This was the first business to respond to my tint problem. I was very thankful and to find this place remarkable. I was given several options, and recommendations to choose from. Since I didn't have anywhere else to go, I sat in his waiting room, and started watching Netflix. The one thing with Netflix, tine usually go by faster. Next thing I know the Job is done. Wanted to get my windshield tinted and a strip added to the top. Sent requests for quotes and JJ808Tinting replied and set up an appointment time for me. The shop is clean and organized, JJ gave me the rundown of what he was doing, the plus and minus of what I wanted done. He answered all my questions, then asked if I wanted to hang out in the waiting area upstairs. Hulu was on tv so that gave a good distraction while waited. It took about 90 minutes and once done, he told me how to care and clean the tinted window. I would think what he charged for services was good, the main thing is JJ is a good guy and can be trusted. Called last minute on Sat. Nov 10. to have my 2 front windows tint to be replaced. They're very accommodating, told me to come down. Arrived in 20 minutes and gave me a very resonable price, remove old tints and replace with ceramic tint just $110, didn't try to over charge. done deal. They got it done just less then 45 minutes, 2 men were working on my van, very friendly and professional. They even provided some snacks and a movie for me to watch while waiting. Great customer service. Thumbs up! And they offers Lifetime warranty. Which is a bonus although I only plan to keep my van for 4-5 years. Gin, which I think is the owner. He took my van in 30min before opening which was awesome...showed me the different shades and materials of tint I decided to go with darkest legal tint all around and boom 3 hours later my van had a whole new look. He explained everything I needed to know before and when I went to pick it up he went over aftercare process. They put the neon sticker on window buttons as a reminder not to roll it down and lock the windows which is perfect because having 6 kids I did not want them to ruin it! Also this is the amazing part it comes with lifetime warranty plus I was offered a 20% special!!!A week later I went to get my safety & the guy used his little tool for my window and it read 26% which is way below the legal limit of 38% which is written in my warranty book he passed me thank God but I ain't complaining cause I actually love darker windows lol. It was by accident that I found these guys and what a blessing it was. It was my first time using yelp app to get quote for tint, I thought I only sent it to one company but didn't realize it sent to other companies. The great thing was they took the time to actually call and to tell me a quote rather the impersonal way everyone else did by just emailing. Im old school so I enjoy human interaction, plus this way I can ask questions and get a direct answer asap instead of waiting for email reply. Not only were these guys SUPER FRIENDLY on the phone but so helpful. The best thing was they were the cheapest and on top of that I got a grand opening discount which made it even cheaper! Professional, fast and helpful. I contacted J&J tinting after closing time, but I got a reply pretty quickly. They sent me a quote for my car, had competitive prices, sent the different options and got me an appt the very next day. On arrival, the owner went into detail about the different tints they use, color and explained how it works once it's on. It took about 2-2.5 hours for them to get to finish and gave me snacks and let me watch Netflix in their waiting room. Maybe I'll get a massage next time. My tint was done about a week ago, and it looks pretty good, i waited for it to settle before I did this review. I'll most likely get my second car done here. read more
