I'd already located a music store that would rent the keyboard, now I just needed it delivered. I picked Haultail after a survey of local courier and delivery services. They had good reviews, no complaints, and I liked the local contractor model, so I gave them a call. I'm not savvy about online service providers, and their support staff was fantastic about setting up my order and then pointing me to their phone "app" and setting it up. From there I was able to pay, confirm the order, get my driver assigned, and track his progress to pick up and deliver the instrument. I'm thrilled with the service from all involved, and our son is thrilled to have something more to do with his time than watch TV and surf the web! Turns out Haultail is national, so I'll keep their app and think of them first the next time I need this kind of service.

Upon entering, I felt a bit anxious returning such a big machine. Worried I was not going to be able to return it or worried I was going to be given a hard time. Boy was I wrong! Upon entering, there was a line but it moved quickly. Once it was my turn, I was met with a professional and pleasant "hello, I can help you here". The young lady that helped me completed my refund within a minute! All the while making me feel welcomed and not rushed at all. The entire staff that day could teach a class on customer service to a lot of businesses that lack it because they nailed it. I was extremely blown away at their efficiency and their customer service. Mahalo for all you do!

This company left a lot of items behind during our move. There were boxes on the curb that never…read moremade it onto the truck, and they left multiple items in our backyard despite me reminding them several times to take everything. They also left drink bottles and cans in our bedrooms and spilled screws and nails into the road without cleaning them up, creating a hazard for anyone driving through the area. On top of that, they broke a light fixture completely off the wall and damaged a light switch cover. Some packing decisions were also confusing--if you're packing the kayaks, it seems obvious that the kayak paddles should be packed as well. We had a stack of wood pallets in the garage, and I specifically told them not to worry about taking those. Instead, they hid garage items inside the pallet pile rather than packing them. At this point, this company owes me approximately $260 for junk removal, plus the cost of replacing the damaged light fixture and light switch cover. If this company is assigned to handle your PCS move, I would strongly recommend requesting a different moving company. Based on our experience, the quality of service was unacceptable and created additional work and expense for our family.

Well it's been a few days shy of 2 months and I just received my household goods. I didn't realize…read morehow poor of a job Coleman Hawaii did until I interacted with the moving company in Georgia upon receiving my goods. The movers here took their time and were polite and courteous and cautious of all the movements and actions. Hawaii Movers were the complete opposite. I couldn't watch as my items were getting packed as I prepared to depart from Hawaii as it was done with such haste. What really had me cringing was when all my stuff was packed into the crates for shipment and seeing light items and fragile items being packed underneath large furniture and other heavy items knowing this stuff was about to ship across the pacific. As a result of working to time and not standard the end result was a lot of damaged items on the receiving end. The movers here even said it themselves "wow this is the worst amount of damage we have seen" "never seen so many items need to be claimed for damages." If at all possible request that your mover be changed if you are PCSing and get Hawaii movers. Make sure you document and photograph everything especially the good description list as mine was illegible making the claims process harder than it needs to be.
