Customer service is not all there. When you stand in line you expect to be fully service not halfway serviced and then say stand on the side let me help these customers and then I'll help you finish what you were doing just because it's shredding and it takes a little while to do so because you have to put things into the little mail slot in order for it to be shredded later I still don't feel that you should be pushed to the side you stood in line just like everybody else so you should be serviced Just like everybody else. completely service just like everybody else so I believe that Angelina needs to be trained a little bit more on her interaction with customers ! read more

I appreciate a store owner taking his time to respond to my review and I wish all store owners could be like David. I think it's a difference when a company is locally owned to a company that is managed by mainland. Locally owned takes care of its local customers. David, owner of this UPS store, has been responsive to my messages as we have been communicating back and forth and has come to an understanding that his staff would need retraining. I believe great customer service should exude when you step foot into your place of employment and when you leave. I also believe that customer service should continue outside place of employment if you continue to wear a uniform with company logo. My review has changed from 1 star to 5 stars. Amazing service.... Above and beyond. We are from Cali here on vacation and needed last minute notary services. Valori helped us through the entire process start to finish and made copies of everything while we signed and reviewed our paperwork. What do you do when your printer/copier/scanner does not have a FAX and nothing else will do but a faxed document? Or better yet, what do you do when when you can't work the scanner portion of your printer/copier/SCANNER? I needed to fax a document quickly and I was freaking out a bit because I was nearing a deadline. I found the neighborhood (The) UPS Store and asked for help. That's what I did! Unfortunately I do not have access to a work office or facility where I can use the fax and scanner but luckily for me, this UPS store provides that kind of service. So that's a plus for the multitude of humanity living on the west side of Oahu who need to fax documents or can't work their scanner (yes, I too am rolling my eyes! Seriously...i can troubleshoot high tech equipment but I can't work my scanner). This place is convenient, friendly, clean, organized looking and boasts 10 minute parking spots immediately in front of the store. I thought this place was a packing store but I found out that they also provide mailboxes, printing, NOTARY services as well as the ever so popular BANNER PRINTING. I was able to get my personal business done expeditiously with the help from The UPS Store without any hiccups or delay! Such a lifesaver!! This is a family run business and everyone is very, very friendly and accommodating! (As a random note, this family was featured on Hawaii Life in their search for a home in Oahu a year or two ago. They are transplants to Hawaii and from the looks of it, they have adjusted well and living the life of "Aloha."). read more

You know when people say if I could give 0 stars ? That's how I feel. Have no clue what her name is but she is blonde I believe kind of tall and lanky. I went to print something off, she stated to email to a certain address, did that. SHE printed the papers off for me and ended up having to scan/print again because she double sided them - did I ask for double sided???? NO... So we go to the counter and she says it's $3.30 ish I believe. So I asked well how much is it to print and she stated it's a $2.99 computer fee..... WHATTTT??? 1st off I have been there before and worked with a older lady and a guy and was never charged when THEY printed off something for me and 2nd, I DIDN'T TOUCH THE COMPUTER SHE DID ‼‼So after she stated the computer fee I told her I'm fine she could have the 3 papers and I walked out. She then insisted on following me outside. Why? For what? What's your purpose of following someone outside? Don't follow someone outside PLEASE JUST DONT ‼ She should have most definitely stated when you email or physically use our computers there is a charge or fee. Lady was very rude. I tried to call and ask about an Amazon return. She cut me off and said talk to Amazon. I'm sure they get questions about this, but there is no reason to be so rude about it. Further more, you should be able to tell from my tracking number whether it actually arrived at the Amazon warehouse. Otherwise, UPS could just keep the package, blame Amazon and I get charged. Tip for people who are rude and hate their job, find a new one where you don't have to deal with people. read more

This review is a little overdue... ok way overdue. I always appreciate the staff at the UPS store because they are always knowledgable and friendly, even when they are super busy. The location is convenient, clean, and it smells nice all the time. Recently the mailman delivered my mail to another address instead of to the UPS store. Valerie called the USPS supervisor, and the mailman found my package. I really wasnt expecting it to be found, or to be found without it being rifled through, and was getting ready to file a lost parcel with the company I ordered from. However, thanks to her diligence, going above and beyond, order was restored. Lol. This is a really great little family run store. Support your local business! I love this UPS store. Located next to Buffalo Wild Wings and Bangkok Chef in the Laulani Village shopping center. Lots of parking, with stalls pretty readily available directly in front. You can get notary services done here, drop off USPS packages, and they have a USPS mail collection box. You can also, obviously, ship out UPS packages here as well as pickup UPS packages here if you're a UPS my choice user. They also have print/copy services, though those services seem to be more limited here than if you were to go to Fedex Kinko's. My favorite feature of this UPS store is the personal mailbox service. I order a lot of things online (it's convenient and cheaper than buying things in store). If you don't like the uncertainty of postal workers leaving your packages out on the patio/porch or if you can't sit at home all day waiting for a signature required package, this is a great option for you. They accept mail from ALL carriers during business hours (yes, they'll sign for USPS, Fedex, DHL, etc.). Very convenient as mail theft has become rampant, especially during the holiday season. I only wish that the store was open later, for those of us who work late; though they do have extended holiday hours. Overall, this is a great store with really friendly workers. read more

This store is awesome! The minute I walk in the store I am instantly greeted with a "hello" from anyone who is working. The young guy who is always working, along with the owner Valori and the rest of the staff is always so quick to help and friendly. I recently shipped to my dad in Wisconsin and the employees packed my stuff safe and sound, and the price was worth it! Only about $40 to pack my fragile mug and ship it!! My dad got the gifts with no damage and right on time as the staff told me it would. I also love how close this store is, and I can get all my printing needs done at a very reasonable price and they also have excellent notary service, and every time I have gone for a notary there has been someone on staff to help me and notarize! It's so much easier to come to this location than a bank, which has taken me hours in the past, and it's only $12.50 for the notary... SOOO worth my time. Overall, I have been treated nothing but nice since I've been going to this UPS store location, and I will continue to recommend this store to my friends in Ewa. read more

Dropped in to mail a flat rate envelope via USPS. Every other week I send my friend his mail that gets delivered to a mail box here in Hawaii. I normally go the flat rate envelope route to save some money. I personally do not like going to the 'Ewa Post Office because it's out of my way and the lines are ALWAYS long. Recently I found out that this UPS location does mailing pick up for USPS items. SCORE! One day I went in and asked for the flat rate envelope. I stuffed all my friends mail into the flat rate envelope and walked up to the counter to pay for the shipping. What I thought was $6.99 and some change (for the flare rate price) ended up being $14 and some change. My eyes must've told the cashier something because she looked at me and asked "Is everything ok?" I proceeded to asked her if they charge more here at UPS to mail USPS items. She clearly stated "No. that's the normal price" She had already created the label and placed it on the envelope so I felt obligated to pay for it. Swiped my credit card and off I went. A few minutes later, the price still bothered me. I was already in my car on my way home so I called the store. I spoke with the female who rang me up. I asked her again about charging more for the flat rate. She placed me on hold and I could hear her asking her co worker about the pricing. When she came back on the phone she stated that they do in fact do charge more. They charge for the convenience she said. I was a little upset. Why? Not because they charge more cause of the "convenience" but because their own worker had no clue about it when I asked the first time. She could have easily asked her coworker when I was there AND before she placed the label on my envelope. That was the only time I questioned my experience at this location. I must admit though, the staff is friendly and sometimes knowledgeable ... if you ask the right one. They do have all the things you need to pack and ship items. Will I return ? Of course. read more

For someone who is unfamiliar with notarizations this place makes the process smooth, fast & easy. Long story short, my son will be attending a high school out of our home district & a notarization was needed. & let me just say, the whole sending your child to school in another city comes with a lot of BS! All the paperwork, runarounds, wasted gas, taking off a day of work.. SMH! But anyways, I was pressed with time & needed the notarization ASAP! I brought in my paperwork, had it signed, stamped, paid, done, BYE! This was my second time coming here for notarization for school. Both times, I've had a good experience. I will continue to come, if need be. Yes, I could've went to my bank or gone to someone who does notarization. However, I've never done notarization with my bank or anyone else. I don't know there hours, cost & all that.. I'm fine w/coming to The UPS store paying $10 per signature, before 5pm, getting serviced in & out. read more

Pricey if your trynna print. They don't tell you there's a fee to use the computer. Other places don't charge that fee even if your docs are ready to print... Go to Armac in kapolei or officedepot or the library. It's not expensive but pricey compared to other paces and feels very sneaky. read more
