This is always my first place to go if I need to mail a package or just get stamps. sometimes the owner will pack the item for me. She is extremely knowledgeable about sending international packages and she always tries to give you the cheapest price. some times I wanted to mail one carrier and she said it would be cheaper if I used a different one. I only came here because the local post office was busy, but I wouldn't come here again. It smells bad and the front lady is rude. I asked her why USPS kept sending me back my letter rudely she responded for me to use a bigger envelope. I kindly asked her if I could just get a piece of tape to tape down one end of the envelope since the sticky part wouldn't adhere to the other end she told me to buy her tape if not go back home and tape it. What a rude ....... ugh if only if I could swear on here. Anyway, simply put don't give this place your business. Awful customer service. The woman at the front was extremely snappy and short. I asked one question and it was a simple but loud "NO." I asked something else and she just rolled her eyes. I asked again and she retorted with, "I NO POST OFFICE." Alright then. . .I'm totally siding with Brenda and Ken when reviewing this place. This place is fantastic. Staff and owners are very kind and helpful, offering various modes of transport services. Being temporarily handicapped I was greatly relieved to find that they would move my parcels from the curb into the shop. This place would get zero stars if possible! I just a had quick question and lady snapped at me "you wait!" When I was ready to give her the fedex box I asked her where to leave it she said on the floor by the counter in the middle of the store. I asked if it was safe, and she replied "I can't tell you that, if you dot like it take it somewhere else." I get it she was insulted that I asked but hey if you ask you should get a professional response that there has never been an issue before or something some what professional. But not at this place! Damn.. Talk about bad customer service! Came in to drop off a package and there was an old Asian man behind the counter who just kept looking at me and didn't bother to ask "how can I help you?" Not even a simple "welcome or hello." I figured he probably doesn't speak any English. Then an Asian lady came from the back and just said "you put your package there" then walked back. WTH! Each employee-especially GRACE- has been thoughtful and helpful- going above and beyond to help me. HORRIBLE service!! The lady couldn't bother to get off the phone to help her customers! While still on the phone she gives me a random label and tells me to fill it out! I haven't even picked the service I wanted nor even inquired about the cost yet! She gets upset with me after I told her that I'd wait till she was done. Meanwhile the line behind me is growing. After her call she proceeds to tell all her customers about her termite issues at her house and that's why she's on the phone! She even pulled out her "guarantee" papers from the company to show me! get this lady out of here! read more

I don't get mail service where we live, so am forced to use Postal Connection and not the Post Office if I want to be able to receive UPS or FedEx. It really is convenient to have your mail always received and just waiting for you to pick it up when you can. It's not free or cheap but definitely worth it. The lady has a strong accent and got a little irritated at me cuz I couldn't understand her. As a local person I can make my way around a lot of accents but she was very short, so I Had to ask her to stop taping a box and help me. Yea that did not work. I will not be going there again!!! read more

I knew I might be late to drop my FedEx package, which I was, but when I mentioned I would need to drive to the airport to drop at the main facility the proprietor asked if I'd take another envelope and tried handing it to me. There isn't a FedEx drop box at this location. Envelopes and packages are in a pile on the floor. Often times I've been there, added mine to the pile and left without ever seeing anyone. DON'T LEAVE YOUR FEDEX OR UPS AT THIS PLACE. IT ISN'T SAFE!!!!! read more

This business has been open since the shopping center opened. Grace is always very helpful and tries to help the customers. Their passport pics are the best!!! It may cost a bit more but the pics are a lot better than Costco and Walmart. They are a small business that has terrific hours. read more

Just awful. Place needs to be shut down. I dropped off a prepaid fedex box with very valuable contents and I asked if she could scan it in. She rudely said "no scan" and told me to photocopy the label. I said no, because I'm sure there's a cost for that, and she scribbled down the tracking number. No manners whatsoever. I've been coming here for years to make copies. Have interacted with the lady - Grace - dozens of times and NEVER had rude treatment from her Granted, she talks kind of clipped - but that's how she talks! Very helpful to me - comes around the counter to help me with lightening copies with dark color background, how to work their new machine, how to turn on machine after someone hit Power Save - stuff she must do dozens of times, but still she acted like it was no problem to help me - once again. I have been going here since they opened, great family run business, WONDERFUL service. They always go above & beyond to help me, & make sure I get the most for my money. My family & I (& visiting family when they come from mainland) are so thankful for always being able to drop items off with info, & trust that everything will be packaged and shipped, carefully, anywhere in the world! We wouldn't go anywhere else. It's like having our own personal postal company. We have our P. O. boxes here also. Photo copier, Passport photo, packing supplies, key's copied, fax, some cool items for sale. Postal Connection Kapolei is truly a Blessing to us, always!
