I've owned 5 vehicles so far in my 39 years of living on God's green Earth.. and Patrick has tinted all of them. I love the quality of his work. He is extremely responsive, I've never had to wait long, and his prices are very competitive. Our wonderful State has dug tf up out of Dillingham Blvd so be careful while getting to him. The easiest would be coming down Waikamilo Rd, so McDonald's and Midas would be on your right, and then turning into the business lot. Don't go too fast or you may miss the entrance. There's a lot of closures in the area so if you miss it, go down Colburn and eventually you can go back on Dillingham Blvd and circle the block. The opening on Colburn St. is Exit only. He does take credit card but there is a 3% surcharge fee, the fee doesn't apply to Debit cards. You can always text him for a quote and scheduling. read more

Good job as always. Pricing is probably the best out of all the tint shops. Service is done quickly. Owner is an expert in tinting.

It's worth the wait for a call or text back. Beautiful job on my Honda CRV - ceramic tint on all the windows for $290 - 15 minutes pau! Will always go here and recommend them to anyone else. Good service good value read more

Excellent work! No wonder my co workers referred me to Patrick he really takes care of you. It was quick and painless even with some hiccups with tint, but Patrick even assured me if anything goes wrong he'll fix it. I would come back with my other vehicle. read more

Class act business. Very reasonable price and fast service. Call to make a appointment. Very busy but we'll worth it. You won't regret it.

Good vibe, good service. Came back for quick fix on a bubble. Tint still good after 3 years.

They were very responsive to ser up and appointment and explained the difference in the types and darkness of the tinting. As well as the costs and what tints were on special. The three of them worked very quickly and my honda crv was done in 30 minutes. They even detailed the doors when they added the tinting read more

Never heard of this place until I came across the spot where I ended up getting my car alarm installed (see my other review), but glad I took the time to ask around, as they're definitely not close to where I live. The owner Pat is a great guy, super helpful and very straightforward. The pricing was very reasonable as well at $299 for a full ceramic tint, which was at least $100 cheaper than anywhere else I went. Great work. Excellent work as well! I can see why they have high ratings. It's well deserved! read more

Called and spoke to Patrick last Monday and booked my appointment for yesterday. The location was easy to find and the job only took an hour! Patrick and his team are so friendly and professional. The cost was very reasonable compared to the amounts paid on previous vehicles. I could feel the difference immediately. The interior was much cooler than when I dropped off the car. Patrick made me feel comfortable and confident that he would stand behind his work. I recommend that you check out Patrick for your tinting needs. read more

This is a long overdue yelp review, but I received a tint towards the end of August and wanted to give it a few months to see if the air bubbles would somehow disappear, but they didn't. Anyway, to start it off, there was a misunderstanding in regard to my appt. Apparently my appt. wasn't confirmed so I ended up showing up with someone already in line for that time slot. This wasn't a big issue for me because I know situations like these occur and I was more than willing to be rebooked for another day but they said they could squeeze me in, like okay sure, awesome! Till I seen the quality of the work that was provided... if I knew that being squeezed in meant having my service rushed, I wouldn't have agreed to staying. Mind you it's been almost 2 months now since I got it done, and I waited just to see if the work that was done would somehow get better but it didn't. I see scratches and air bubbles around the edges. Don't get me wrong, great customer service. But don't offer to squeeze me in unless the same quality can be provided. read more

Thrilled with the fast, high-quality tint job they did! Outstanding service, great results.

Got five star service from Patrick and his staff at Tint Zone. The price he charges for tinting is significantly lower than other places in Honolulu for the same value. Wait time is minimal if you have an appointment. Location is convenient, there's a waiting area so you can see exactly what you're paying for and everyone is pleasant and courteous. This is a no frills and upfront business where they take care of their customers. I highly recommend this establishment for your tinting needs. read more

Called and got an appointment same day. Patrick was very nice, I didn't know what to do because I'm a girl and don't know much about window tinting but he was very helpful and didn't rip me off my money. Paid only $290 for ceramic window tinting everything on my new SUV. This place was recommended to me by my brothers and definitely will recommend to others! Patrick and his staff were so quick! I was in and out in 30-45 minutes. Three of them were working on my car to get ceramic tinting done. David was very friendly and helpful, considering I was unaware of tint laws and how dark to go. He was even quick and thorough for after care. They put a neon green sticker on the buttons to remind not to use the windows. Price was super reasonable, the best quote compared to other shops. Others have recommended this place to me, so yes I'll be recommending this shop to others. read more

Talk about a solid tinting job - quick response time, easy scheduling, quality job performed, great price! Had issues with my Dad's older BMW - peeling of original tint which impeded viewing, and ultimately safe driving! Although my Dad called around for pricing, a quick peek through Yelp yielded Tint Zone Auto Center. Patrick was quick with responding through texting and accommodated our scheduling needs. Note: there are specific days of the week where his team will both remove the old and replace it with a new tint. Patrick is friendly and open with his background and experience, and gives you a sense of appreciation of how resilient he has been during the pandemic and growing the business back... the quality of work his team produces gets around by word of mouth! Bonus: his neighbor next door - Has Auto Repair - has been a great referral by him! read more

Tint Zone Auto Center made scheduling a breeze! They found a time that worked perfectly for me. The owner himself greeted me right when I arrived and took excellent care of my car. We had a great conversation while he worked - he has such positive energy! The price was the best that I was offered across the whole island. Service was done very fast and very efficient. Overall, a fantastic experience. I highly recommend Tint Zone Auto Center to anyone. read more

Patrick was excellent to work with. They're very busy so when I called there was no answer but the answering message said to text him through his phone at 738-7545. He responded quickly and we setup an appointment for two cars. The first is a new 2020 Outback that we wanted ceramic tint for. The second was a warranty repair of our 2014 Juke where the back tint started to bubble a bit. We had done the Juke with Patrick 5 years ago. They were able to do both cars within an hour! The Juke was covered by warranty so no was no charge and the Outback looks awesome and was a good price. Would highly recommend this place!! Not only do they do awesome work, but they also are able to honor the warranty work on the work they do. From talking with Patrick and others involved in the tinting business, all tints will eventually fail, so keep your warranty papers! It was absolutely no problem fulfilling the warranty with Patrick. We had forgot some of the paperwork we needed, but Patrick was still willing to start the job and we brought the paperwork afterwards. How cool is that?? We were so happy we tried tipping him and he refused and said it was too much to tip! I will definitely bring my next tinting job here! read more

I recently purchased a brand new car, & living in Hawai'i you wanna tint your car to help keep it cool as much as possible. My boyfriend took his first mustang to get tinted by Patrick & my boss also got her previous two cars tinted with him. They both had nothing but great things to say -- fast, perfectionist, great customer service & very reputable! Which is exactly what I got & so pleased with the results. I decided last night I wanted to tint my car and start doing my research. After hearing all the great things with Patrick, I requested a quote last night. Now, they are a small shop but seem pretty busy. So I also called first thing when they opened. He was not in the shop just yet when he answered but he asked what kind of car I wanted & what windows I wanted done. He knows his cars, I already have privacy glass on my three rear windows. So he just asked if I need to do the front two (driver and front passenger) he called me back shortly after he arrived to the shop and texted me that he could take me in today at 8:15am. You bet, i shot my way there within 25 minutes. Lol. They have a waiting room with a tv, a/c, a couch, coffee & offer Wi-Fi. They were done with both windows within 28 minutes. The price they charge is fair for the efficient job they did. If anyone I know needs a tint job, I will 100% recommended this place. I will attach photos when my tint has finished drying after 3-5 days! read more

Pretty sure Patrick said he's been in business for 17yrs. His experience shows through his work and customer service skills. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Affordable too. He has 2-3guys work on each car so I was in and out in under 45min. His prices are fare and lower than most shops. Especially for ceramic tint! read more

These boys are FAST! I've had tinting experiences in the past at other places that leave you waiting for 2-3 hours bored AF as one guy works on the tint while you read every magazine in the waiting room twice. At Tint Zone I made an appointment last week Friday, was seen today on Monday, and 3 or 4 guys jumped up to work on my car the instant I arrived. They were don't in an hour flat, it was so great! It was $293 with tax to get 35% (darkest legally allowed in Oahu) ceramic tint on my Toyota Corolla hatchback. Excellent service, highly recommended! read more
