He is extremely responsive, I've never had to wait long, and his prices are very competitive. Our wonderful State has dug tf up out of Dillingham Blvd so be careful while getting to him. The easiest would be coming down Waikamilo Rd, so McDonald's and Midas would be on your right, and then turning into the business lot. Don't go too fast or you may miss the entrance. There's a lot of closures in the area so if you miss it, go down Colburn and eventually you can go back on Dillingham Blvd and circle the block. The opening on Colburn St. is Exit only. He does take credit card but there is a 3% surcharge fee, the fee doesn't apply to Debit cards. You can always text him for a quote and scheduling. read more

Never heard of this place until I came across the spot where I ended up getting my car alarm installed (see my other review), but glad I took the time to ask around, as they're definitely not close to where I live. The owner Pat is a great guy, super helpful and very straightforward. This is a long overdue yelp review, but I received a tint towards the end of August and wanted to give it a few months to see if the air bubbles would somehow disappear, but they didn't. Anyway, to start it off, there was a misunderstanding in regard to my appt. Apparently my appt. wasn't confirmed so I ended up showing up with someone already in line for that time slot. This wasn't a big issue for me because I know situations like these occur and I was more than willing to be rebooked for another day but they said they could squeeze me in, like okay sure, awesome! Till I seen the quality of the work that was provided... if I knew that being squeezed in meant having my service rushed, I wouldn't have agreed to staying. Mind you it's been almost 2 months now since I got it done, and I waited just to see if the work that was done would somehow get better but it didn't. I see scratches and air bubbles around the edges. Don't get me wrong, great customer service. But don't offer to squeeze me in unless the same quality can be provided. read more

Patrick was excellent to work with. They're very busy so when I called there was no answer but the answering message said to text him through his phone at 738-7545. He responded quickly and we setup an appointment for two cars. The first is a new 2020 Outback that we wanted ceramic tint for. The second was a warranty repair of our 2014 Juke where the back tint started to bubble a bit. We had done the Juke with Patrick 5 years ago. They were able to do both cars within an hour! The Juke was covered by warranty so no was no charge and the Outback looks awesome and was a good price. Would highly recommend this place!! Not only do they do awesome work, but they also are able to honor the warranty work on the work they do. From talking with Patrick and others involved in the tinting business, all tints will eventually fail, so keep your warranty papers! It was absolutely no problem fulfilling the warranty with Patrick. We had forgot some of the paperwork we needed, but Patrick was still willing to start the job and we brought the paperwork afterwards. How cool is that?? I recently purchased a brand new car, & living in Hawai'i you wanna tint your car to help keep it cool as much as possible. My boyfriend took his first mustang to get tinted by Patrick & my boss also got her previous two cars tinted with him. They both had nothing but great things to say -- fast, perfectionist, great customer service & very reputable! Which is exactly what I got & so pleased with the results. I decided last night I wanted to tint my car and start doing my research. After hearing all the great things with Patrick, I requested a quote last night. Now, they are a small shop but seem pretty busy. So I also called first thing when they opened. He was not in the shop just yet when he answered but he asked what kind of car I wanted & what windows I wanted done. He knows his cars, I already have privacy glass on my three rear windows. So he just asked if I need to do the front two (driver and front passenger) he called me back shortly after he arrived to the shop and texted me that he could take me in today at 8:15am. You bet, i shot my way there within 25 minutes. Lol. They have a waiting room with a tv, a/c, a couch, coffee & offer Wi-Fi. They were done with both windows within 28 minutes. The price they charge is fair for the efficient job they did. If anyone I know needs a tint job, I will 100% recommended this place. These boys are FAST! I've had tinting experiences in the past at other places that leave you waiting for 2-3 hours bored AF as one guy works on the tint while you read every magazine in the waiting room twice. At Tint Zone I made an appointment last week Friday, was seen today on Monday, and 3 or 4 guys jumped up to work on my car the instant I arrived. They were don't in an hour flat, it was so great!
