Got to the counter and the gentleman asked what kind of service I wanted I told him need to xerox couple of papers . He came with me to the copier machine and he set up everything for me . So easy I finished thereafter than brought my finished papers to the counter he charged me .45 cents . They got it all they sell supplies along with empty boxes , tape , xeroxing , faxing, and you also can return your Amazon products. Support local read more

The UPS Store in the little shopping center across from Kahala Mall and the Aloha Gas Station just as the freeway ends headed to Hawaii Kai! FREE PARKING - in the teeny shopping center lot! One of my favorite UPS Stores. They are usually always busy probably bc of their great off-the-main-street location, free parking, and quick pleasant and efficient customer service, all things I really enjoy. They do everything the other UPS Stores do and if you go there often enough, they will remember you! USELESS, SNS. The employees here really don't seem to know what they're doing and they're always willing to blame you rather than double or triple check their work. I consistently send things to be printed there, and they cant seem to ever find the email? I sent an email with 2 attachments, the employee printed only one attachment out, she insisted that it only had one attachment, I asked her to please check again and she had already deleted the email, once she restored it, she saw that I had two attachments. It wasn't even this minor inconvenience that was irritating, it was her acting like it was my error, like I didn't send an email and that it only had one attachment. AND, she kept helping other people in between our interaction, there were other people who could've helped them. And then, she couldn't find my other email that had one single page attachment to print. I sent it 30 minutes before I left to pick it up. She said she couldn't find it, I sent it again, she said to use the UPS server because it would send the email faster --nothing. I despised Kinkos, so I started going here, but now that Kinkos has moved, I'm going back there. I don't know what happened in management since the remodel but the service is terrible. The service providers used to be crazy busy, always polite, and multitasked like nobody's business. They were on it! Since the remodel, they ignore the line of people while they continue to stare into their computer screens. The workers were all in separate areas, and the girl that helped me was really rude. She took a phone call, didn't say one word to me or eye contact, scanned in my return code, almost just tossed the receipt back to me, and angrily placed my return on her scale. WTF? Easy in and out, lots of staff and a smart manager/boss. The manager was able to guide and move along the line for their 4 service cashiers. They seem to provide a myriad of services. Passport photos, shipping, packing and today, returning a Spectrum cable box. Gave them the box and they packed everything. They gave me a print out record of the transaction and that was that! Easy. You wouldn't think that there was an UPS Store in this small complex, but yes there is one hiding between Lanikai Juice and Assaggio's in Kahala. What I really like that there is ample parking available if you go before Assaggio's opens, also how clean and organized this store is. Since I do a lot of online shopping from Amazon as many people do and other sites I find that there are times when you have to return products because of various reasons. That's when you really appreciate a location like this close to home, well at least for me. They also have two computers for use and all the supplies you'll need for shipping those items out. I found on my visits here that the staff were Fast and Friendly so I was in and out in no time, painless. I'm so happy to have them in my neighborhood! read more

After receiving awful customer service here from Ryan the front desk employee, even though this is the closest UPS to my house, I will now drive the extra miles to go else where. I came to the store and needed two strands of tape and asked if they had any to spare and Ryan told me no and that I had to buy a whole roll for $6. I ended up purchasing it and right when the transaction ended he briefly said "Leave the package here" and left and never saw him again. I was left with the receipt just sitting on the counter and I picked it up and the other front desk lady from across the way had to come over and apologized for his behavior and confirmed it was my receipt. I left the store knowing I would never be back. I called the other UPS and said "Hypothetically if I came in with a box, could I have complimentary tape?" she said of course, we usually charge but we'll give you it. Never in my life have I received customer service so poorly especially from what I thought was a good reputable company like UPS. My brother worked for them for over 10 years delivering packages on doorsteps. That Store has one of the most friendliest. Employees working. I went inside to return my items and they did their job very quickly. I had made a mistake, and yet they corrected my mistake without any hassles. Another good thing about that place is that as soon as I opened the door. They all welcomed me into the store. Very convenient location right off of the freeway or before the freeway depending on which direction you're traveling. The park info it is sufficiently spaced for the amount of business. However it is a one-way, so please follow the signs if you're trying to get in, you must make a right turn at the stop light then make a right turn into the parking lot by Domo Cafe. The staff at this store are very pleasant and excellent with customer service. The manager Jody she runs a good show when she is working. I went there to get a notary and she and the staff were busy, but they funneled everyone and kept it moving. They also sell greeting cards that are pretty cleaver if you didn't know. Avoid if trying to get a notary, especially if you have any trust paperwork involved, the notary seems to think you can't have anything notarized if it's in the name of a trust that your a trustee of and you have the trust paperwork with you. This is way too complicated for them and as she said " I can't get a sworn oath from a trust" .....ummm but you can from the trustee of the trust ....she told me I need to take the form back to the DMV and have them change the form. WTF! So basically your telling me I need to get an act of congress to get a copy of my title for my car. so instead I went down the street to a different notary and got things taken care of immediately and we laughed at how incompetent the notary is at UPS. read more

When I called they said yes, they had my items and were warm and wonderful, even though it turned out I couldn't use their return service for this particular item. I had the opportunity to work with Cody in producing a poster of which my contribution was limited to just providing photos. I was literally in the store when that Leo (let's just call him Karen) was in there. First, I have a box at this UPS. So I've been going there regularly for years. The staff are incredibly nice. I've NEVER EVER seen them behave anything but professional. They always go above and beyond to be helpful. Now for Karen... when I walked in he's already throwing a tantrum. I happened to know someone else who was in there, she walked over to me, gave me a hug, and whispered in my ear, "this guy is completely out of line. Completely." So already, someone else (another customer) who witnessed Karen gone wild found his behavior completely out of line. He's already yelling when I walked in, screaming he doesn't know what's on the box and telling the manager to call Amazon. Has Karen never mailed a package before? Is he new to the concept of mail? Or perhaps he's never been on an airplane? Where he would be asked the exact same questions about the contents of luggage so THEY DON'T COMBUST in the cargo hold of a plane. I really like this UPS store as I don't have to drive all the way down to the airport to ship out my packages. It's located across Kahala Mall next to Lanikai Juice. Everytime I have come here, there either wasn't a line or only a couple of people unlike the airport one. Nice and friendly employees are a plus. Think of a mini Kinko's with a plus as you can not only make copies, do print jobs like business cards, flyers, posters, etc but they also have mailboxes and services like notary, and even offer shredding services. read more

I took in a box of documents to be shredded, I normally wait until April when lots of organizations have free shredding events. The UPS store charges $.99 a lb with a 3 lb. Min. My companion asked if I have 3lb worth. Oh, I have a banker's box full. I was in shock that the box weighed 33 lbs. $34.00 with tax. In a pinch I'll use this service, otherwise I'll use my home shredder or wait for the free service. read more

The manager Ms. Rocio has a great staff. They are trained to be responsive to the needs of the customers. I am pleased that I was nervous about not having my business cards available for an upcoming meeting. They got on it and in one day provided me with cards, a bit unlike the original but nicer and still retaining all the correct information about contact numbers. Recently Chad had helped me with editing the digital file I had emailed their branch to be printed for my Thanksgiving cards. I had several requests such as formatting the file to be able to print on my 5x9 cards along with cutting my cardstock. In the end, I was so relieved he was able to assist in ensuring everything turned out perfect in the end and I was able to send out my cards. I hate having to leave this review as this is my neighborhood location I frequent often. However, today's awful experience requires attention from management. I was in an unfortunate need to get a single page document notarized. First went in at 10:45 am, line of 4 people already waiting for notary so no worries, ran more errands and came back at 12:00. This time, with 4 employees working to help package aka regular UPS customers, 3 customers waiting for notary. Got in line and for 30 minutes NO movement. I am sorry, but this is unacceptable. Train, certify more employees to do notaries since the business clearly has demand for it. Instead, regular customers wait five minutes get done while after 30 minutes, still serving one notary customer. How long do you expect your customers to wait for a single page document? You expedite the other customers who need packaging services but expect notary customers to wait over an hour for a page notary? Sorry, some of us work and can't stay for 1.5 hours to get a page notarized. Like me. Couldn't afford to stay so I had to leave. I hope management seriously considers and executes hiring/certifying more than one employee to do notaries. read more

First of all, everytime I called, I got a different story cuz apparently the employees don't all agree on what the real rules are . Let me give you the background my driver's license got sent there and now I'm stuck on the mainland I can't get back to Hawaii without my driver's license it's been over 6 months . And nobody is caring to even look for it it's in some bins they say that they haven't had a chance to go through . So I'm like wow so people have to wait 6 months to get their mail here at this UPS Store? It's ridiculous. I think i might have to take them to small claims court. My boyfriend and I went to get our passport photos here. We were on a tight schedule to turn in our applications so when we wanted to have everything complete. The only post office that we could an appointment was practically at north shore. When we went to turn everything in the lady said my passport photo was wrong and they couldn't accept it. Today, 12/121 @ 12:30, I had the worst experience at the UPS Kahala store. Went to ship a pre-paid package. All I was shipping was dog vitamins and had reused a box. I didn't see that the box had one of those battery warning stickers. The female worker who was helping me told me I needed to remove the sticker. So, I proceeded to rip it off. Of course, it comes off in itty bitty rips. She tells me to stop and grabs a box cutter. She cuts around the sticker and tries to flip of the edge. Realizing she cut too deep and now you can see the inside contents of the box, she says, "oops, cut too deep." Yeah lady, now if I ship my box, it rips, and stuff falls out, it's your fault. She tells me again to rip off the sticker, which I do, but leaving the smallest piece of the edge, which is under the tape. She tells me I have to remove it or if they see it, it'll get sent back to me. Honestly, it's a damn white piece of paper...and taking it off means I have to take the tape off which is attached to the shipping label! I wasn't about to deal with any more of her, so I took my structurally compromised box (which now needs to be repacked), finished up the Amazon return I had to do, and left. I've never had an experience like that at UPS. Will not go back to that store, as she made more work for me. I don't get why she just couldn't hand me a marker and have me scribble over the label. This by far is my favorite UPS Store to go to!!! I use UPS all the time on my job, and whenever I need to send something back to the mainland quickly, I can always count on this store to handle my pre-made label & box in a professional manner, unlike the other in town UPS Store I've been to in the past (upstairs by the Palama Market). If you plan to ship out anything, but came here unprepared, don't need to fret because they actually sell boxes here, as well as supplies for shipping items. But the best thing about this store is that they are opened 7 days a week!!! Their Monday - Friday business hours are from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. For Saturday they do 9 AM - 5:00 PM, and on Sunday it's 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM. I'm very sure that the business hours will meet your service needs! Parking - There is free parking in the private parking lot, but it is shared by a few other businesses. Of all the times I've come here to ship out stuff, I've never encountered any issues of not being able to find parking here. read more

Back in September, I sold my beloved Diamond Head condo after 5 years of making Oahu my part-time home. The UPS store on Waielae Ave. was so incredibly helpful in shipping a number of boxes for me during the final week before closing. They even had a pickup service, which saved me precious time as I was scrambling to get things done during my final week there. They helped to repack a few boxes that were not totally secure and did this at no charge. Their staff was super helpful and I can't thank them enough for helping to reduce the stress of moving off the island. All my things made it back to Salt Lake City safely - except one box which had a piece of framed art - but this was the fault of the actual carrier and not the store (this is the box they helped to repack and it was solid. I think the carrier just abused it during transit). If you need a local shipper, give this UPS store a try! read more
