Alright, so over 60 days pass and here's my honest review. After about two weeks in, I hit up Ron with question after question. He took his time to answer everything. Later, due to my own doing, the truck ended up with water spots I could not get out. This lead to even more questions, which he patiently answered. Ultimately, even though I made the mistake of using "dirty water" to clean my truck during the day (not supposed to clean the car under the sun), Ron conducted some testing on the truck and said to come back in two weeks. I was looking for a quick car wash and found this location nearby here on Yelp. It's easy to miss. It is the garage on the left hand side attached to the moped business. I spoke with Ron over the phone and he gave me a quote for a car wash. I mentioned I was hoping to get it done that day because my work schedule changes often, so he squeezed me in. He was very kind, professional, and an honest guy! My car had a lot of dog hair and sand from the previous owner and they were able to get all of that out. I was expecting take delivery for my new Model Y and wanted to shop around for ceramic coating beforehand, so I visited and talked with several shops including Perfect Ceramic Shine. Some were really good and some not so much. In the end, I felt confident choosing Ron and his team to provide the service and product and was looking for. Ron is friendly and professional. He took the time to explain the process and differences in the products he offers and also with what's out there on the market. He went into detail about how the environment affects the durability of the coating/paint, things to try and avoid and how to better preserve my investment. I decided to go with 3 layers of Titan coating (PX10/Vulcan/Hydro) on the body, Hyper on the glass and Pyro on the rims. The finish is glassy and super slick. Although I only brought my car in for the Titan coating, Ron went and detailed the interior, panels and conditioned the seats. I couldn't be happier about the service, products and results I received. After the coating is applied, he ask that for 2 weeks, not to wash the car and bring it back so he can assess how the coating is holding up and what my car will typically be exposed to on a daily so that he can recommend a suitable care plan for my situation.
