Service is good here overall and very prompt when I need to return things from Amazon. Customer service is usually up to par here but not today. I get to the counter and the employee scans my first item with no problem. When it came to the second set, she goes "oh that's whole foods so cancel the return" and turns around and moves on. I'm like ok. I'm assuming she met change the receipt to ups receipt so she can process my return?! But beforehand, what happened to hi, hello, how can I help? Or hi, making a return? This location is perfect for me, it's close to home. I have gotten Passport pictures taken here, no issue. I have returned Amazon items here, so fast, convenient, no issues at all. If you're only dropping things off, it's so easy and fast, it's amazing. But if you're sending items, I would go elsewhere. The first time I had to send out 5 packages, it was a Saturday and USPS closes early so I went to the UPS store to send my packages. The girl put in all 5 package information, come to find out she put it in wrong in the system. So she had to start all over again, and do each package individually. The line got long after me, so I felt bad. Good thing another worker was there to help her and guide her to do it. The second time, I only had one package to send. The worker asked me if the address was correct on the screen, and I told the worker it's missing the apartment number. So he fixed it, showed me the screen and asked again "is it correct on the screen" and I said "no it's still missing the apartment number" I think the manager had to step aside the worker and guide them how to properly fix it. It did get fixed, but they over charged me so much. My packages are pretty much the same size and weight but one was under $10 the other I got charged $22. The customer service is pretty good though, they are super nice and friendly. This location is best for dropping off already ready to send mail, passport pictures from my experience. I would go back to do those services but not going to send mail through them. read more

Awesome, Supah FAST service! While working in Ewa Beach today, upon completing a job at a local bank, I had to ship out some broken parts back to the mainland. Luckily for me, a UPS Store was nearby, as it was just a hop, skip, & jump away from the local bank, so instead of lugging all the gear back to town, I elected to stop by this UPS Store. Upon walking up to the business, I could clearly see some people against the entrance door area, therefore I knew they were busy. Instead of turning away, I decided to brave the long line & get my boxes shipped out. To my surprise, although they were very busy with only two store representatives working, I must say both workers were very efficient & professional! The anticipated long wait, turned out to be a very short wait, and the two representatives cleared the line in lightening speed! What a pleasant surprise!!!! I go to this location often to ship items, and honestly, I never imagined needing to write a review. They're exceptional every time--quick, easy, no hassle, in and out. On a good day, that's a solid 5 stars. Nothing over-the-top, just good business as usual. But today was an exception worth mentioning. After the worker processed my Amazon return, I waited--politely--for a "Do you need a receipt?" or "Is there anything else you need?" Because as a guest, I try to be courteous and not demanding. After a few seconds of awkward silence, the worker finally asked if I wanted a receipt. I said yes. As she handed me the receipt, she turned to her coworker and said, "I hate when they just stand there." The audacity to talk sh!t about a customer in front of the customer--because you don't know how to provide basic customer service--is wild to me. What could improve? Bad customer service, lied and say they do not keep records of returns from the last 30 days. A product was return to UPS for Amazon. I watched them scan it and received a receipt 30 days ago. Notification from Amazon stated returned has not been received. So I went to verify if there was any mistakes so I could clear things up but was met with more of a nonchalant we can't help you attitude. When I asked about the manager, I was told that person was out for the day. From a logistical standpoint I know records of returns are kept so being told they are not after 30days made me feel suspicious and not trustworthy of this small location. 24 November 2020 I have been to this UPS location at least 5 times. I am not sure how or why I have not reviewed it yet. I generally go to UPS if I want digital copies or prints of "long" forms, i.e. ISO 216 Standard paper size. Who uses long forms you ask? I'm glad you asked - most every country throughout the world uses the long form, hence the term 'international standard'! However, North America (i.e. the United States) uses its own paper size standard. Anyway, I digress!! This UPS is located in Laulani Village Shopping Center. The facility is standard for a UPS. They offer notary services, printing, scanning, packaging, Amazon returns, and mailing, among other services. There are generally two employees working, which helps because there always seem to be a constant flow of customers using their services. UPS is more expensive than the USPS however, they are convenient, they assist with packaging, and they have more flexible hours. Today, I wanted to get a digital copy of the document I have. I believe it was Abby who assisted me. We walked over to the machine and she must have misunderstood me because she made a copy of the document. When I clarified, she made the necessary correction. I then informed her of the email address I wanted the document sent to and she input the email address. We both proceeded to the check out counter where she processed my bill for service rendered. Being the semi-tree hugger that I am and since I paid with cash, I declined a receipt, thanked her, and walked out. I had not received the email with the document at that point, but I assumed my internet was slow and delayed me receiving the document. I kept refreshing my email and still nothing! About an hour later, I concluded that I was never getting that email, so I called the store. Abby answered and I explained to her that I never received the email. She must have checked the history and identified a typo in the email's domain suffix. She informed me that if I brought the document back, she would redo it without any additional charge. I asked why she didn't just forward the original scan, but she informed me that they do not keep copies of documents they scan to customers. That is reassuring since I imagine people scan a lot of personal or sensitive documents. I was at work so I gave her my mother's name and told her my mother would stop by to have it done. When my mother stopped by, I received the document within 2 minutes of the re-scan. Although there were some snafus, UPS made the necessary corrections. Quality service received by this business. They have all the right supplies to manage any request. My only area of concern is if your packaging has any particulars from the receiver as to how it is to be put together, make sure whoever you pass those instructions to in the store is the person that does the final packaging as they sometimes trade off. My package ended up not being assembled as I explained and I lost some credits upon its receipt due to that. So now I'm a slight pain in the butt customer and ask to witness final assembly of my packages when necessary. But other than that, this is a well run, friendly center. read more

This is my last resort because I have not had any luck with the store. I spoke to Valori on 12/20/20 about wanting 2 handbooks made for me as I am traveling overseas with my husband for work. I had the handbook on a pdf and was told to email store 6447 which I did. In the email she stated she could make the handbooks and the date I could pick it up. I received an email on 12/21/20 that my handbooks were ready. Service in the store was not good. Upon receiving the package I noticed how heavy it was then as I opened the package I was horrified to see 146 pages X 2 of copy paper in a comb binding and the print was NOT front and back. The worst part is I was charged $153.80 for copy paper, not handbooks. I emailed Valori and she claims she provided me with what I asked for which is just not true. She says she just forgot to put covers on them because she was rushing but I know for a fact she is scamming me because she NOW claims she has no idea what a handbook is or how to make it all of a sudden. She ripped me off during at time where money is so tight and I'm already struggling financially. Shame on you UPS Store 6447! People of Hawaii are already having a difficult time with Covid and now we have to worry about companies ripping us off. It's disheartening. UPS is a mainland company but this store is locally owned and operated and one thing you should have learned while running a business here is if you take care of the people of Hawaii, the people will give back and take care of you. Was okay, nothing spectacular. Tried to scan QR code to print shipping label. Wasn't able to print because if network error. Wanted $2 to print a new label. Went out to car and started a new order. Process went smoothly. Printed label and was out of there. Can't blame store, except that they couldn't help me or resolve problem. Had to cancel original shipping order and do process all over again. I've been to this location maybe 10 times now to drop off USPS packages and each time I am greeted with a smile. All the employees are kind and helpful towards other customers based on what I've seen when I walk in each time to drop off my packages. If you drop off a USPS package after 4pm, your package will be picked up the next business day by a USPS mail carrier. I am happy that this UPS store accepts drop offs on mail and packages with USPS. It makes things so much easier since the post offices in Ewa have short hours and I can't make it after work. read more

Forget using the Ewa Beach Keaunui UPS Store as a pickup location. I used it as my default location for UPS My Choice and called the store about a shipment that showed online "The Package Cannot Be Taken To The Intended UPS Location. Please Select Change My Delivery To Make Alternate Arrangements". The store rep told me they reject incoming shipments if you don't have a mailbox or Access Point account with the store. Talk about some greedy a$$ bass turds!! I changed my default UPS My Choice location to the UPS Store closer to work where they never rejected any of my past shipments. Always give me a hard time when I pick up my packages. I already know how my damn package looks like and they still claim it is NOT my package. Need to double check before saying it's not my package. They were going to ask me to get a verification from my workplace to pick up my package. I even showed the text message of my tracking # saying it was delivered. All you have to do is match it with the package and my NAME which was on the box by the way. It's usually the yt lady. Reply to Owner: This has happened more than once. I retired from the military and needed a safe place to send some belongings we'd need on day one of being back. This UPS store took SO much for us that was beyond the contract! I was dropping off an Amazon return package with shipping label already applied. Covid protection screen is up to separate you between the clerk. Was in and out of the store in a few minutes.
