They were the number one company with 5 star reviews in the area, so I had to go with them. I gave them a call and, luckily, they had openings toward the end of the week. I signed up for their most popular package, which was a full interior and exterior detail complete with ceramic coat. The price was very reasonable! I didn't even realize that they were a mobile detail service until Elisiah explained it to me over the phone. Even better! Friday rolled around and the weather looked like it might pour. Thankfully, Elisiah came prepared with a tent in case there was a downpour. Elisiah and his buddy showed up promptly at 9am and worked their tails off all day, all while I sat in the comfort of my home. After a few hours, they called me out to check out their work. They did such an amazing job! They made it look brand new! I was extremely pleased with their meticulous attention to detail. In fact, their work caught the eye of my neighbor across the street and he decided to book a session with them too! What surprised me the most was how young they were. Both of them were just out of high school. I had no idea. They both were extremely professional and respectful. Pure gentlemen. I will definitely be recommending their company to all of my family and friends. I wish their company all the success in the world!

After asking for assistance twice the workers were not very enthusiastic, just told me where items were or gave me the item. The engagement in conversation was lacking because after assisting me they went back to what they were doing. The environment was very quiet and awkward, but I hope I don't have this experience again. Personally, If I decide to come back to the store to restock and get this same kind of customer service, I will not be coming back. When I came to pick up my car the detailer indicated that he walked into the gas cap cover on my car and broke it off. The owner indicated that they could order a replacement the next week. They made sure they collected the total amount for the detailing, even though they damaged my car in the process. After waiting to be contacted and never hearing back I called several times and got the run around. Finally, after several weeks they said that the owner had just ordered the gas cap cover. When it came in, they said they needed to paint it and they would call me. Sometime later they made an appointment for me to come in and have the cover replaced. The person working that day had no idea I was coming in, had to look for the cover, and try to replace it. The paint job was rough and unprofessional, and the cover was too big to fit my car! After complaining again, the owner said I could have it fixed myself and he would reimburse me. I had to order the part from Korea, which was easy, but evidently not for the Like New Detailing Staff! When it came in, I had it professionally painted and installed. I sent my receipts in for reimbursement, and after several weeks of not receiving the check, I called. They said the check had been mailed. I waited awhile longer and still no check. I don't think they ever prepared and mailed it. I called again. They said I could come to the shop on a Saturday in June and pick up a check. When I arrived, the girl in the office had no idea I was coming to pick up a check and struggled to find my information, although they claim a check was previously issued and mailed. I was finally issued the check after waiting for her to figure it out. This was the second time they made an appointment with me, and when I showed up, they had no idea I was coming or why I was there. It took over six months to get this resolved because of their incompetence and lack of caring. I think they just hoped I would forget about it and go away! Please don't waste your money here!

While the initial setup was satisfactory, the service execution raised serious concerns. Due to limited availability, I scheduled a 1:00 PM appointment on a Sunday. My vehicle is parked in direct sunlight, and I specifically asked the technician whether a canopy or shade solution would be used. I was told the vehicle would be washed in sections. However, time-stamped CCTV footage clearly shows that approximately three-quarters of the vehicle was wetted at once, and the work proceeded at an unreasonably slow pace under direct sun exposure. As expected under these conditions, the vehicle began drying prematurely, resulting in visible water spotting. Upon inspection, I immediately raised the issue and requested supervisor involvement. I explained that the vehicle had just undergone a ceramic coating reapplication and was free of any spotting prior to service. Despite this, the supervisor insisted the damage was pre-existing and proceeded to disparage the coating provider rather than address the service failure. It is fundamentally improper to wash a black, ceramic-coated vehicle in direct sunlight without adequate coverage or environmental controls. The resulting outcome was entirely preventable. I have retained a plethora of time-stamped video evidence documenting the condition of the vehicle before, during, and after the service, which directly contradicts the company's claims. This documentation has been shared with company leadership. This experience reflects a significant lack of professionalism, proper technique, and accountability. I am prepared to pursue further action if necessary.

I ended up going to Wayne because the other "top 10 car detailers in Aiea" did not even return my…read morecalls or answer my emails - "responds in about 30 minutes" - hah! It's been 3 days! Wayne replied to my call in less than 15 min! I will review 2 different jobs: cleaning the engine block for $100 (see photo of finished job) and doing the "good" outside job ($200). His prices are now $50 for basic wash, $150 for good (vacuum inside, wash n wax outside), and $250 for best (good PLUS inside shampoo). Price for van or large car is higher - best bet is make appointment and have Wayne give estimate so he can see and walk around the car (that's what I did). The outside job is scheduled for 2 May - we were unable to juggle our schedules to do both jobs on the same day. The engine cleaning was done by Wayne's brother (great job, Keith!) in about 3 hours - even for this short period of time, Wayne had a loaner for me to use (it's a 2004 Camry that looks like it just came off the showroom floor (except for a couple of dings) - so clean in and out (engine block so shut), inside smells so fresh. My engine block is now squeaky clean - ok, I don't know much about cars and mechanics, but I know it will help with resale value. Can you tell I'm very happy with this job? Oh, did I mention it's a 2000 Toyota Sienna with 143,800 miles?
