Finding myself in Waipahu for a reason…read more.. After visiting a nearby business and days and days and daeaaaays of rain I basically can't see outside my window even after squeegee washing my windows...it was time. Poof I see a self serve car wash called "isle wash" right beside Aloha Island Mart and decided to give it a try, no lines no fuss just me and my ride lol! With three types of wash to choose from I just chose the cheapest at $13 was still a bit high for a self serve I thought but I'm not doing this in the hot sun so here we go! Yes it's the basic wash all with a touch of a button and credit card the process was fast and easy. Did it get all my grimy dirt off my ride...yup but not all the water...infact that was the worse part and is a good thing I do carry a microfiber towel at all times so I pulled into a nearby parking lot and towel dried my car top to bottom...I probably should've gone on the freeway fast lane then have done that lol!! Though I do love the convenience and it did what I needed to get done. Thank you!

They close at 1:30 to 2 PM for lunch. So I decided to do some shopping, to pass for 30 minutes I had to wait. Now that I'm thinking of it is not so bad to go to one place to get the things you need and pick up your prescription all in one place. They opened probably at 2 PM and I was obviously the first one in line. I got my things and left. But Clark was super friendly and it wasn't simple and easy transaction.

She won't serve me and yelled at telling me to get out of in front of her cash register and go all the way to the back of the line. I explained to her that nobody was here when I arrived and I was first in line. She then yelled at me told me to get out of the line. There were 5 other witness behind me that heard everything. So I went to another register and ask for her name. Ms. May rudely shouted across with a sassy remark. The store pharmacy supervisor should fire her. From now on I will not buy anything from this pharmacy until she is terminated.

Friday, and I needed gasoline... So that I could get home safely... I pulled out my trusty Hele app and thought that I would get 25 cents off of the posted gasoline price, but I was only given 10 cents off, which was the cash price. I questioned the cashier. She was so patient and nice about explaining that the extra 15 cents per gallon is awarded on weekends. Really? I pointed out that Saturday was one hour away. She made a sad face... like she felt my pain... Luckily, I didn't fill the tank all the way up. I told her that I'd return on Saturday... And I did! Yay! I got my 25 cents off per gallon the next day! Hahaha!

It's funny how these little adult decisions become so exciting. The world is our oyster, we get to decide what color trash cans we want, what store we shop at, and how much we're willing to spend based on our budget. This is adulting, y'all! As for trash bags, Walgreens is my go-to because they're so affordable. Unfortunately, tonight my shopping trip got cut short because they were doing maintenance on the lights. The machinery was incredibly loud, and it started giving me a headache, so I couldn't browse every aisle like I usually do. That was definitely a bummer. I will say, though, I enjoyed checking out the alcohol prices. I'm currently putting together a mini bar cart for my room, and Walgreens has some really good prices on their mini bottles. I'm looking forward to comparing prices at Longs Drugs, Foodland, and Costco before I finish stocking it. I'll definitely be back, as always, Walgreens. Went into the Walgreens in Wahiawa to update my passport photo and was reminded how wild it is what…read morejust a couple of years can change. I also completely forgot all the passport photo rules -- no earrings, hair pushed back and tucked behind your ears, no smiling... basically come in like you're taking a prison photo. Amber helped me and she was honestly so fun, like chatting with a girlfriend. We had a few laughs and she made the whole thing feel easy instead of awkward. I was greeted right away when I walked in, everything was explained clearly, and I was in and out in about 15 minutes I'd definitely recommend this Walgreens for passport photos.
