I would honestly give 4.5 stars if I could. When I moved to Waipahu a few years ago, I did not know this place existed. Before I moved, I had the convenience of a local print shop that I could depend on and was glad to have found MN Printing close to my new home. Prices are affordable and they communicate well with email orders. I have printed various things here, flyers, full color invitations, programs, and photos. My orders are usually ready within a day. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is the atmosphere. It is cramped and packed with boxes. I understand that Miles works primarily on his own with occasional help. I do feel like a neater space could give more attention to the awesome work they do. read more

Writing this review well before I even pick up my order tomorrow because of the excellent customer service that I received prior and again leading up to this pick-up. Both of these orders came super last minute and on the day of - the first time around I had called and sent an email inquiring about ordering several prints and just as quick as I had placed my order, Miles had a sample printed and had answered all my questions regarding size, price, etc. This time was nothing short of awesome as I had something I needed to be printed in bulk - Miles was completely transparent with everything and I'm just super grateful that he was even able to get my last minute order in on time! I've been using MN Printing for my business printing needs since 2003. It's a small business, owned and operated by Miles Nakatani. He does a great job with prompt, courteous service from him and his staff. MN Printing can print large construction plans, up to 11X17 in color, and business cards, and also provides binding services like GBC. I usually email my files with my printing instructions and the items are ready for pick up when I need them. For larger files, I bring them in on a thumb drive.
