My experience with Xero Wrap was flawless. The communication from day 1 of getting an estimate to my insurance was so easy. Erin was amazing and was in constant contact to make sure that I got all these services that I needed, and that all my documentation was accurate for my insurance claim. I really wanted to give Xero Wraps my business and have them wrap my 2006 vehicle because of all the awesome reviews that showcases their work. I appreciate Shane's response in a timely manner. Picked up my truck yesterday and couldn't be happier. I worked with Shane and he was very accommodating from the consult to the final product. I have an older truck that was in good shape, but the paint was in poor condition. I was referred to XERO Graphics by two separate people which compelled me to send Shane a message regarding wrapping some trim pieces and grille on my vehicle. He was very responsive and was able to meet me on the weekend to see what I wanted done and a price quote. Upon my initial visit on 06/10/17, he was very friendly and knowledgeable of the products he carried and made some recommendations. After spending about 30 minutes going over my vehicle and showing me some samples, I scheduled an appointment for 07/19/17, to get the work done, which was about one month out since I was getting my vehicle glass coated the following day after the wrap. Shane called on 07/06/17 and had to reschedule me. Then 07/06/17, he called to reschedule once more due to unforeseen circumstances. I told him no biggie, life happens and I was totally okay with it, at least he called a week ahead which I appreciated. Today 07/14/17, I dropped my vehicle off in the AM to wrap the grille, chrome window trim, silver trim on the front and rear bumpers and roof rails wrapped in gloss black and satin black.
