We had bought a used van for when we live on the island, which was in good mechanical shape but the interior was in rough shape. I am not sure it had ever been cleaned since it rolled off the lot. It had stains all over the cloth seats, stains on the ceiling, and the plastic had been sitting in the sun and caked with grime. We got a quote from Ryan and he were very competitive with their rates. He really takes pride in detailing and had different strategies for dealing with different stains. He used his steamer and extractor on the seats and plastic. All I can say is wow, I can't believe how he got all the stains out and completely rejuvenated the plastic and interior. I should have taken before and after photos. The car looks brand new inside and I think it added $2000 in value if I went to resell it in this condition vs what I purchased it. So, I spilled a whole crock pot filled with shoyu pork onto the floor of my car. Not one drop was spared. Pork was everywhere. I did what I could to clean up the mess, but believe me when I say that it was a MESS. I found Sonny's through Yelp and Ryan was so quick to respond and he set up an appointment with me ASAP. I scheduled a full interior and exterior detail with a carpet shampoo and heat extraction for the floor and seats. He was so friendly and professional and was also very patient with me while I confirmed some things with the resident manager of my building. The morning of my appointment, Ryan arrived at my apartment complex and we talked a bit about what he was going to do. The smell of the shoyu pork was still very strong and you could see the remnants of my attempt at cleaning. He explained the plan and it included deodorizing the ac system, too. Awesome. I left my key with him and he got to work. About 3 hours later, Ryan informed me that he was finished with the car. He showed me a picture he took of the spill area before cleaning. In the span of 3 days between the spill and detail, it had started to mold. Horrible! Now, it's like the shoyu pork incident never happened! What a relief! Ryan and his wife did a fantastic job! I opened a project on Yelp looking for interior cleaning, vacuuming, and shampooing of my TRD PRO. It had seen many crumbs and dirt from baseball and soccer practice chauffeuring. There were lots of crumbs under the car seat. I requested a quote to all businesses and everyone came back with the same price but Ryan with Sonny's Auto was the quickest to respond. He said he could give me an appointment the next week and come to my home which was really convenient. He texted a confirmation the day before. The day of, he got here a few mins early and I met him at the door. I gave him a tour of the car and he asked if there were any places of big concern and I said just the food crumbs and dirt. He got to work right away and surprisingly didn't need to use our electricity or water. It was all set up in his truck. After several hours, he knocked on the door and had me look over the cleaning and it was so perfect. I'm really satisfied with the cleanliness and it's like I have a new car. Ryan takes cash or Venmo and I was having trouble with my Venmo account due to an expired card on file but he said no worries and gave me time to add a new card to my account and was super gracious with that error. Ok this was the NICEST, MOST RESPONSIVE, EASIEST-TO-WORK-WITH company ever. They're family-run so I talked directly to Ryan who was going to be the one to clean my car. When I told him we had to bug bomb our car because of a rogue centipede and that I was freaking out because I had to drive my kid around in chemicals (we no more another car), he moved his schedule around to catapult on out here and detail the interior first thing the next morning! This is in contrast to the other companies that my husband had been calling (and even driving around to), who either never got back to him or who told him there's a three week wait.
