Today is 4/22 and it's 4:25pm. There was a homeless young man outside looking hungry! I gave him $15 dollars to get something to eat. Then I walked in. He came in after and I heard the ladies totally disrespecting him. Mocking him like a little kid and trying to chase him out until they seen his money in his hand. I get it. That homeless steal or what ever they do. But to mock them in English and in Filipino in front of guests is terrible! Management should show them a different way. I almost wanted to tell the ladies off myself and mock them! Smh!!! Maybe have a little empathy and if they are buying something. Treat them like a paying guests. If not then ask them to leave! This location is close by and daughter and I wanted to get chocolate. It's a convenience store and has most of what you want. I got the Reece's candy bar while my daughter got a chocolate bar both priced at $1.89. There other chocolates ranged from $1.89 and up. The highest being $4. They sell so much stuff especially hot food and other treats. I definitely like the spam musubis here. They sell coffee, drinks and other random food items to your other needs. I don't stop here often but if I do it's usually for a drink or snacks. Parking is directly up front. Pretty busy location as parking gets full. If I could give this location zero stars, then I would. So yesterday was March 21 and I went in to renew my Holo Card for the April pass. The company policy is that they can renew it after the 20th and being that yesterday was the 21st, I am able to do that. Alma the asst store manager refused to do it saying it was too early and I started arguing with her about the company policy. Then I blew up and told her you know what fine I'll do it at Foodland. This location totally sucks!! On Monday morning I'll be telling Kelci Nakano (customer care manager) about this. This is gonna be the third complaint so far about this location that I'm going to be reporting. To all TheBus and Skyline riders, don't ever renew your Holo card at 7-11. You're better off doing it at Foodland or Times where the workers there are on it. read more

Came to buy a Holo Card. Woman at register had to call another associate to figure out how to do it. I had to wait for her to ask multiple times for her to come to the front and when the second woman came she was not wearing a mask. Then, after waiting with my card out the whole time they told me it was cash only. When I asked if I could only pay with cash she told me to, "Go find an ATM." I've been a frequent customer here usually for coffee or a snack. Location is good, downstairs from Makino Chaya across Anna Millers and bed bath and beyond. Parking can get busy but being its 7-11 people are constantly going in and out. At worst you may need to wait for a stall during peak hours. The interior is like most older 7-11 locations equipped with things you'll need while on the run. I have not once come here and things were not stocked unlike some locations that I've been to which can be frustrating. Overall this is a great store, employees will always greet you when you walk in and they are always very helpful. read more

I have been coming to this 7 eleven location for years on end from small kid time till today. Its located conveniently in the Westridge Shopping Center right next to some convenient places like KFC, Herbert Realty, Makino Chaya, etc. This location is fairly sized like other 7 elevens. The staff and customer service is good. Everytime I come in I get greeted unless they are super busy. The only time of the day that it gets really busy here is in the morning when people are trying to get their breakfast foods to go. The parking lot right across the store can get packed too. During certain times it the store and parking lot can also get full during peak hours of pau hana after work time when people are getting off and kids are being picked up and they want to get a slurpee or snack after sports practice or something. I usually get the Arizona Ice Teas here everytime I come into a 7 eleven. I think it is one of the most popular and well purchased item in the 7 eleven stores. I love 7-11. In general, 7-11 is what I picture as the ideal convenient store no matter where you go, but PLEASE don't take it from me. To understand 7-11, you have to look at history. August 13, 2011 the infamous Flash Mob of 7-11 in Montgomery Country, Maryland. But how can you compare Maryland's 7-11 to Hawaii's 7-11? The You Tube video. The Flash Mob of 7-11 in Montgomery County, Maryland has done more good than bad for this company by exposing it's good side. I'll explain why the crime showed how 7-11 is the ideal convenient store by looking at the facts. First, why 7-11? Why not some lesser known company? Answers: Prime Locations. 7-11 always have excellent strategic locations throughout the world. The locations are positioned to catch the most customers in well known areas, proofs in the video. Unfortunately, it worked against them in this case. Nevertheless, it's a fact they have prime locations. The workers. The workers are innocent and polite, and the criminals took advantage of this. When's the last time you heard of a 7-11 worker getting hurt or die in a robbery? The workers are smart. They don't try and be heros. The robbers knew this and took advantage of them. 7-11 has very kind workers. It's a fact. Always fully stocked. Knowing this, the perpetrators could easily pick any day to heist the place. When you go to any 7-11 in Hawaii, you're guaranteed 98% that they'll have what you crave from them or at least your second choice. It's a fact. Happiness. If you look at the You Tube video, everyone is smiling and laughing. I've never seen anyone rob a place with a smile on their face. Do you ever see angry or upset customers in Hawaii's 7-11? 7-11 brings happiness. It's a fact that people go to places that makes them happy. It's called seeking pleasure. this is your typical convenient store chain...without a gas station. good... every time i enter, day or night, i'm always greeted with eye contact and a welcome greeting by someone behind the counter. i frequent this location the most of all the 7-Eleven's and it is constantly stocked with everything from dried snacks, drinks (leaded and unleaded), hot food items, reading material, etc. bad... parking is horrible when all the restaurants are open. read more
