During the detailing process, he was kind to offer to drop me off at a nearby Starbucks while I wait. He called me to send updates on the detailing and hurdles he came across. This felt like moving the goalposts after the fact. Even worse, during the service they damaged my car. The leather material behind my steering wheel was torn, and this was not an issue prior to the detail. Between the bait-and-switch pricing and careless handling of my interior, I can't recommend this business. Transparency and basic care for customers vehicles should be non-negotiable.

He was punctual, polite and greeted me with a handshake. His pricing is very fair. When I went to pick up my car, it was done by the promise time. The quality of service was superb. Carpet was clean, steamed and conditioned. It feels better than new. The pictures does not do it justice, but you can see he has a technique by the pattern in the carpet.
