I also have to admit that I did a dumb and was late to our scheduled appointment. I absolutely hate being late because I feel it's disrespectful to the business. I texted Howard immediately and he responded "No worries." Super chill and accommodating. I had a hard time finding it at first because I was looking at an old pic of the front of their shop (first time Google has failed me) so I had to circle a few times. I had scheduled ceramic tint on both my wife's car and mine including the front windshield. Upon arrival we talked through the process, and he actually talked me out of doing tint on the windshield with a reasonable explanation which I thought was thoughtful and of no benefit to him since we would have been paid more with the up sale.
