I took my time to write them good reviews on yelp and google as a way of saying thank you and helping a business. 2nd time around, husband of the lady grabs the phone, doesn't let me speak, completely loses his temper when all I was doing is politely asking the lady whether they can fix the print or not in a timely manner before sun goes down. I told her many times that IF they couldn't, it was okay. If they are booked it's not their fault, I understand I DID NOT push them, I just called to follow up because I have a deadline I need to meet. I even said if they can't do it then just to tell me "NO", but I need to know because I have a deadline, but instead the guy loses it, yells at me in a threatening tone and tells me to "Come and pick my shit up" refusing service, not to mention, yesterday they told me they would squeeze me in yesterday night... Extremely unprofessional. Next time if you can't do the work, just nicely say "I'm sorry we would love to help you but we are completely booked" that's all you guys had to do. I will have no choice but to do the video without the outfit, and that's okay, I just wish you told me no from the beginning instead of screaming at me on the phone. Had a bad customer service event with @proimagehi I called to see if they could have it ready for me and waited and waited for a call back as the guy (Dean) had to take a look at the email as someone was on it. First of all, not efficient, but that I had to call 40 minutes later to check on only how long it would take. I don't find that useful. When I called, Joey was also not helpful and I mentioned that and he said he said he was sorry. But that's not what customer service is. It's understanding why the customer is upset, sometimes offering something, but mostly making what's important to them important to you. Going back to my usual best printing spot instead of getting what's most convenient. Sometimes it's just not worth it. I get you're busy, but you should never make someone feel you're too busy for them. I don't care what industry you're in.
