Everything was good. I took my time to write them good reviews on yelp and google as a way of saying thank you and helping a business. 2nd time around, husband of the lady grabs the phone, doesn't let me speak, completely loses his temper when all I was doing is politely asking the lady whether they can fix the print or not in a timely manner before sun goes down. I told her many times that IF they couldn't, it was okay. If they are booked it's not their fault, I understand I DID NOT push them, I just called to follow up because I have a deadline I need to meet. I even said if they can't do it then just to tell me "NO", but I need to know because I have a deadline, but instead the guy loses it, yells at me in a threatening tone and tells me to "Come and pick my shit up" refusing service, not to mention, yesterday they told me they would squeeze me in yesterday night... Extremely unprofessional. Next time if you can't do the work, just nicely say "I'm sorry we would love to help you but we are completely booked" that's all you guys had to do. I will have no choice but to do the video without the outfit, and that's okay, I just wish you told me no from the beginning instead of screaming at me on the phone. From there, he helped me order the right parts and took me step by step to doing a PC rebuild to make sure everything works and none of my data was lost. The parts came in and Korey came and picked all the parts up and began the rebuild, taking me step by step through the process. Communication was Excellent and he sent photos of the assembly. Korey did an awesome job with this rebuild, entire setup was clean, cables were very organised, and he gave me specs and even offered advice on how to make the rebuild more efficient. I just walked in today and asked for 300 postcards and a poster design and the design and printing was completed within the day. I usually do banners and thy are ready in 1-2 days. I always work with Joanna and she is always positive and provides friendly customer service. I can email designs and pics and it speeds up the entire process. Some things to note are the parking situation. There is very limited parking spaces in the lot and parking is tight. Also, on a few occasions, I've been there at opening hours and they opened up late. I recommend you call before you drive there. I will continue shopping there.
