I first went to the Nimitz Hwy location and the customer service was excellent from day one. Super helpful and easy to deal with. Then I found out they also have a shop near Ala Moana, which is much closer to where I live. I mentioned it, and they handled the switch seamlessly -- one call and everything was transferred over. The repair took about 10 days. One piece of glass was on back order, so they let me pick up the car and bring it back once the glass came in, which made things way more convenient. No drama, no hassle. When everything was done, the car looked great -- you'd never know it got taken out by an uninsured e-bike. Solid work, smooth process, and great customer service. Sure enough, the final bill topped $4,000! A tree branch fell on our car while we were driving on the Pali Highway. The damage was mostly to the hood and it broke one of the headlight covers. Although it took 3 weeks to finally get our car back, it was well worth it. Much of the delay was in getting replacement parts. The final job was done in an excellent manner. You can't tell the hood was repaired and repainted at all. El and his staff are very courteous and I only have good things to say about their service. My roof also had rust spots near the sunroof area so I called around inquiring estimates for the rust and potential leaks but once I mentioned sunroof most companies said they dont work with sunroofs. Thankfully I got ahold of El's took it in for an estimate the very next day. Not only did he repair the rust on/near the sunroof but he found 3 pin hole water leaks. Super friendly, excellent service great work, my roof looks brand new all sparkling. El & Jo in the office kept me updated the entire time the vehicle was in the shop. Only reason that im leaving it early is because so far, ive gotten amazing service. I am leaving a review for Mazda as well. My car is currently being worked on by SH Fender in Kaka'ako. I drive a Mazda SUV, newer model. I noticed the the roof had some bubbling happening. If you know anything about paint, you know that bubbling can only mean that you'll be in a world of debt if you let it keep going. Now, being that my car is newer, I was shocked to see the paint and roof already starting to rust. I dont take my car to the beach. I dont park at construction sites. I dont throw bird poop at it. Luckily for me, this job is being covered by the paint warranty offered by Mazda. Go me! Anyway, I dropped my car off at Mazda and it was quick to head over to SH. SH was also quick to start it -- I know this because on the same day, I got a call requesting for the key to remove my roof racks (that I stupidly forgot to hand over). That being said, after doing some research, I was super happy that SH was responsible for my car since they have excellent reviews and a friend of mine has used them before. If I could have repainted the roof black, I would have, hahaha, but I assume they'll do an amazing job on the polymetal grey. P.S. SH guys, if you want to get that scratch off my front bumper, feel free to do so HAHAHA.

I had requested from a…read moreparticular auto repair company an estimate just to paint my bumper on Yelp, and apparently was sourced out to many others. Received a message from SH Fender, whom I did not reach out to, that the next step to proceed was to call for a phone consultation. I then "ringy dinged" them. My car is in excellent condition, 9 yrs new, 19k miles, and has no dents to the bumper...just scratches. Now folks this is a "bumper", not using Geico, moola is coming out of my back pocket. In order to secure an estimate, Wendy kindly told me it would cost me $150 bux. Sounds as though having Geico as a premier client, they have no need for "walk-ins" to be bothered with.
