The staff at Dynamic Motorsports are so awesome! Me and my husband ordered wheels & tire set at a very reasonable price. My judgment of a business is not how they act when things go smoothly, but rather the service when things don't! When the wheels arrived, it was found out the manufacturer had accidentally only shipped the front two! We were so bummed out about having to wait for the back two, ams even though this was at no fault of the shop,, Chris made things right by discounting the total price a bit, and making us a priority. As soon as the back two came, they were on it, and installation was super fast. Overall this is a great place for customizing work, and we will be back for suspension work soon! read more

We have had multiple items completed here. If they fix the wrong problem they still would not allow a credit or repay you back but then just give you another estimate for the actual problem. They put on tires incorrectly which led to popping, other specialists were quite confused as to what they were doing. I also had a sense of attitude and dismissive behavior around the staff. I was never happy with the service, but continued as another party said it was most likely still good to go. I'm now trusting my instincts especially after now having Another issue diagnosed by a technician who was extremely surprised to see their work. Not to mention incorrectly sealing a windshield and water leaks and now all the time. It is the one thing after another. Good riddance. read more

We have been getting our tires here for years. What knocked my socks off was my last visit. While driving, I had rounded a corner too tightly and hit the curb kind of hard. It created a blister on the side-wall of the tire. I stopped by Dynamic Motorsports to ask them if the tire needed to be replaced. As my tires are showing some wear, it would have been easy for them to up sell me a whole new set. Instead the inspected the bubble, looked at the wear on the tires and told me I was fine. These guys rock!! Honest, knowledgeable, and looking out for their customers' best interests. They made me a customer for life. read more

*UPDATE* Hopefully this is a two part review. I bought a car from Auto Exchange, the partner company to Dynamic MotorSports. I had a few things that were worked into the deal, and one of them being a complete detail. Well, the first time wasn't even what I would consider a wash, let alone a complete detail. I spoke with my salesman, Dave, and he told me to file a complaint and have them take it to Street Shine for for me for a detail. At this point I was in communications with Crystal. Crystal is perhaps the only positive aspect of this entire review. She was always polite and communicated well. She was determined to make sure I was satisfied. However, she could not get my car approved for a detail at Street Shine. She said that I could just bring it back and it would be done right. I told her I was leery of that, because Dynamic Motorsports is not a detail shop. Long story short, I took it back to them and it was washed and waxed and vacuumed and looked...okay, but not what a professional place would do. And then to boot, there was a huge scratch on my door handle and a line of paint was gone. Then the inside trim on my door was broken in half. Like I say, I hope this is a two part review and I can upgrade it when and if they actually take care of the problems. (which no one claimed responsibility) Again Crystal had my back and verified that the car was not like that prior to the "detail". Mahalo Crystal. *UPDATE* I had to remove this post in order for them to actually do the work. I was told they would do nothing unless I removed the post first. So now I am reposting. I got my car back yesterday finally. The handle was done and looks good. The inside was basically covered up with some type of vinyl tape covering that looks like a carbon fiber. I suppose it's acceptable. However, the juvenile happenings just keep on rolling at dynamic motorsports. While I was driving my car home last night, I opened up my center consul and found that there had been Chapstick smeared on the handle and levers of my center consul. Such an immature thing to do. I am glad to be done with this place! Avoid this place is my advice. read more

I needed new tires for my '13 Forester, as the current ones have cracks and are near bald. I also wanted to upgrade from OEM 16" steel wheels to 17" rims. Lex Brodies quoted me for over $2000 for new tires and rims; Costco don't even carry the preferred load tire, mine is an "H" Costco has a "T". Went to Dynamic Motorsports near their closing time; the staff didn't even mind that, they were courteous and helpful. Jack spent quite a bit of time going through his catalogs and online (tirerack) just to find the rims that will fit my car. I finally made my choice and after they were installed, I have no regrets. Though the rims and tires were not available, Jack promised me that he can get them installed within one week; this was spot on. I definitely recommend this place. read more

I put that fix a flat stuff just to be safe to get it to Lex Brodie's. To my displeasure, the tire was toast. The trouble is that no one carries this size. 295 30 18. The cool guys at Lex Brodie's patch it and say go straight to a shop..off went to Dynamic Motorsports. Worked out my best options and we order from tirerack. Tires ordered on Tuesday and by today, Friday...tires balanced and mounted. They went above and beyond to making this one of the easiest possible resolution for the situation I was in. SO I just purchased a vehicle and brought it to DM for repairs, took a while, they are busy and shorthanded, but when you talk to them you will find it is worth the wait, An auto repair place that cares about you and your car is a blessing! Nah man don't shop here for any wheel/tire needs. These guys are rude without any attention to detail or customer service. They jacked my car up in the air to replace a single tire and left it jacked without a jack stand for as long as it took for one of these dim workers to install a tire on my rim....1.5 hours. Yeah I would go elsewhere but they were the only ones with my type of timer on hand. Will never again return. Please go elsewhere. Horrible place, talked to a Crystal on the phone and she doesn't know shit. Asked a few questions about possibly getting my Mercedes repaired there and she seemed clueless about cars and car problems. She has to be the most stupid person to be hired for a car shop! Went down to their store the past weekend or week before last and a guy who looked like he was the manager was very helpful looking for rims and price estimates. I'm glad she wasn't there for me to see or I swear my blood would be boiling. It's hard to decide to do business there or not because of one bad apple. Just be careful who you deal with over there cause dealing with someone who doesn't know crap about cars, car parts, and car problems is the worst at a car shop and repair. read more

Unless you've bought a car from them, not very friendly to outside customers. I've been a customer for a while and every time their is a new manager. Their workers aren't friendly. Their is no parking. They supposedly don't do "tint" but it's marketed and posted all over their building and website. *update* THIS is an EDIT of my previous review. Apparently they have changed owners and managers. The new service is horrible. One of the employees was helping me and had ask the manager a few questions. I was sitting right in front of the manager at the front desk. The employee asked the questions and pointed at me to inform him they were related to my rim and tire purchase. THE manager looked up looked at him and started to answer his question while never looking at me once. Clearly giving the impression that I didn't matter. (ok I let that slide). Once the questions were answered we started to look up in-stock rims that would fit my new F150. To no avail. "The system was really slow today" was there response I got. I replied " no worries I have time". 5 minutes later still unable to access computer. The employee said "give me your info, I will get in the system, see whats available in your price range, and get back with you" This was over three weeks ago. Still no call. Also they now do not suspension mods (even though it says so right on their store front) In a time where options are everywhere, I would think they would have wanted my $2500.00-$3500.00. Got a flat on Kapiolani from a huge pot hole. Yelp to see the closest tire shop and they popped up. Called over to see if they had any 19inch low-profile tires. I was worried because these are usually a special order item at most tire shops. Adrian told me he would call me back to see if they had any in stock. He called minutes later with 3 options and prices. I went over and picked the tire. It had to be ordered from a warehouse and delivered. The job was completed quick and at a good price. I originally came here for my tint which they did a great job on. I dealt with jack and I inquired about getting some rims and new tires on my truck. He got an invoice together of how much the out the door price would be and he quoted me a great price. He ordered my rims and they arrived in less than 2 weeks. When they arrived I received a call from jack and he set my appointment up for that Friday (the rims arrived on wed). I arrived to my appointment on Friday and they put on the rims and tires. If you need anything done for your car, call Jack and his team. I needed 4 new tires an oil change and tune up. Jack had me in there within 30 minutes! Chad performed a 52 point check, and didn't try to sell me anything that wasn't needed. I thought my brakes would need changing (never had my car serviced for 50,000 miles). Chad said I have another 20,000 miles or more! I was so stoked when I got the bill. They fixed my car for a fantastic price in a timely manner. For a tire place they have only one machine which broke amd took over a week to repair it. Purchased a car from Auto X Change and it had a water leak told to leave the car there. When I would call I would be told someone will call you back that is LIE. Asked where my car was told it was being repaired but no shop name or name of a certified mechanic which makes me believe the work is being done by an unlicensed backyard mechanic. They refused to talk to me telling me talk to your car salesman. This is a shady repair shop never saw anyone working there that was ASE certified. They also like to lie to you. I am worried my car will be damaged and parts will be missing from the car if I get my car back. read more
