphics. I did not give my phone number to them. Why did he call me? How did he get my phone number? That is to put me on notice that they read this review and are letting me know they can find me wherever I am. Be aware, this is not your ordinary businessman. These guys go above and beyond. I had to call the police to report stalking by this company as by law I can leave a review to warn others about this company. I will not be intimidated by anyone!

Nico was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do to in fulfilling all the requirements for the fingerprinting. This put me at ease as I was anxious about the process. The fingerprinting was quick and easy. Nico also offered information on different shipping options and provided the envelope and label for a discounted fee. One less thing to do!
