I can't say enough good about this printer. I've used their services a few times in the past and always had good service. Recently I had 1580 invitations that needed to get printed and they gave me an incredible price, much cheaper than other printers. But here's where it gets good. I didn't have enough invitations so I got more invitations rushed to me, and then brought them into Professional Image to have them print the day and time on the invitations;I dropped them off in the morning, and they were ready in the afternoon! I visited Professional Images - Waialae for the first time on Wednesday, needing help with a funeral service program for a cousin. I had never done anything like this before but found a template online that I was able to edit. I then brought my amateurish handiwork here and David Wilson reviewed and fixed my proofs, and recommended changes to margins and paper sizes so that the layout would look professional. He then immediately printed the copies I needed and trimmed them to size. Less than half an hour later, I left with beautiful programs and a photo of my deceased cousin. 9/20/18 As I promised, here is the update to my original review. Happy to say, the project is done!...on time with spectacular results! I wanted to reproduce one of my children's favorite books. It is now out of print and the copies I could find are too fragile for toddlers and children to handle. I did not want to give them a book and then tell them they couldn't touch it. I started out thinking I could photograph each page layout out (I used to be in printing) with pagination all set, and take it to a printer to reproduce. Going to professional image and meeting with Andrew made it all so much easier. He was able to scan in the entire book lay it out and have it printed and bound so little ones can enjoy it. Sounds simple enough doesn't it. What's great is Andrew went beyond. He did not just simply lay it out he put a lot of thought into it and made sure that every page looked like the original book. He even made suggestions on what color paper stock to use to minimize the contrast between the yellow pages and paper stock available for printing. Andrew thank you for your expertise and professionalism. I am thrilled with the final product. Andrew also suggested I bring a flash drive. He put the book file onto my flash drive along with notes so in the future if I would like to reproduce additional copies of the book it will be easily done. My little granddaughter comes tomorrow and I'm so happy to be able to give her her own copy of the book. I even made enough to share with other friends' little ones and hope they enjoy it as much as my children did. So if you have a precious print or book consider doing this.
