I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants it. Despite advertising paint correction with swirl removal, this company applied a ceramic coat *over* existing swirls, effectively sealing them in. When I contacted them about this (the same day as service), I received no response for six weeks. Eventually, they pointed to a contract clause stating that water spots and swirls may still be visible. This is unacceptable, as paint correction is meant to *remove* these imperfections *before* coating. Their proposed 'solution' was inspecting the ceramic coat's performance, which doesn't address the core issue: the uncorrected paint. Very disappointed with the job service and non-existent customer support. read more

I was a little hesitant at first, but these guys are really good at what they do. Im happy with the package I paid for and would likely return again for a touch up. I brought in my 2021 Sienna XSE for her quarterly ceramic maintenance this past Saturday and Joshua, Lindsey, and the rest of the KQD Team continue to keep her looking brand new. They removed all of my husky's fur that he always leaves behind whenever he tags along. They did an awesome job on the wheels and the tires. I just wish they could make the curb rashes disappear. I would do it myself but the paint color is impossible to find online. When I took my Sienna back home that day, I did notice oily substance on the front grille and a little bit of dirt on both sides of the front bumper lip specifically on the crevice where the bumper and the lip meet. My wife and I also noticed some brownish spots on the back rest of the passenger seats and dirt in the cup holders. Other than that, the exterior and interior looks and smells brand new. Update! Annual Ceramic Coat Maintenance As always, awesome service and quality workmanship from Josh, his wife and their crew at KQD. Went in with a little problem that was out my control. Long story short, the ceramic coating on my hood and roof were slightly damaged due to my car being parked/stuck at the dealership for a recall for almost 2 months (parts on back order due to Covid). Josh reassured me that he can either fix what he can or do a re-coat. I opted for the re-coat at a fair and reasonable price. No regrets! Out of all of the auto detailers on the west side, Killer Queen Detailing was the first to respond ASAP. The delivery, communication and overall detailing was perfect. I reached out to Josh for an exterior detail because my car was heavily impacted by the Ewa Beach sprinklers when I was parked on the side. I have tried DIY home remedies but all have failed. I was even suggested by a car detail store to purchase a $500+ equipment to get the hard water spots out. Not only that, they had outstanding customer service when it came to scheduling, and they were extremely flexible with me for drop off/pick-up times. Know that you can't leave cars here overnight, unless arranged, there will be an overnight storage fee. Of note, in order to keep your 5-year warranty, you need to go back annually for an inspection for any touch ups. Additionally, they are an authorized tint provider as well, and have ceramic options! I thought they did a good job. I was selling my car so I wanted to get it detailed. My parking spot at home is near a sprinkler system and had water spots all over my car.
