While I was there and waited for someone to serve me, they tool awhile because they had lost a customer's order and couldn't find it in their shop. When I told him I just need the copies, he insisted on stalking them and couldn't be convinced just to give me the copies. He wanted to do the entire job himself, and did it anyway despite my insisting I wanted to put the project together myself. Then he charged me 4 times the first time he said my book would cost. He also took a very long time and made several mistakes before he finally got it right. I asked to use the copy machine when I first walked in and he ignored me to look for the customer's lost order. They still hadn't found it when I left an hour and a half later without what I asked for. A day after posting this review I got a phone call from aloha graphics. I did not give my phone number to them. Why did he call me? How did he get my phone number? That is to put me on notice that they read this review and are letting me know they can find me wherever I am. Be aware, this is not your ordinary businessman. These guys go above and beyond. I had to call the police to report stalking by this company as by law I can leave a review to warn others about this company. I will not be intimidated by anyone!

Of course, they waited until the last minute to have their flyers, brochures, menus, and handouts completed. I reached out to David who was sent from the heavens above on the dozen or so print jobs we had. We had every variation of color, black, and white, double-sided, you name it! Not only did David and his team complete everything on time, but they kept me updated on progress and questions. The best part was, the price was still reasonable! While most places would've taken advantage of our impending deadline, David and his team did a great job at a great price.

And what stands out the most to me is their willingness to share their honest opinion even if it means passing up on the sale. Rather than do whatever a customer says and make a sign that looks bad, they explain a better way based upon thier own historical experience with customers to ensure an amazing end product. That is a quality that is highly underappreciated these days. All in All: Well worth every dollar invested in our project.

Follow up politely asking for an answer, and you may then get some guy on the phone saying he's helping Nestor. He will just talk over you -- again and again. Try saying, "let me finish", and then he will tell you to work with another business. Great advice. Red flags, big time. In reply: Your "attempted to help" meant not allowing me to finish my one question by repeatedly interrupting me. Who constantly talks over a customer including after they say "let me finish" three separate times? Someone who doesn't care to listen? Someone who thinks all of that doesn't matter because of one naughty word gotcha?

You cannot beat the quality and turn around time! They have always been accommodating and upfront, whether they can take the job or not. They do things the right way and I know for a fact that, they go above and beyond what is asked of them. A 1-day turn around is insanely hard to find in this business, but they get it done and get it done WELL!! My recommendation is to find out for yourself and choose Elevate print

What can I say she surpassed my expectations! She is prompt, professional, and most importantly the website is AMAZING! Of course don't let me forget, her pricing is completely fair. This isn't "Fiver", if you're just starting out, and not sure about spending the money, its ok to start out with free software, but once you prove to yourself that the concept is sound and you're making money, trust me look at it as an investment. There is a lot going on behind just the "look" of the page, SEO, mobile, etc, Rachel talks you through all these issues, and works with you to maximize the efficacy of your website. The reason why it took me so long to update my site (and tell me if this sounds familiar), is for years I kept telling myself that "I would get to it", but let's be real, I'm a business owner, and a father of 2, there are only so many hours in a day. When I finally made the decision and contacted Rachel, we were done within a month! and that would have been sooner if I had been a little more prompt in getting her the things she needed on my end. Bottom line, in the future if/when I ever need graphic, or web design, I will be coming back to Rachel at Antsy.
