I had a great experience when mailing out my work laptop. The gentleman who assisted me helped me and taped up my box and also helped assist me with my mail labels. He reminded me of my papa and I felt that my boxes were safe with him. There was a woman in front of me that he assisted. The worst customer ever like others say! They definitely overcharge than regular post office and when I inquired about the pricing, the lady got sooo mad and rude. She overcharged me the double price for a small package, and she even tried to charge me more for a regular envelope letter with a forever stamp. According to yelpers, the husband is also very rude. 1/8/19 @1205PM I came in with the intention of getting a PO BOX. There was a customer service lady there. I asked about their rates. Without a word, she just taps at a piece of paper that shows their PO BOX rates then walks in the back room. Upon her return, I ask a few more questions. This place was convenient for me. I needed to drop off UPS and mail something USPS. The woman at the register knew exactly what I needed to do and the best way to do it and gave me a box. She was very typical Korean style older woman, which to some may be very rude or offensive but since I was used to it from my life experiences it didn't bother me one bit. I read some of the others' reviews and am happy to say that I had no problems getting my things shipped. Everything arrived when promised. I should've read the reviews before coming in! I figured "support small businesses" and walked in... no one was in the front and I said "hello?" She came out and no greeting or smile or anything. I visited the Postal ConnectionI at 9:00a on a Monday, 8-13-18 and there was someone there to let me in at 9:00a. The owner (male) came in a few minutes later. He was helpful and I got my parcel and letters mailed. He also kindly assisted me when I wanted to buy a keychain that would fit my key. Horrible!! Dropped off an Amazon return package and after a week not in the tracking system called the store, but no answer. So called UPS for them to tell me the package was lost in transit. I love coming here because they give the best customer service and you don't have to deal with the lines at the post office! The owner is usually there when I go to mail my sisters packages to California and he's so helpful. They don't charge if you forget tape for your packages which the post office charges. Because of the location I was sending this package (Oregon), it was gonna be cheaper to send via UPS. Very refreshing to hear someone give the cheaper option for a customer. Never felt rushed to fill out the address label, unlike my experience at FedEx. Also, gives you comparison rates if you decide to go with another shipping service. No pressure on the insurance either, making the process smooth and painless. HIGHLY recommended to ship through these guys. Apparently, they do PO Boxes as well. I have never had to wait too long and appreciate being able to go here. The PO in Kapolei has limited hours and is a pain for parking--so this is a great alternative. Had to send a notarized contract through FedEx and this place was in the same area as my bank. Please note that if you have a FedEx label/QR code sent via email, they do not have the ability to scan the QR code. Rather, you can pull up the shipping label on your phone and connect/print to their printer via Wi-fi for $1, if you weren't able to print the label yourself. She was very helpful in walking me through the steps of printing the label in store. read more

I had an email that stated that the FedEx location can scan the barcode on the email and get the label. Uh, no!!! He told me to print the label at home which I could have done. I had went to this business many times before during my high school years and the lady helping me was always nice and quick for the most part, so I never questioned anything. But I had gone today after coming home from college for the summer. I had to mail out a package via USPS flat rate priority shipping, and have done so before many times. My significant other, though, thinks they are a tad overpriced. But having been there before I assured him it'd be fine. This time, I walked in and and was not helped or acknowledged for the first five minutes because the lady was on the phone. This was unusual to me but I waited there quietly. Once she was finished, she charged me 21.95 for shipping my large flat rate box, and then didn't give me any receipt and bid me goodbye after I gave her the money. This was odd because 1. She usually gives me a receipt with a tracking number. 2. I knew from mailing large flat rate boxes that the charge was only abour 17.70 per box. I asked for a tracking number but she didn't give me a straight answer and moved onto the next customer. I walked out very confused. I really hope my package gets to my destination safely. After this experience, I don't think I'll be going back there again. read more

I've been using this place for 10 years now. Yes Grace can come off stressed and uninviting, but she'll also try to help you. Must be hard running a place by only two of them. There must have been issues they deal with that we don't know about. I think we all have those as well. I've had times too when she was rude and I was rude right back :) We both know each other now I think helps whenever I go to ship stuff. If I feel she overcharges me, I will question it.
