Pretty good compared to other places. I was told it would take one month to get to my destination. This was in August. When I drove there to buy the box, the parking lot seemed a bit old and ghetto. Social distancing was enforced and I waited in-line outside. The staff lady was nice and helpful. I got my shipment forms, instructions and box. When I returned to mail the box the staff also helped me fill out the address correctly. My friends received the box in good condition and I'm so happy!

This UPS store is on the smaller side, but the folks who worked here were very friendly & efficient. Parking access is pretty easy, but the parking lot is shared by other businesses nearby. Need to ship out a package? The Waipio neighborhood has a UPS Store just next door from Costco. Easy to find!

It was the Monday after New Years so I expected it to be busy with people returning gifts to Amazon. At 9:30 am the line was out the door with about 10 people outside and 5 inside. With only 2 reps working it went surprisingly quick. The third rep was helping someone at a table get a document notarized but after that she asked if anyone had just Amazon returns and was able to help them at the table. The reps here are very nice and efficient. Was able to complete my returns within seconds. All in all maybe waited 10 minutes from outside to being helped. Good job!

I get to the counter and the employee scans my first item with no problem. When it came to the second set, she goes "oh that's whole foods so cancel the return" and turns around and moves on. I'm like ok. I'm assuming she met change the receipt to ups receipt so she can process my return?! But beforehand, what happened to hi, hello, how can I help? Or hi, making a return?
