Cheapest gasoline in the island. We will literally go out of our way just to get gas from here!
Consistently has the best gas prices around! It's worth the drive to shop and get gas at the same time. Interestingly enough, on a number of occasions, I've noticed that the Costco Honolulu gas prices are higher than this location.
Even though I live out on Schofield this is the first time I have been to this Costco for fuel. Usually I go to the one in Kapolei for shopping and fuel (much less crowded, much easier parking). But, I was nearly home and now that the Schofield gas at Foote gate is closed for renovations I gave it a go. I think they have nine lane and they were moving quickly. The attendant was hilarious and he agreed to a picture but said it had to be from the side. He wasn't ready for his full-on Yelp debut LoL! People were in and out, the pump areas were clean and we were out in a jiffy. This was a painless, easy experience and the price point was the best I have seen on island. I count this as win!
Great savings on da Island, not quite as good as the Costco Honolulu where they have the electronic green or red signs at 3-pump stations to id open or occupied pumps. Best prices and optional handicap pumping service at the honk of your horn.
Happiness is a tank full of gas that doesn't cost you to give up your road trip. I've stayed away from Costco gas as I'd use the same amount of gas saved just for the drive and wait time which was quite insane. Fast forward a couple of years ago when I got a Groupon opportunity to receive a huge discount on a club membership and having a new job near downtown made it only a few minutes drive made it much more convenient indeed! Now I do admit being grateful to make that early decision to have this way to save the line really isn't that bad depending on the time you decide to fill, weekdays (4:30am - 10:30pm) and weekends (4:30am - 8:30pm) so there's lots of time to fill up because I do love my car and a/c lol!! Thank you!!
I'm shocked at the price increases but since I've only been filling up every three months I guess I shouldn't be. I'm a fan of Costco Gas Stations as we all know the savings are huge. If I had a bigger car I'd really be raking in the savings. If you go at non peak times it's a fast in and out....no so much before and after work or around lunch. Im glad this Costco location put in the extra set of pumps and the upper lights to let you know another car has moved away from a forward pump. If you don't catch it the pump assistant will wave you forward. They also put in a second entry for the people coming off Nimitz to enter instead of having to come from Dillingham. I don't go into the store anymore as I've been using instacart for my home shopping needs but going to or from town this is a convenient place to fill up. The gas station requires you wear a mask at all times and I have issues with the payment format but that me. This is a great way to fill your tank, save some money and move on to the next task. This location's gas prices are 5¢ a gallon more for regular or premium than at the Waipio or Kapolei locations. No clue why but it is. I'm not complaining as if I'm in Waipio I just fill up there.
Not completely up to date It's your typical Costco gas station. Cheap prices includes long lines no matter what time you come in. This Costco station and SAM Club Gas station (I know you read that review) have one thing in common. They both do not accept digital cards. Unlike the Kapolei Costco where there's a scanner to read your phone, you have to get an attendant to slide their card into the pump for use. Overall four stars, cheap fuel means long lines but if you're in the area anyway might as well take advantage of it. Now excuse me, Dragon's lair is close by. M
(Living w/Covid Series) Getting ready for Hurricane Douglas, I knew I wanted to top off my car. As most CostCo Gas stations are crazy during the day when the store is open, I try to fill up in the evening after dinner. Its very fortuitous that CostCo Gas stations are open quite a bit later than the store. Coming back home to town from my parent's house in Mililani, CostCo Gas in Waipio was on the way. After dinner there was no line, even on Saturday. Masks are required when you are out of the car. Quick in, quick out. As much as I like this location, it is out of my way unless I'm visiting Mililani. But I will repeat and recommend!
For the past 2 months we've been pingpong within this area, and every time we are out almost out of gasoline & came by to check the line it is not busy most of the time. And yes, we love it! Who won't anyway? (insert smirk face) Two pumps only with several lines. No problem. We so love fueling baby black/baby white in here coz it is so convenient & more organize to other location(s). And because of Covid-serye it is more manageable in here and no stress at all. Few cars are out and it's simply just organized. Haha. I have only used this Costco Gas Station a few times but both times it was a positive experience. The lines are not bad at all compared to other locations and moves pretty quickly. Today 4/22/20 regular gas was $2.29 per gallon and premium was $2.49, not sure when gas has been this cheap. The location is convenient, pretty much attached to the parking lot of the Costco which is nice. Today during this COVID19, the attendants were wiping down the pumps on a regular basis, that was nice to see. Costco is taking this pandemic seriously and as a customer we appreciate the attention to detail. If you use the Costco Citi Visa Card you get 4% back on your first $7000 which is a great deal. I wish I lived closer so I could use this location on a regular basis. Stay safe everyone!
Thank you VERY MUCH Costco! It has been a long wait. Finally Ethanol FREE gas!! Good because: Ethanol is bad for your car (especially older engines). Ethanol is less energy dense, so worse mpg. Ethanol absorbs water, so your gas tank is more likely to rust on the inside. Ethanol only benefits corn farmers, since they receive govt. subsides. Costco is doing the right thing, especially for boat owners. Reliability and safe operation is important in the ocean, good fuel makes a difference.
Probably the cheapest gas on the island! Lines are long but it goes kinda fast. Attendant is there if you need help. Always clean and bright!
7/17/2019: Premium Gasoline $3.159/Gallon We're not usually out in the Central O'ahu neighborhoods but whenever we happen to be out here, we'll check out this gas station. What we like about this Costco gasoline station are the multiple lines with at 2 gasoline pumps per line (yes, the Iwilei location has 3 pumps per line) and the lines seem to be better organized or move faster because this station shares the property as its Costco store. Today, the lines at around 1:25PM were virtually non-existent as we turned into the station and had our pick of all lines. Some of the gasoline pumps were being used while others were empty. We drove right into a lane with no one waiting and began filling up. Bottom line: CHEAP Gasoline and little to no wait time. If you happen to be out in the Waipio neighborhood, have a Costco membership and need inexpensive gasoline... you should go here.

Saturday mornings at the Costco Waipio the lines are not as long as Iwilei Costco of course, Although the prices of Gasoline haven't gone down yet . Smaller gas pumps only 2 cars at a time compared to 3 cars . Kapolei is also 2 cars at a time but Kapolei prices is lower than the other locations. read more
Located in Waipio. It is BUSY!! The flow of cars are slow as there were only 2 pumps in each lane. You can use your Costco app to scan your membership card. You can also tap or use your phone to pay. Gas is 4.89 for super Definitely a better price than at the outside gas stations read more

Hubs is a true fan so we fill up gas for our cars here. He is always comparing gas prices and sticks to his guns that Costco Gas is the cheapest. I hear on the news that on Fridays they announce a random gas station location has a really good deal for the day. Wonder how that compares price wise to Costco. But for the time being, be prepared to wait with the rest of the cars in line so that you can self service and fill 'er up on your own. Helps to know which side of the pump you should line up for so you don't have to stretch that hose up and over to your gas tank. Only catch, you gotta be a Costco member to swipe in then use your card of choice to pay. After that if it's your thing you can join the other customers at the food and drink windows or head on over to the nearest and newest eatery posting so you can check in later add a review for YELP. Time to gas up and go. read more
This is the only gas station I go to because it's the cheapest on the island and convenient. It is also about 5 cents cheaper per gallon than the iwilei costco. Best to go before or after Costco is open or you gotta wait in a long line of cars. read more
I don't usually come here to put gas, but when i am in the area or right down the road at Kaiser i will stop to put gas here. It seems like the line are shorter here than in Kapolei. Either shorter or it's faster. I love going to Costco for gas because it's cheap! Cheaper than any where else on the island. read more

I haven't quite figured out the right time to visit... seems to always be busy. Early morning, lunch time, right before closing, middle of the week, it doesn't matter. Lines are always long even with the amount of pumps they have. Gas pumps are for Costco members only and it's the closest location to me so I frequent this station most. Prices seem to be at least 10 cents or more, cheaper than other gas stations. I really have no problems when I visit, just the long lines... read more
Typically the most affordable gas on the island. Lines can be long but with the upgrades to the pumps, it moves pretty fast. Located a the Costco in Waipio, this location for gas is not as crazy as town and is a lot easier to get to. Lines aren't out to the street since the gas station is on the same property as the warehouse. read more
Seems like the lines are shorter here (than in town) and that there are less people? I just drove right up to an empty pump on a Friday at 11:15 am. FYI. $3.839 for regular on 9-19-14. Convenient. ..economical...reliable. ..service is available if you need it! Aloha! read more
Sunday filling up gas this afternoon was pretty busy. I'm assuming everyone is getting ready glee the work week..... and the lovely traffic. Anyway, there's really no rocket science to this review. I appreciate they offer probably the lowest gas prices on Oahu even when compared to the ones on base. Today unfortunately the premium was priced at $3.75 per gallon. Considering I have a V8, I put a good amount. Overall, putting gas is usually a drag but paying a lower price isn't!! read more
