This whole time I thought they had closed when they took down the old keeaumoku super market building where they were on the 2nd floor. Got a new car and wanted to get a mirror-silver-like tint on my white car, not the typical dark black ones. I called around to 10 different shops (no exaggeration) on a Thursday afternoon because I was determined to get this specific tint. And every single one of those shops told me that what I'm looking for is obsolete, not popular, uncommon or doesn't last more than 5 years, which is why they don't carry that item anymore. I can't remember where I got my current car's tint from, but it's been 12 years and it's still going strong with no bubbles, peeling, etc. Anyways, so First Class Tint answered right around their closing time and told me they had it. So one of my vehicles I've been running really dark illegal tint for a while and finally decided to replace the two front windows with legal tint (SUVs are allowed super dark tint for rear windows and back just not the two front). Not sure if anyone came across this issue. Got my truck in 2013, absolutely amazing job on my tint. Straight out of the car lot got my tint done at this place. Owner said, lifetime warranty , no worries, just come back if get problems or need to get redone. Low and behold, 10 years later. I called because my back windows needs to be redone. So of course I call. Owner tells me they have clients on file, but we have to have the physical receipt!!!! He never told me keep the receipt for warranty!!! If I knew that, I'm sure I would have it in a safe box like all my other important documents. So now I'm scrambling through all My documents from purchasing my truck in 2013, from having my children in 2002. All my documents are in good readable shape since. Such a bummer he told me that, yet super shocked that he told me to provide physical reciept , especially if you say you have everyone on file. Everyone! If he is still doing lifetime warranty, make sure to keep your receipts in case they need to be redone!!! It would def be 5 star if they kept thier word. read more

I've been to First Class tint 3 times now. The first time was about 11 years ago to have the windows on my Toyota Camry XLE done. It was a fast and easy at a great price. But it had a lifetime warranty. The second time was about 7-8 years later the driver's window needed to be redone probably due to the fact that it was constantly being rolled down and up. There was absolutely no charge to have the window redone and it took only about an hour. I recently purchased a Mazda3 and went back to the shop to have the windows done again. They were five different choices available starting at only $19 to well over $200. I chose the one in the middle for $160 because it also had a lifetime warranty. Going to base this from yesterdays experience. Took my brand new car here and when the car was done i notice a big chip if paint missing on the edge of my door. I know 100% that wasnt there when i left. I confronted owner about it and replied " oh i noticed that early. It was already there" ..really? Atleast own up to it. I notice everything on my car. I've brought several cars to them including my entire family. I had a 2015 Blue Subaru BRZ and then another 2015 White Subaru BRZ. I had my entire tint done, roof wrapped, headlights, side markers smoked on both vehicles. They do excellent work for a extremely fair price. They both speak Korean and English very well. I am actually about to get another quote from them soon for my 2020 Toyota Supra and I always recommend them to everyone that asks. I don't know anywhere else that provides excellent service and excellent work. They are also quick with installations as well. My friends GTR and other cars got wrapped by them as well. It's amazing how much they can do. For someone who is OCD as me, they meet every quality standard possible. Other high end cars that my friends brought were a Lexus ISF, M3, Tesla, etc. Whether you are a car enthusiast or don't know a thing about cars, they are friendly and honest. Other tint shops overcharge, lie, say they provide warranty but make excuses when something happens. These guys don't. I've been to dealership recommended, family recommended, and yelp recommended but everywhere else is either too pricey for the quality they provide, takes too long, bad customer service and/or exaggerates the "warranty" they provide. To start off me & my fiance was really picky on where we were gonna tint our brand new car. So we came across first class tint. I seen lots of brand new cars coming here, the rate was 5 stars. When I GPS the location it actually took me to the ramp coming down. So you have to enter right before the light to turn left to Yogurstory. The ramp to go up is right behind Yogurstory. The ramp seems pretty tight & I was so scared to driving my 4runner up but he got up safe. The area of the location is kind of scary. The shop is pretty small but the workers that day were 2 guys & they were very nice & friendly. They so give you good suggestions on what tint you should get for your car. I wanted to be cheap & get the $120 But not me to do the $180 That has lifetime warranty & $20 more for the front strip. So they told me they would give me a call when my car was ready. So I went for a walk with my daughter to the market below them because it was so hot there even though they had a.c. that wasn't on. I left at 11am & they called me 10-20min before 12pm. I was so shocked on how fast they did it & I waited 2 days till I could roll my windows down & no air bubbles. Definitely telling family & friends to come here. read more

With the warranty issue I've had no problem what so ever. I've tinted 3 of my own cars plus my fathers SUV and every single person I know has tinted their vehicle here. My dad returned tinted his explorer in 2008. Keep in mind he's a taxi driver. He went back December 2013 to get it re-tinted since it had been peeling and they did it with no problem. Long over due, but I did my roof wrap over here a while ago. Wrap didn't last as long probably for 2 years until it got faded, but not to long ago I went back here to get it remove . I was afraid to do it myself because I didn't have the right equipments and I didn't want to damage or peel off my paint so I came back here. Once everything was done it looks good, but not until a few days later while I wash my car I notice some blemishes on the roof of my car. I didn't notice this at the shop because it was pretty dim. My car is a 2016 & I believe it came from the wrap job they did at First Class Tint. Would not recommend going here to wrap your vehicle! Shady place to get your tint job done. The let him sell out on ceramic tint and say "its lifetime guarantee" One day when his business is gone there won't be any lifetime. If he has to do a re do he will give you a hard time and rush you out the door. At first i liked my impression of this place but look at his way of doing business. No receipts of documentation on what brand and % of tinting. He does a lot of illegal tinting and thus gives you no documents or receipts detailing the work.
