Support local! This company is amazing, super responsive, fast, friendly and professional. Have used them for faxing and shipping before and today to have some programs printed. Emailed them late this morning and they are already ready for pick up. You cant get better than that! And the pricing is very reasonable. read more

Aloha Ship and Pack (ASAP) I love supporting local! This is a family owned business located in the Mililani Shopping Center not too far from Hawaiian State Bank. I am a mobile notary public and part of my offered services are loan signings. That often requires me to FedEx documents express over to the mainland, other islands or elsewhere. As an authorized FedEx ShipCenter, Aloha Ship and Pack has been my go to for more than a handful of FedEx document drops. Their team has always been quick, efficient, friendly and professional. There have been times where there was a line but they move quickly and I'm at the counter in no time. They also offer UPS shipping, USPostal service, mailbox rental, fax and copy services, poster and banner printing, rubber stamps, business cards and more. I've always received solid customer service from everyone that works there. I appreciate Aloha Pack and Ship, mahalo! I went to get a document notarized with my mom. Excellent service. Called them first about notary services- they take walk ins anytime- no appointment needed . I was told Notary services are available from the time they open until 30 minutes before closing. We were greeted when we came in. They offered to get a chair for my elderly mom. Process was way faster than my bank notary (who was not available). They even helped us make copies of the documents and mailed the originals for us with an expedited method. There was a modest fee. That saved us time not having to go to the post office waiting in long lines. Definitely will go there again if I need something notarized. read more

I have been doing business with Shelly and Kevin since they opened their store way back in 2015/2016. Stellar service, flexibility and they are always helping you with what's most important (expeditious delivery/best price/ in between, etc.). Service is fast and efficient. Charles read more

I have been coming here over the years for notary services. They are quick, knowledgeable, and provide the best customer service. Today, I stopped by to see if they could print my grandpa's funeral programs. To my surprise, not only did they print high quality programs, they also folded every. single. one. I cannot express how thankful I am for that kind gesture. It's weight lifted off my shoulders and one less thing to have to worry about. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I highly recommend them to all family and friends. Support local :) read more

I needed to send out a letter envelope through UPS or FedEx so I decided to come to Aloha Ship and Pack to use their services. I got there around 2:30pm and they informed me that FedEx had already picked up packages for the day and that we would use UPS. Come to find out that UPS was a cheaper route so that worked out! The workers are so nice and friendly! It was my first time here so they made me feel really comfortable :) they're located in Mililani Shopping Center near Rajanee Thai. read more

I ran in just now to get some applications printed and accidentally brought copies that needed quick editing of the pdf. I figured I'd have to go back and get them from my computer, but they edited it for me so quickly! Even with other customers and a bit of a rush they made my day a million times easier. They're efficient and have great customer service, I'm glad I found them. read more

11-20-20 first time here, usually I go to Waikele but this is way closer to home. It's quite limited in size but if you need something quick done, come here. Since hubs is out of commission and unable to use the computer, I typed his holiday letter for 2020. Checking on Yelp, found this location which was near another errand place on the list for this afternoon. There were two masked employeees behind the counter. The man was talking to someone so I was helped by Shelley. It seems to print in color is perhaps less in cost than OM. I asked about printing on colored paper and was told if I printed on green for Christmas as an example the family photo would have the green coming through... yes we don't need to look like we're from another planet. Quick and simple, I was in and out in no time. They do have a mail drop inside their shop. See photo below for their other services. read more

I've never used this business, but my wife does often for the services they provide. I specifically on this day used Aloha Ship and Pack for notarizing a few important documents. This is a great place for all your shipping and packing needs. Just as good as the post office but a lot friendlier and less busy. Service is fast, friendly and efficient. I was quoted about $100 more for a package going to the mainland here than at the UPS store that was down the road a couple miles. I understand the need for profit but this is egregious. read more

Shelley and the entire team are simply amazing. We had an urgent matter which involved me (located in the mainland) sending large number of documents to Shelley, and having my client meet with Shelley to sign, notarize and overnight everything with a little margin of error. I was so stressed out, but the team there went above and beyond to get everything done. I can't show enough appreciation for Aloha Ship and Pack. read more

It is that time of year when everyone wants to mail out boxes and gifts to their loved ones...well this place surely is the way to go. Today, on a saturday, i decided to go to the post office. I just wanted to get things done and hoping there wouldn't be any lines. Wrong move. I went to waipahu, pearl city and mililani post office that had lines for days. I just happen to pass by a little shopping mall and it said UPS. I thought to myself "they can ship too". No lines, lots of free parking and great customer service. That was the best ever. Now i know where to go and not have to wait. Plus, its a great way to support local businesses. I asked the female helping me "why dont people come here?" She said, " all they know is the post office." I smiled and Thanked them for being open today. Definitely an option to come here to mail things out, not only the post office. read more

Amazing service! I stopped in for a color print job. There was some adjustment that needed to be done to my image layouts. They were kind enough to take the time to open the Photoshop file that I had on a thumb drive and make the necessary adjustments to get my prints just right. I'm rarely in the market to ship things other than boxes to my sister in AZ which usually goes via flat rate so when Amazon said print this, pack it and ship it via UPS I was at a loss. I never know what kind of box is acceptable. Long story short I decided to pack my old Fire Tablet in the box that my upgraded Fire Tablet was sent in, printed my shipping labels and head on down to ASAP so they can tell me what is acceptable and not and what I needed to do. Prepared to buy tape (because I had forgot mines at home and I had left my box open in case they needed to see inside) I headed in with my dog in tow because I couldn't leave her in the car. Quickly the woman behind the counter informed me I had everything, she was going to tape it and put the label on the box. Nothing more for me to do. I asked if the used Amazon box was okay and she assured me that it was - nothing else for me to do. Awesome sauce. I was in and out in 3 minutes. Would have been two but I had to ask that question and a few more, plus I took a moment to look at what other services the store provided (though I could have just read other peoples' reviews, lol). I love doing business with efficiency. Thank you ASAP for the convenience and efficiency. I will definitely find other services I can use from y'all! read more

Second experience with these guys and I'm just so impressed. I had to do a last minute mortgage signing that needed to be notarized. They got me in same day and also handled the fedex shipping. Good experience but it was a one time thing and I didn't feel postworthy about it. Today my wife had to return something and kept asking me where the nearest FedEx was. I told her go to Aloha Ship and Pack cause they were so nice last time. She came back raving about how easy it was and how they didn't make her feel dumb like the post office does sometimes since we're not frequent regular mail users. The friendliness and genuine desire to help sets this place apart. I'll be coming here as my first choice always. read more

Aloha Ship and Pack - Birthday fidget stickers - Printing Services Near Me - Mililani, Hawaii

What can I say about Aloha Ship and Pack that no one else already has. Shelley and Kyle are definitely the reason why I frequent this place time and time again because they definitely treat you like Ohana here and being the computer illiterate that I am , Shelley and Kyle are always here to help from getting copies done or getting things notarized. Also I love the fact that you can practically skip the long lines at the Post Office and come here to drop off your packages whether it's UPS,FEDEX or USPS, they are super fast and get the job done as soon as possible. You may pay just a tad more but it's so worth it in the long run, especially if you're on the go . During these times especially during this Pandemic it's always great to Support Local and Shelley and Kyle are the reason why I come here all the time. There is also another Young Lady who works here as well a she is a Sweetheart as well. Thanks so much Kyle and Shelley for always being so helpful and upbeat. It's always a great experience coming to ASAP. Aloha is definitely served here.... read more

I was in need of a notary, wanted somewhere in Mililani. Did a yelp search and found Aloha Ship and Pack, I never heard of them, nor was I familiar with their services. I first called, and got a welcoming voice, the gentlemen that answered the phone confirmed they do provide notary services, no appointment necessary. They are located in the Mililani Shopping Center next door to First Hawaiian Bank, lots of parking, easy to find, spotted the hanging sign from the opposite end of the shopping center. What I love about it, is they are opened until M-F until 7:00 p.m., super convenient! They provide a list of other services to include, mailbox rental, mailing services for UPS, USPS, and FedEx, printing services, shredding, custom rubber stamps, just to name a few... This place is quite small, but clean and organized. I walked in at about 6:00 p.m., and one worker (the Notary) was busy helping another customer with what seemed like a very large custom print job. She was patient and provided lots of options to this customer. I sometimes order print jobs, so I paid attention, for future reference . There was another worker, he worked at a quick and friendly pace to help other walk-in customers, I was surprised with how popular this place is with mostly inquiries on new services. The Notary made it so easy, and got right to it, she worked fast and thorough, witnessed my signature as she told me where to sign, doubled checked her work and I was ready to go in a jiffy. Cost for a notary, is $10.00 per signature, I believe there are other places that charge less, but convenience wise, this was worth it for me. Highly recommend, they certainly appreciate their customers. read more

Aloha Ship and Pack aka ASAP truly lives by their acronym As Soon As Possible. So today my girlfriend and I needed to get paperwork notarized asap on a Saturday. We called all around from Banks to UPS stores to set an appointment but none were available today. So I decided to look up notary services on the handy dandy Yelp app and I found Aloha Ship and Pack. I called ASAP and was told notary was available till 1:30pm. We quickly went to their shop and was helped by Shelley with notary (I'm assuming shop owner). It was quick and easy. Thank you so much Aloha Ship and Pack for saving our day today. You folks definitely gained us as loyal customers and can't wait to see you folks again soon. :) read more
