Pretty good compared to other places. I was told it would take one month to get to my destination. This was in August. When I drove there to buy the box, the parking lot seemed a bit old and ghetto. Social distancing was enforced and I waited in-line outside. The staff lady was nice and helpful. I got my shipment forms, instructions and box. When I returned to mail the box the staff also helped me fill out the address correctly. My friends received the box in good condition and I'm so happy!

This UPS store is on the smaller side, but the folks who worked here were very friendly & efficient. Parking access is pretty easy, but the parking lot is shared by other businesses nearby. Need to ship out a package? The Waipio neighborhood has a UPS Store just next door from Costco. Easy to find!

I get to the counter and the employee scans my first item with no problem. When it came to the second set, she goes "oh that's whole foods so cancel the return" and turns around and moves on. Luckily for me, a UPS Store was nearby, as it was just a hop, skip, & jump away from the local bank, so instead of lugging all the gear back to town, I elected to stop by this UPS Store. Upon walking up to the business, I could clearly see some people against the entrance door area, therefore I knew they were busy. Instead of turning away, I decided to brave the long line & get my boxes shipped out. To my surprise, although they were very busy with only two store representatives working, I must say both workers were very efficient & professional! The anticipated long wait, turned out to be a very short wait, and the two representatives cleared the line in lightening speed! What a pleasant surprise!!!!
