Made the mistake of parking under a tree one evening at a friend's and when I came back, my vehicle was bombarded with bird poop. Used yelp to find a car wash nearby and this was the closest and had decent reviews. Every other place I was able to find was for detailing. This was perfect. I was expecting higher prices as the images from yelp were a little old, but they were the same prices as a few years ago which I appreciated. Their highest price is $20 which includes a foam bath, presoak, lava bath, undercarriage blast, conditioner, ceramic protector, special shield, water rinse and blow dry. I will say it got my car about 95% of the way there. There were still some minimal bird poop spots but a significant difference to what I had. The place is easy to operate, you pull up, pay the machine, pull into the car wash and park and that's it. The machine does the rest. The car isn't fully dried once you leave but that's okay. If you have kids, they'll like the different color bubbles during the wash. read more

That's what you'll get here at the carwash on with the Texaco in Pearl City all done completely unmanned as I drove up and already noticed a few cars lined up and yes since cars go in one at a time it does take awhile. You must be mindful and be aware that someone may be waiting along side the vacuum area to keep the driveway clear which I almost missed but patience is worth the wait since it's one of the cheapest carwash I've ever seen. Prices start at $13 to $20 all incisive meaning I wasn't charged an additional tax and/or fee. Yes there are directions you must be aware of and it will tell you you to pull in and it's okay while a car sits on the edge getting dried by the blower I found this out as well though the one star is the blower as it doesn't quite do the job really well as I found myself wiping off spots though it's so cheap that I'd still go again whenever I'm in need for a wash. The best time I go with hardly any wait time is between 8-10pm. I like their wash machine. It does a pretty good job for the entire car except for the rims and tires. Usually, the bigger car wash shops have a person to clean your rims and tires. Of course, for an extra cost. So, you can't go wrong here, especially when your competition is way down the road. read more

Since the seemingly never ending delay in the reopening of the Car Parlor and the much needed renovation of the Pearl City Liquid Aloha wash I've actually been coming here for my car washes. Close to home and most everywhere I need to go it's a twice a month necessity. Originally I was on my way to Costco to get gas I went to the PC Liquid Aloha Car Wash which has just closed for refurbishment. I decided to change direction on Kam Highway and head back to the Texaco station. Only needed half a tank of fuel and a wash both of which could be done there. Other than the absorbent gas prices making the price of Premium gas a wallet buster I like the car wash and wax. I usually don't buy gas here but I was loathe to go to either Waipio or town so I told myself to shut up, topped of my Black Beauty, picked the Premium wash then drove to the back of the line. Wow! My gas purchase earned me a $1 off my car wash Yippie Skippy such a deal. My turn up next I entered my code from my gas receipt and into the wash I went. A benefit here is the ability to select different washes and waxing options. No need to buy the $20 wash with premium chrome wax, when the minimum wash will make it shiny again. Another good feature, you can pay with cash or CC skipping the fueling altogether. This business used to be Fuji Chevron and has been at this location, though now Texaco, since forever. Right across Kam Hwy from the Watercress farm easy in and out. read more

As the only place left, by default they get 3 stars. However, they get an extra star for supporting wireless pay. One time I had forgotten cash and needed to pay. Well, my Apple watch worked here and everything went smoothly. As for the wash, it is decent. It is the bare minimum you need to wash your car. There are positives and negatives to the minimum. The positive is that it doesn't tear off your rear wiper like some other places. The negative is that, well, it doesn't always get everything off. (Damn birds!!!!). I have one tip, wait until the car in front has ended before putting your code in. There's some kind of bug where if you enter it in early, it stops the wash with the car in front of you stuck in the wash mid-cycle (don't ask how I know! hahahaha). On weekends it is SUPER CROWDED and the car wash entrance is poorly designed so that it spills out onto the street. But guess what? If it's that long - people cannot handle and 9 times out of 10, they leave so all you are left is one or two cars left. Figure around 5 minutes per car. Anyway, also by default the best in that area. I always come to this location but sad to say that my very worse experience tonight will make me never come back and find a better location. The attendant is super rude and unprofessional.Her behavior is unacceptable for customer sevice line of job. She's unattentive to your customers, I am buzzing outside for like 7-10min standing, after several buzzers, no attendand came to service customers that I still need to go on the window to signal her that there is a customer lining up on the front!!!!!! This car wash is garbage. It never cleans the wheels and tires, nor does it get the lower panels on my mid-size suv. not of the card readers were work today, July 7th, which lately seems to happen often at this location. I get it....things do go out of service with equipment. But, the man working the desk today at around 1130 AM inside the store today was more busy texting on his phone than to focus on the customers and lacks even the basic professional skill of apologizing to customers for the inconvenience. He was curt, rude and did not even look at the customers but talked while staring at his phone. My dog wanted to go for a car ride and my car was dirty so we stopped by here since it's close to home. The chevron gas was $. 20 cheaper than the neighboring Shell station (both Chevron and Shell have drive thru car washes) and you get a discount on the car wash if you buy gas, so I put about $20 of gas and I was able to pay for the car wash at the gas pump. Side note: if you have a safeway card, you can get an additional 10 or 20 cent per gallon discount off your gas if you have enough points. I opted for the premium wash, $16 before discount, $14.38 with gas purchase. The premium wash includes the regular wash plus wax, undercarriage wash and hot wax and sealant. It was a Friday afternoon around 1pm and no line. Huh? There's usually a line out to the curb to get in. The wash is pretty fun, my dog was impressed with all the brushes moving around. The dryer time is kind of junk. There was no one behind me so I took my time under the dryer, but it cut off after a little over a minute. I had to bust out my towels and wipe the back down. Got the ceramic shine package. Looked good from the inside, but when I got out I saw water spots and spots where pollen had gotten on my car prior to the wash. Annoying Bc I can't even like wipe off some of those spots Bc they're glazed over. I'd suggest only getting this package if your car has been cleaned just prior to going, not if you're trying to get it legitimately washed, only if you want a shine. Like it's a nice shine, don't get me wrong, but there was just too much stuff that didn't get washed away, and too many water spots from the wash itself that makes me think it's not really all "purified water". read more

Oh Texaco... I went for a car wash and left with my car only slightly less dirty than when I brought it in. The machine was fine, but it never got close enough to my car to really clean it. I had a splat of some unknown substance on my windshield from driving down H1 and it wasn't taken completely off and just left a translucent smudge. That was a hard $10 to lose. This place will work well in a pinch, but if you're going to be around other humans who will see your car, go to one of the other car washes in town. read more

This review isn't on the gas station or the attendants, because they are always friendly and I get great service consistently. The place is clean and well kept. My problem is with the car wash! The foaming doesn't hit all of the vehicle, the spinning brushes don't clean effectively and the dryer...‍ it turns on when you're still in rise mode and so you really only get about 30sec not 90 to go through the dryer. If you slowly move through it, it shits off at the back of your car. It's just terrible. I don't know why they can't set the timer for longer? read more

Me and my boyfriend have been coming here daily for over two years for drinks, gas, car wash, etc. We've always had great service and even are on a first name basis with some of the aunties. Tonight we took our babies on a walk and stopped by Texaco for some drinks before heading home. We didn't have masks so we didn't go inside but tried to use the outside window to pay instead. Review for the Self-use vacuum: There's just one vacuum. It's $1 for 5 minutes (quarters only.) $2 was more than enough time to do my 4-door sedan. The vacuum isn't that strong, but if you keep going over it with force, it will eventually pick up mostly everything on the carpet. You can also foam clean your carpets, but I wouldn't trust it because the vacuum doesn't seem strong enough for that detail. However, when I went inside the shop to ask for change, the man was very nice and willing to change my dollars for quarters. Some places don't give out change that's why. It's cheap and if your car isn't that dirty, this place does the work if you need just a fast carpet clean. Only thing is, its located right at the busy intersection, so everyone can see you cleaning your car haha. read more

This gas station is my favorite chevron gas place. It's located across from the watercress farm. It's not a huge gas station but it has a car wash drive. Which is convenient for many people. The staff here are very friendly and hardworking kind of people. They keep this station clean by emptying out the trash bins and wiping down their gas pumps. I don't know any other gas station who does that. If you come here often enough you'll see people working outside of their counter box. Also, this place is consistently busy which means gas quality is good and not old. You don't want to feed your car bad gas. read more

Since I had a chevron gift card I decided to stop by this little spot. This place is busy! At 6:15am there already was cars in the gas station and a line for the car wash. What better thing to do then start my review while I wait for my turn... Gas prices are comparable to anywhere else ($expensive) haha. You do get $1 off any wash package with a 5gal min purchase of gas. I opted for the Ultimate Wash Plus. Had to wash my car so went to Texaco at Pearlridge. My only issue is that I drove in and the wash didn't start so I had to go into the store to get the machine started up again. Very bad service with a local lady with an angry attitude around 9:15pm 10/9/22, we just filled up prepaid gas with our credit card of $30, our car only filled up $22 worth of gas before it got full, we went in to inquire about our change, the lady was explaining to us that our change was going to go back to our credit card automatically saying the f*** word while explaining to us in an angry tone (she automatically assumed that we should know that, but we didn't know that, that's why we politely asked), businesses with bad employees usually fails with customers, Texaco needs better workers. read more

I like going here for quick gas and the car wash. They just upgraded the dryer and replaced the turnstile wiper material. It's worth sitting in the long line in my opinion, but if you have to go, the car wash code won't expire for a while so you can come back later. 24 HOUR CAR WASH!!! Yup, I asked. You can go at 3am if you want so there is no line. I'm sure there are those rare times when maintenance must happen but otherwise this is a very convenient place to go. And no, there is no one to hand dry your car afterwards, just drive a little faster on the roadways to get excess water off. Another plus is that if you buy gas over 5 gallons there is an extra $1 off the wash. Purchase gas and a wash at the cashier and you can get a stamp card too! For lazy people like me this place is awesome. Employees here are sweet. And they keep the station tidy. I personally witnessed an employee take out the trash. Come to this Texaco, NOT Chevron, for a refreshing change from those other grungy Gas stations. read more
