First of all, I've been using them for many years. The response time on emails are quick.... you always get a reply. I ordered a new banner for our civic club and it turned out great. I entered their new shop to pickup my order today and service is outstanding! The wait time is like no wait time, hahaha... someone greets you as soon as you open the door and you give them your name and poof, you pay and out the door. Good parking and easy to find. I highly recommend Aiea Copy Center, go check them out! read more

Ok... SO THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! They have BIGGER AND BETTER SPACING. They have more room for their machines and to work with! The boy TREVOR was VERY HELPFUL! Thank you! He made "test copies" and confirmed if I was satisfied with them before printing my actual copies and then calculated the total AFTERWARDS. Which was really affordable. OH! That's the other thing. They NO LONGER allow SELF COPIES but that's GOOD because we could have them do it and us NOT SCREW UP! Lol! Thanks for looking and YES!!! Go HERE for anything! read more

Stopped here to pickup some banners we had custom ordered and they came out great for a good price. Plenty of parking, don't go during lunch though the parking can get crowded! Pick up was easy, just gave the girl the name, paid for it and I was out the door in less than 5 minutes. read more

Boss recommended this place for my concert poster. Never ordered from a copy center before so was a little nervous. They were super helpful and I got exactly what I meeded with a week. Great quality and packaged with care. read more

Aiea copy center. I'm leaving this here for those who send in orders through email for other people, keep in mind the company will refuse service to you if the company has a challenging time with the person that you place the order for has an issue with their order. I have been loyal to this copy place since my grandparents used them for years. But after receiving emails that they will no longer service me because of the low Yelp review that the person I was helping posted. It's just so unfortunate that it has come to this. I honestly don't want to rate this a star but I have to, in order to post. Eh! David, please save your comments you've already stress your concerns for the company on my emails. I don't need to hear you on yelp.‍ read more

High recommend! I emailed Aiea Copy Center at 12:50PM yesterday. Kim responded in a timely manner, was polite, professional and thorough. After a few exchanges and receipt of an estimate, I gave the go ahead for my poster print job (at about 2:15PM). Kim let me know it would be ready in 2 business days. Today I received a call at about 10:30AM that my order was ready. How is that for service!? Not even 24 hours from my first inquiry to completion... amazing! For anyone wondering about graduation posters, there are a few options: the 4mm corrugated plastic board is the most popular and also best option for outdoors because it is weather proof. There is a slight texture on the surface so you should go in to see their samples if it might sway your decision. Also - if you had been to their previous location in Aiea Shopping Center, they are no longer there. I went on autopilot to that place and then had to look up where they currently are. They are down in that single story shopping area across the street from the shopping center. Ample parking though the lot was pretty full. read more

CP at Aiea Copy Center was super helpful, calm and professional as I felt like I was a hot mess. Terrible terrible business practices! Whatever you do......don't complain about your messed up order because they will ban you stating that you violated their policies! Let me add something after David's rebuttal. LIES, all lies! Delinquent order? No, ABSOLUTELY not! That was from an order like what.....6-7 years ago, that Aiea Copy messed up and I refused to pay for your mess up? I have been doing government business along with personal business since. The TRUTH of the matter is this......YOU DON'T FARE WELL WITH CRITICISM!!!! I also saw another review which states the SAME issue as mine. It's good to know that there has been at LEAST one other person that has had the same experience as I have had! A note to future print customers.....I took my needs to Walmart and picked up my PERFECT order from Walmart within an hour! AND, I'm actually glad this all happened because I SAVED a ton of money having Walmart attend to my print needs, vs. aiea copy center! read more

I just want to give a huge thank you to Emma for helping me print the service brochures for my mom's funeral. She was very patient with me and went the extra mile to ensure that I was satisfied with how the color and gloss looked compared to the standard print. She was very thorough and transparent on the pricing and even then I think Aiea Copy is very reasonably priced compared to other stores. Emma was truly sensational, Aiea Copy is so blessed to have such a hard working, compassionate, understanding and patient employee. In the future I will continue to bring my business here for the service and satisfaction I received under her care. Thank you so very much Emma, my family and I appreciate you. read more

I've used Aiea copy center for 2 projects and they always provide great quality and service! I needed something printed on cardstock for an event and they were able to print out a test version first which I appreciated. I don't know a lot of other printing places that do that. The turnaround time was quick and they were able to print it in a few hours! Other places Will charge you extra for if you wanted it printed that day. Prices are reasonable and they are a local business so I love to support. They have a great system down. Highly recommend! read more

Aiea Copy Center is my go-to for my printing needs. My mother and I go big [on a budget] for all of our parties and printed invitations tend to set the tone for turnout. I, personally, have sought Aiea Copy's services for multiple projects including birth announcements, Christmas cards, birthday/party invitations, printed photos, posters and more. What I usually do is find a template on Etsy that has a personalization and digital download option (I prefer Corjl) and I send the final document in jpg or pdf and email it to Aiea Copy center and call them to confirm my order. Most of what I order is front and back with a matte finish because that's what I prefer and they have envelopes for purchase. They are always so quick in printing my projects- almost ALWAYS same-day if I call early enough and it's not too elaborate what I'm printing. They are priced right for my needs especially compared to other online companies that print cards and what not. I'm very pleased with their services! read more

Very helpful with getting a Canva design from computer to print. They made it so simple, and it was affordable--they saved me about $100!

Mahalo to Aiea Copy Center! They guided this non-tech-savy kupuna in designing a poster for a family reunion. They were so friendly and helpful..and the poster came out perfect. Top notch service! I am a very happy first time customer. I called while on my way to the shop to ask what was the best way to send over my file. Mike instructed me to email it to them. I emailed it right after we hung up and I got a confirmation and response within minutes. When I arrived, they had already printed a sample for me to review. We took a few minutes to discuss my options and my order was placed and ready for pick up within a few hours. The staff were very nice, professional and helpful. While I was being helped, another employee took notice that I had my toddler with me so she brought him some stickers. I appreciated the thoughtfulness. I needed to print card-stock pamphlets that needed to be folded so they recommended to have them scored. I HIGHLY encourage this add-on as it made folding such a breeze. I whipped through folding 300 pamphlets in 15 mins. I really could've done it with my eyes closed, that's how helpful the scoring was. Thank you Aiea Copy Center! Definitely will come back for future print work. read more

We are super happy with their service and the quality of the job that they provided. They were so quick! We dropped off our job at 11:30 am, and it was ready at 1:15. We had funeral programs and special thank you cards printed. The only reason that we had to go back was because we paid for everything to be folded. Pricing is reasonable, and the service took a huge weight off our shoulders during a stressful time. read more

I needed to print out an email attachment and this was thr closest print and copy center, since konkos closed many locations. The employee was helpful, but advised me that there is a $5 fee plus the one page I wanted to print. If you need to print something while running around, definitely run past this place as you'll get robbed. Response: Thank you for your response. Glad you are doing well enough to ignore a completely underserved democratic. However, as you stated to me, it's your choice. As previously mentioned with kinkos closing more locations, it seems rather ignorant to assume there are many options, but I did drive to kinkos pearl city. And that may have cost more in gas, but that's my choice. Have a nice day read more

Located on the 3rd floor of Aiea shopping mall is Aiea copy center. They still keep COVID regulations, which is fine with me, as you enter the whole office area is separated to keep customers and employees safe. Lots of parking area even with a lot of different business, with 3 floors of restaurants, supermarket, and many other businesses throughout the mall. read more

Aiea Copy's prices are a little questionable. For some orders, pricing is expected, however, there are others that make absolutely no sense. There will always be a $5 fee for every order it seems like because of their digital fee. If they have to manipulate your file any way, that's an additional $5 per change (cropping, resizing, etc). I understand the extra cost but $5 per change is kinda nuts. I always have my file print ready to avoid these extra costs. The quality is pretty standard as far as a printing company goes. As well as their response rate and production time. Nothing is exceptional or would make me want to come back. I wanted to order 2 copies, double sided, colored, on cardstock. My quote was $15. For 2 sheets of paper, insane! I sent my file into FedEx instead and paid $6. I would highly suggest shopping around before ordering from Aiea copy. I'm positive there will always be a cheaper alternative for the exact same quality. read more

Fast service so long the order and payment is clear and verified. Quality and communication is solid for all in the office. Price might not be the cheapest, but you definitely get what you pay for with their product and service. I do wish they were open a little later and maybe for just a few hours on Saturday, but I do understand their crew definitely needs the down time with how quickly and well the provide their services. Will be going to them for most if not all my printing needs in the future if it's on a time crunch. read more

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED SOMETHING PRINTED WITHIN 48 HOURS!!! THEY ARE EXTREMELY INFLEXIBLE!!! THEY WILL TRY TO ROB YOU BY MAKING YOU PAY A RUSH FEE OF $60+!!! When I called, the girl on the phone said that my documents would be ready by the next business day. Great! I submitted my documents for printing on Tuesday at noon. I received a final quote for my order at 5pm. I confirmed the quote at 615pm. I received an email the next morning (Wednesday) saying that my order would not be ready until Thursday at 6pm (50+hrs after I submitted my initial documents)!!! This was unfortunate as I was hoping to pick up my documents on Wednesday since I was off that day, but now I'm going to have to rush to try to pick it up on Thursday after I get off from work and before my daughter's swim lessons. When I called and spoke to the manager, Ceslie. She was extremely inflexible. She said I could either pay a $60 upcharge to "rush the order" or wait another 30+ hrs for my documents to be ready. I asked to see their policy on this. I also asked if this is posted anywhere on their website. I was told that there is no policy and it is not on their website. I was also told to "just go by the time that was quoted in the email". Ceslie also refused to give me an estimated time frame of when my order would be ready... and she would not say if my order would be ready by Thursday at lunchtime (since I could maybe try to pick it up on my lunch break) or even Thursday at 430pm (since my daughters swim lesson is at 5pm and they close at 6pm). I called on Thursday at 11am and personally went down at 2pm on my lunch break (over 48 hrs after my documents were submitted) and was told that my order was still not ready! Again, I was told to pay for a rush fee. Again, I was told that they could not give me an estimated time frame. Finally got a call at 430pm that my order was ready. So now I'll be up late into the evening this Thursday and Friday, trying to finalize / prep everything for my daughters birthday on Saturday, between working a full shift on Friday. I did not even mention the $5 / document that they charged me just to open my documents... They told me to email to them the documents and never once mentioned the upcharge. In the past, I went there because of the customer service great and they did good work. I didn't mind paying a little extra to support the small business. After this incident, there is no reason for anyone to come here. Terrible customer service. Extremely long processing times. Sleazy company ethics/morals. Zero empathy for their clients. I will never come here again. You're better off going to Kinkos or Office Depot. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. read more

Great staff and service! Always available to assist you anytime in any project big our small.

ACC is simply the best place for all your copy and printing needs. The owner David is one smart cookie. He probably thought of everything one might need from one single sheet of copy of paper to multiple copies of this and that to postcards, posters, banners, signs, calendars, notes and scratch paper and pads to business cards and beyond. Maybe NOT toilet paper and paper towels hahaha All kidding aside, this company also provides jobs for students and others and an internship into graphic design and artwork and an experience to gain skills that other jobs may not provide. It's a unique opportunity and serves a great purpose in the community. Learn the business and providing a service to many customers. To me this is like a Lex Brodie company of printing services. And I'm sure David and his staff Thank you very much for your support! Aloha Ken read more

Aiea Copy has expanded since I last used them decades ago. Last week I made copies of a 200 page document at the Fedex store at $44/copy. Aiea Copy did the same job for me for about 1/4 the price and even included punching holes for just a penny a sheet... without me lifting a finger. Gavin is exceptional and, in addition, he was able to print another job from an emailed file via my cel phone. Great prices, prompt service and friendly staff. Good bye Fedex! read more

Had to make some prints of our newspaper ad and frame them. Located in the same parking lot as Mc Donald's and Ice Garden. Ceslie was very professional and helped me choose the paper quality. She also answered all of my emails quickly and efficiently. I stopped in to print samples and decide on sizes. When my frames arrived 2 weeks later, I returned to pick up my order and make sure the prints fit my 11 x 14 frames. It all worked out great and I'm so happy to have worked with Ceslie. Awesome service, quick with reasonable prices. I ordered three 18-24 inch stickers to paste on thank you cards for my grandmothers funeral. The only drawback was having to make the file for the print myself. The staff recommended this because it was an additional fee to have someone in shop do the digital file for me. This was a really minor inconvenience and had nothing to do with the shop itself and how helpful the staff are. I will always utilize this shop for any printing needs. They do banners for graduation, prints for cards, signs, posters, stickers. I appreciated the help during a difficult time in life and hope this business continues to flourish! read more
