After shopping around and getting multiple quotes on Yelp, Ohana Tinting easily beat out three other competitors with a highly competitive price of $480. I opted for the Xenith 45 ceramic film on all windows and the sunroof as reccomended by their specialist. They offered a great incentive to pay in cash to avoid the standard credit card surcharge, which was a nice bonus. -Appointment: setting up a date and time was easy. -Location: Super convenient in the Kapolei industrial area right behind Costco. -Waiting Area: Very clean, comfortable, air-conditioned, and equipped with a TV to pass the time. -Speed: I was originally quoted a 2.5-hour turnaround time, but they finished the job in just 2 hours and 15 minutes. The quality of the work is very good, and the customer service was highly professional from start to finish. They have absolutely earned my business for any future vehicles. Highly recommended, Mahalo!

Prompt, Professional, and Patient--Great Experience with Al's Tinting Company…read more I was browsing Yelp for the best auto window tinting services and sent inquiries to several companies. Less than an hour later, I received a response from Al's Tint Company. He was professional, patient, and willing to answer all of my questions in detail. Unfortunately, he didn't have any openings today the only time I have available but his responsiveness and courtesy left a strong impression. If you're looking for reliable service and expert guidance I'd definitely reach out to Al's Tint Company.

I chose Al's Tinting because they've been in business 22 year and their customer service over the phone was great. Al was so pleasant, patient, and understanding with me and my needs. He at no time try to upsell me. He showed me the various tints and the sun's effect, which I really appreciated. I ended going with his recommendation and glad I did. The workmanship in removing the old tint and replacement was excellent. They treated my 20 + year old car as if it was theirs. The job time was faster than I expected, just four hours. The location is great near Cutter Ford. Lots of eating places in the area and close to the bus line should you want to leave the area and even Pearlridge Shopping Center. The prices are very reasonable, and they give a $50.00 discount if they remove and replace the tint at the same time. I would highly recommend Al's tinting to anyone wanting to tint their vehicle windows..

Thank you so much for taking care of my tint problem, Ohana Tinting was a bright light after Months of dealing with car stuff and one of the last steps that helped move things along in the journey. #RELIEF. After getting a fail on my inspection due solely to them now enforcing the brake light tint BS I began searching for quotes for a simple removal and I was quoted super high quotes by 3 other places before I found these guys and I am so glad I found them because these guys integrity is what really stood out to me and makes me keep recommending them. Mind you I was only getting a removal but Kyle got me in and out of there in less than 10 minutes and was friendly willing to answer any questions of mine on top of that. Thank you Kyle, Thank you Ohana Tinting, I'll be back for my Car Tint

From start…read moreto finish, Jeremiah, Jared and Team are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable Jared D. took the time to explain my options and helped me choose the right tint for my vehicle. The workmanship was outstanding--the tint looks flawless with no bubbles or imperfections, and the finished product exceeded my expectations. My Merecedes GLC 300 looks so much better, and I can already tell you it keeps the interior cooler in this Hawaii heat. The service was completed on time before the quotes ETA, and the pricing was fair for the quality of work. The waiting is perfect has all the bells and whistles-comfort of a family room-coffee, snacks, WIFI, Netflix, comfortable seating and clean restrooms; I highly recommend HI Tint to anyone looking for high-quality window tinting. I'll definitely be back for future vehicles, actually, my husband is bringing in his Mercedes EQE 350+ soon!

This review is LONG overdue, but it's been about a year since I got my car windows tinted, and it…read morestill looks and feels as if I just got it done yesterday, so it just really goes to show how good the quality of the tinting Hi Tint does is. I was able to schedule an appointment fast and easy, and the second I walked in, Jeremiah and his team treated me like I was a good friend. Everyone was so professional and friendly, and he took his time to explain to me each option in detail, and the pros and cons of each package. He also helped me choose exactly how dark I wanted my tint to be, making suggestions when I was unsure. I ended up picking their premium option and I couldn't be happier. Before, getting into my car after a long day at work felt like I was getting into a sauna running at full blast, and driving on sunny days made me feel like I was cooking alive in my car (the UV protection is also a godsend--I'm very pale and burn so easily), even with the AC blasting. Now, it's so much cooler getting in, and it also cools down MUCH faster as well, making summer driving way more bearable. The appointment didn't even take long at all. I dropped my car off, went out for brunch nearby, and it was done right as I was finishing up my meal, and I am NOT a slow eater. When I picked up my car, Jeremiah explained the aftercare process to me very simply and concisely, which was very easy to follow, and I was provided an aftercare package! While I will admit it was a little pricer compared to other businesses when I was shopping around (and I DID get the most expensive option, so I'm sure even if you're on a budget, the cheaper options are just as good), with the level of care and effort the team put in, as well as the lifetime warranty that's included, I'd say it was well worth the price. I'm so happy with my tint and would highly recommend Hi Tint to anyone that's looking for great quality and care!
