This UPS store is on the smaller side, but the folks who worked here were very friendly & efficient. Parking access is pretty easy, but the parking lot is shared by other businesses nearby. First time going to this one. Located off of Ka Uka Blvd - near Starbucks and in same area as Fantastic Sam's. Plenty of free parking. It was the Monday after New Years so I expected it to be busy with people returning gifts to Amazon. At 9:30 am the line was out the door with about 10 people outside and 5 inside. With only 2 reps working it went surprisingly quick. The third rep was helping someone at a table get a document notarized but after that she asked if anyone had just Amazon returns and was able to help them at the table. The reps here are very nice and efficient. Was able to complete my returns within seconds. All in all maybe waited 10 minutes from outside to being helped. Good job! read more

Had to drop off a few packages, luckily there was parking up front to make the walking trip shorter and easier. The convenience is what I really appreciate. Most UPS locations involve further commutes to the actual door front. The staff at this location were young and bubbly. In and out with all my service needs met in about five minutes! This location is in Waipio in the little strip mall beside Costco. The parking lot is pretty tight. Small stalls and narrow exits. It can get congested so be aware. I dropped off a prepaid package and was helped by their staff quickly and efficiently. The store offers a lot of other services with packaging and shipping. Shipping was quick and easy. Stopped by this location to just drop off a prepaid package. Parking can be a bit congested as the narrow driveway to enter and exit is where the line to Starbucks drive through is. Upon entering , the drop off process was fast and easy. Most customers seemed to be here to drop off packages with prepaid shipping with Amazon. The drop off process was easier than the parking situation they have here in the Laniakea Plaza. read more

Needed fingerprinting done. Went in yesterday and was told it could be 2-3 weeks before we get the cards in the mail. But I don't blame the helpful women working. They set me up, gave me advice and were nothing but accommodating (despite the long line of customers coming in and out). And today I got an email saying my prints are being mailed out today. This is my go-to place for sending back things from Amazon. The nice thing about sending things back on Amazon is now they contract out to UPS who will pack and ship your items back to them and get your refund. You no longer have to waste time packing your stuff to send back. Amazon probably got sick and tired of paying for returns postage when the clueless masses send a pen back in a large box, or a chicken figurine in a box the size of a suitcase. Amazon probably wised up and said "hey, stupid people, stop packing your stuff like an idiot, you are wasting our billions of dollars on your stupid packaging, haven't you guys got a clue? No? OK, we will hire the PROS to pack your returns, since you dufuses are too dumb to figure how to pack LIGHT and SMALLEST way possible to save us money!" Sheesh!! Works for me. Just show them the QR code, they pack it and you get your money back! The only con of this place is sometimes there's a line, coz, you know, Covid. The line can be long but it moves pretty quickly. The parking in this location sucks really bad due to tiny spaces and horrible backing ratio - worse if there is someone who doesn't know how to drive and it turns into a glaring contest on who is going to back up first, and how far. I'm really disappointed with my experience here. I am here for work and my infant is back in California. As a working mom, it is really important to me to get frozen breastmilk back to the baby. Since it is such a delicate package and I know overnight shipping is difficult from Hawaii, I called ahead. I called this particular UPS and the woman who answered was very professional. She asked me the zip code I am shipping from and the zip code I am shipping to and assured me that they could do overnight shipping. She even reminded me that pick up for overnight shipping is at 5:30, so make sure I arrive before that. Perfect! I arrived right around 5 and the girl working was very friendly and polite but informed me that they do not do overnight shipping. AT ALL. I am unsure if the number I called goes to a corporate call center or something but I was so disappointed. I did my due diligence and called ahead and everything. Either the employee answering the phone here needs to be trained on their policies or the corporate call center is giving incorrect information to the people in Hawaii. The later is not this store's fault, but they should be informed. It is conveniently located, well kept and the employee I did interact with was great. I would still come here again, just not for any urgent shipping. read more

I've been visiting this store lately to return Amazon products. This UPS Store is located in the little strip mall next to Waipi'o Costco. The customer service here is good and they are efficient! They make returns easy and seamless! You walk in, give them your product, they give you a return reciept and you are out of there. Literally, you are out of there in minutes. Now, that's what I call quick and speedy service. The best thing about it, you can take in your Amazon product just as is without boxing it or packing it. They do it all for you. Of course this where I do all my Amazon returns and receive a tracking label/ receipt automatically, but also so helpful for a computer- illiterate fool like me. I had some documents I needed printed and just couldn't get it done via their website. So, what does a non electronic- savy guy do? Call and ask how come? Anyway, the gals at there were just sooo cool by telling me " Oh, just email to us and we'll look for it." Now that I could do!..... Thank you! Clean and organized shipping supplies. Quick in and out service. It's small inside but it was just me and the 2 workers. Amazon returns brought me here since it's the closest UPS location. They scanned the barcode from my phone and printed the shipping label and receipt. Anything to save myself on ink, love the barcode system. The worst customer service I have EVER experienced. They do not care about their customers at all. I went in for fingerprints, I couldn't get them right, I asked for help, they gave me an alcohol pad and kept doing whatever they were doing. I kept trying and nothing, after about 10 more minutes, I asked for help again and explained that I needed one of them to do more for me than hand me an alcohol pad, girl at the front just nodded her head, 5 more minutes and I asked again about the help and she said very rudely "someone will come help you!" waited some more, nothing!! there were at least 4 employees and not one came to help. I finally called the customer service number through which I scheduled the appointment to ask for a refund. Customer service person said I could get in touch with the actual owner of the fingerprinting machine; by then I had been there for 40 minutes, imagine the frustration! I ended up just requesting the refund. I understand if that is not the property of the UPS store but why offer customers a service in your business if you are going to do absolutely nothing to help? I am sure they are getting paid something to have the machine there. Save yourselves the trouble, time and frustration and don't bother going to this location for fingerprints because you are on your own!!!! read more

I am so glad they set up a ups store near Costco because before i would have to drive all the way to the airport to mail my package. I came here once before and my package was delivered with no problem. Place is clean and service is pretty fast even if there was a line. It's next to a row of restaurants and near Costco so it's a great one stop area to drop off my package and shop for food and buy something to eat all at the same time, especially on a Saturday, which opens at 10, the same time as costco. read more

I often send packages via UPS, and I choose this location because I have always had excellent and speedy service. The workers are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I had to send a package and didn't print my shipping label as I had intended to once I got home. Since they were almost closing and had the box with me, I decided to go straight to UPS. When I got there, the computer was already in use, so the friendly counter person told me to send my shipping label to her via email. She provided me the email address, waited for it and printed it for me for $2.00 since my print included additional pages. She taped the label on the box, and gave me a receipt that included a tracking number and I was on my way in no time. I had to return my textbooks from the semester I just finished and Taylor at the front helped me out. She was so nice and patient! I needed to print my return labels and I couldn't get it to work right away but eventually, my email went through to the store and my labels were able to be printed out. I just had my books with me so I had to pay for an envelope as well as the printing fee and the digital download fee. It ended up being about $7. The process was easy and very fast (besides my email sending taking a bit long). I would go back in the future! Parking is available too, a small lot so can get crowded. read more
