Every parent knows how trashed your car can get with a toddler and pets. My car was such a mess! I just needed a reset. I found Keep It Wet Auto Detail on Yelp. They were the number one company with 5 star reviews in the area, so I had to go with them. I gave them a call and, luckily, they had openings toward the end of the week. I signed up for their most popular package, which was a full interior and exterior detail complete with ceramic coat. The price was very reasonable! I didn't even realize that they were a mobile detail service until Elisiah explained it to me over the phone. Even better! Friday rolled around and the weather looked like it might pour. Thankfully, Elisiah came prepared with a tent in case there was a downpour. Elisiah and his buddy showed up promptly at 9am and worked their tails off all day, all while I sat in the comfort of my home. After a few hours, they called me out to check out their work. They did such an amazing job! They made it look brand new! I was extremely pleased with their meticulous attention to detail. In fact, their work caught the eye of my neighbor across the street and he decided to book a session with them too! What surprised me the most was how young they were. Both of them were just out of high school. I had no idea. They both were extremely professional and respectful. Pure gentlemen. Quick quote response. Reasonble quote for inside/outside detailing. Very accommodating/flexible with a last minute request for car detailing with a back seat full of German Shepherd fur (photos included). Also wanted to restore the headlight covers. Elijah is a true professional. He washed the car, didn't cut any corners, took his time to remove ALL the dog fur in the backseat, and understood that this job would require a follow up to complete the outside. He came the next week and washed the car again, did a full detail on the outside, restored the headlight covers,and vacuumed the back seat AGAIN to clean it up the new dog fur that accumulated. I'm seriously writing this review after less than 5 minutes if my vehicle being detailed by these guys. Bear with me.. I had my vehicle less than a year now and when I purchased it I decided to get it ceramic coated. Huge mistake. But it's a black vehicle and everything shows on a black vehicle. Even with the ceramic coating, it still lacked that appeal I wanted. Plus you could see ALL of the water spots even after washing my vehicle weekly. So I decided to reach out to this company and from the initial conversation, I felt like I was in great hands. The detailers were on time, professional, and knew what I wanted and how to get my vehicle looking BRAND NEW again. I am HIGHLY recommending them to EVERYONE who asks me. I was going to list my car for sale. decided to hire this company for inside and outside detailing including water spot removal. I had shopped around with other similar mobile detailing vendors.Based on the responses received, keep It Wet seemed to offer the most comprehensive services at a competitive price. Owner Tommy sent his son Elijah who took over the business. Elijah was prompt and brought his extensive cleaning equipment. he just needed water hookup and access to an electrical outlet. after a minor delay caused by several hoses malfunctioning, Elijah finally got going. started with the inside. my car had never been detailed, this s there was much to be done in doing a thorough cleaning especi the trunk . Elijah was tenacious and worked for several hours just on the interior. he brought to my attention stains he tried to remove. after he completed the interior he started on the exterior. he did an awesome job in cleaning and polishing. the hood of the car looked amazing with a beautiful smooth sheen. My tires looked brand new and had an amazing shine. He showed me the water spots he worked on for a long time. He was successful in removing most of the spots. Rear windshield spot were too tough to remove. I asked if they clean under the hood. Answer was no they do not.concerns about getting the engine area wet. I have never seen my car this nice since I bought it off the lot. Tommy is professional, I had a straight shot quote no excuses and no gimmicks and what he said he produced, I would pay him double the price, from the places I use to go before and how much they charge, for the work his is bar none the best I've had yet at half the cost of the competitors.
