The holiday season is always chock full of errands. In addition to your normal work day, throw in Christmas shopping, packing, shipping, etc. it seems that there is never enough hours in a day. So when the CEO asked me to get some holiday cards printed a few weeks before Christmas, my response was, "Absolutely! No problem" because it wasn't a problem thanks to amazing professionals at Professional Image at Alakea. Professional Image has helped me out a ton with my work projects. I've mostly dealt with Richard and Andrew but their entire staff is helpful and friendly. Their turnaround time is really quick and although I've given them some last minute projects that needed to be printed, they've always followed through. Most times, I need flyers or advertisements to be printed and Andrew is always good at suggesting what paper would be best to print on, what colors to use and so forth. I normally give them a general layout of what I need in PDF format and what paper weight and finish I would like. If those paper options are not available, they suggest what is the next best or closest to what I'm looking for. I've worked with them a lot so I trust their judgment and just usually tell them to print what they think is best without having to run it by me first. If you are unsure of how the printing will turn out, they can also show you samples before they print the actual batch. I pass my this business every single day and I usually go to a copy shop close to home but I had to give these guys a shot. When I walked in already I received good customer service the haole lady greeted me Goodmorning and told me what can get done for you today with a smile and if I have questions with anything so I told her I would like to shrink my schedule to 64% and laminate them and it took her about 7 minutes max so not only did I receive good customer service it was also fast with quality so I would definitely come back and recommend this shop to others read more

as of lately, I been going to this professional image because my printer is broken & I've been running a small boutique on PoshMark so I have no way of printing my shipping labels. I've been constantly going to this location for about two months and today was probably my last time. I just feel like the workers make it feel like I'm such a burden when I ask them to print couple sheets of paper for me... which literally takes a minute to do. anyways, today the lady that usually helps me- was being so rude to me. I did my usual routine *send the appropriate files to their email* then paid for my files. she ended up printed the whole email without even talking to me just assuming she knows what I wanted to print.... I just wanted to print a PDF but she was being sassy about it and then pronounced my name wrong. (in a sassy ass tone) i was on the phone with my boyfriend at the time and even he can hear how rude she was being towards me.
