Use your Kama'aina card to earn Kama'aina reward points to use towards items in the store. Also with your Kama'aina card, you can get discounted gas on the weekends. Conveniently located near my home. Great selection of on the go snacks. Workers are super friendly!

SPACEY NOM NOM GAS AND PUMP #11---Do people stick with the same gas stations or is it something more like hitting up the closest ones when its needed? For me I guess its a mix between both, but what sets apart the gas stations that you "prefer" from the ones you rather not go to unless you have to? I had to think about this one long and hard and the thing that leaks out from this gas station is its spaciousness. Wut the heck is spacious gas? Some gas stations have only 2 or 4 pumps and its very small and tight to maneuver in and out. But here is very "spacious." Theres 12 pumps and cars can drive in between as needed. You aint gotta feel worried when theres a car behind you like those other places and they are giving you that look to hurry up and pump (it aint like squeezing the pump anymore harder will make it go any faster you know). This is why I like Pump #11. Its up ahead and nobodys gonna hump your car from behind if you position it correctly. Its like the unsaid rule in the mens restroom, you know, where if you are using the far end urinal, but there always seem to be that one person that wants to use the urinal right next to you, when theres open ones further away...The pump is one of those where if you squeeze it hard it starts to click and you have to let it go and apply the right amount of pressure again to get it going again. (I think peeps avoid this pump except for me) Then it slows to a crawl and you stand there awkwardly and notice other people looking back at you doing the same exact awkward thing. Anyways, this gas station also features Nom Nom, which I am still unsure what its about. I think they specialize in the food and drinks available inside. Nothing too out of the ordinary, but I do see tornado fritters, corn dogs, musubis, and passion orange guava slushies. Maybe they should call this place Nom Nom Space Gas instead.

The best, well I think so

I like…read morediniguan and have tried it at a bunch of places and the diniguan here is probably my favorite. The meat is cooked long enough so that it's very tender and they use good fatty pieces (possibly pork belly). The adobo is also good and unique. It's pretty sweet but very good and I think they use pork belly for that as well. Trying the guisantes for the first time and that's pretty good too; a little different with carrots and potatoes and it has a bit of sweetness too. Also, this gas station always has the cheapest gas outside of Costco so another good reason to stop by.

We got the three piece banana lumpia $6.09 and a mixed plate (fried chicken and bbq pork ribs) $15.99. It came with two scoops of white rice and corn. I added on a 44 oz. drink for $1.29. I was there around 7pm. The food was ok. The piece of fried chicken was sitting under the heat lamp for a while. The skin was crispy hard and the meat was dry. The bbq pork ribs were well seasoned. The white rice had too much water in it and was soggy. I would have given it three stars. However, I added on a 44 oz. drink for a great price. On top of that they have Orange Bang as a fountain drink. I couldn't believe my eyes. I've eaten at a lot of places and they never have Orange Bang as a fountain drink. I love Orange Bang and filled that sucker up. If I lived closer I would be here everyday for an Orange Bang.

It's funny how these little adult decisions become so exciting. The world is our oyster, we get to decide what color trash cans we want, what store we shop at, and how much we're willing to spend based on our budget. This is adulting, y'all! As for trash bags, Walgreens is my go-to because they're so affordable. Unfortunately, tonight my shopping trip got cut short because they were doing maintenance on the lights. The machinery was incredibly loud, and it started giving me a headache, so I couldn't browse every aisle like I usually do. That was definitely a bummer. I will say, though, I enjoyed checking out the alcohol prices. I'm currently putting together a mini bar cart for my room, and Walgreens has some really good prices on their mini bottles. I'm looking forward to comparing prices at Longs Drugs, Foodland, and Costco before I finish stocking it. I'll definitely be back, as always, Walgreens. It's particularly useful for people who need a freezer meal, such as those postpartum or recovering from an illness. It's the perfect food meal to bring by for someone that you love, they can eat it immediately or save it for later. Ideally many of these items should be steamed, some boiled or baked, so if you have a steamer setup at home that would be perfect. The storefront is small but clean and well stocked with many different freezers and items. Certain dim sum items fare better when reheated or steamed after being frozen. I've been here twice now and my favorite items have been: pork/shrimp siu mai (generous portions of meat, steams really well, super juicy), pork and shrimp wontons (they taste very similar to their siu mai, except you have to boil them, which is a bit easier than setting up a steamer), lotus leaf sticky rice (The savory pork filling against the tender sticky rice is so good, and the fragrance of the lotus leaf!), egg tarts (surprisingly delicious after being baked from frozen!). Items I thought were just okay, probably would not get again: pork and chive wonton (there was a generous amount of filling, but it didn't really meld well), look fun (I knew it would not steam well, but had to try it once!), three treasures (again, I knew the tofu would not reheat well, but the flavor was very good!). Will definitely return many times to restock on favorites and try new items, and to purchase meals for new moms or people recovering from illnesses.
