A coworker suggested this shop when we wanted some printed t-shirts for an upcoming event. Just wanted 5 shirts done. This shop is located inside of the Don Quijote Store in Waipahu, and there's a big sign saying "T's printed while you wait" which was perfect! We made up a simple design on our computer and brought it into the shop. First, the young man didn't even acknowledge us when we walked in (only us), but instead had a look on his face like we were bothering him. We explained what we wanted and how long we had to wait, he said 3 to 4 days. I guess "printed while you wait" doesn't mean it will be done right then and there, you will have to wait for days. To be fair, the sign doesn't say how long the wait is. Asked him how come it's going to take so long, then he said he doesn't work on the weekends, and he'll get it done by Monday, even though we need it Sunday. He got more irritated. Then his phone rang and he told the person on the phone that he would like to go to lunch, and told his eyes. I guess we were interrupting him going to lunch? So he would rather go to lunch than service a customer and get our order done? Priorities is lunch, not service? So, he did get it done the next day, and it was nice, but customer service needs to improve. He didn't even say thank you either. Oh yeah, we tried to call him a fixed times but he doesn't answer the phone either. Sir, you do good work, but you provide a service, and in the service industry, you need to service your customers or you won't have any. read more

I'm adding to Ata T's comments. The person behind the counter wasn't courteous and acted as if we were taking up his time so he could leave for lunch. We only requested for 5 shirts to be printed. Shirts that he showed us were in stock and displayed on a table next to where we were doing our transaction. Also, after leaving the shop, I tried calling numerous times to check on the the size of the logo printed on the shirt.. no call back. When he texted me later in the day that the shirts were going to be ready for pick up for the following day, I asked him about the sizing. He had an attitude and gave some kind of excuse about why he didn't get my messages. I think what's worse is having the owner apologizing for their worker's unprofessionalism. Came here because of the many referrals I got from other business owners. Gave it a shot and so glad I came here!!! The customer service was on point. I asked them many questions and the answered right away, even though there phone was constantly ringing and they had a large printing they were currently doing. I never felt rushed. I have them a hand drawn picture and they was able to create the logo in the program they use to screen print. I am absolutely so happy to have found this place! I called everywhere and talked to so many people but no one made shirts like this, or some had the sheets but no inkjet printers. Finally someone told me about this place. I came here, told them what I was looking for and they said ok. I text him the image, paid, gave him my baby's name then 2 days later I picked it up. It was sooo beautiful! Everybody loves it, especially my baby. And the best part was it was not even expensive at all! Perfect price, great service, quick and efficient! Well after one year of giving Guy business, he's putting me in the back burner! Good reviews always helps, especially if your not known. A year ago he was nice to do 100+ shirts in a matter of days, now he can't even do 15 shirts in less than a week! If your business is booming then maybe you should get more help or buy another machine... you think!?! Nothing but good things to say about this place! Convenient (located in Don Quijote in Waipahu), inexpensive, fast, and pretty much can do any designs you ask for. My family went on a Disney cruise this past summer and I had wanted a custom designed family shirts for the four of us. I found great ideas online but it would've been pricey to have it mailed to Hawaii...and being that I'm such a procrastinator, it was no guarantee it'll get here before our trip. Enter Mr. Guy and his crew to save the day. I visited this place and showed several designs from Pinterest. It literally took minutes to come up with a rough design on their computer. Impressive! And it was going to take just a day to complete it. Sold! They have a selection of hats and cotton t-shirts for men, women and children to choose from but I was told I could also bring my own shirts. They also have dry fit shirts and tank tops for ladies but in small quantity only. You'll need to order ahead if you want these type of shirts. Our shirts turned out great! Lokahi & his dad are awesome, they did our family shirts of 24 in such short notice before our trip. I had my own designs and shirts that I brought over to them (2 different designs for the front & 1 design for the back.) and it came out as expected! You dont have to bring your own shirts or designs, they could help you with that. read more
