I had my service dogs paperwork on me as I always do and informed her that the question that she had asked me is not part of the federal and state guidelines of the ADA, she actually asked a question which is not allowed to be asked, if she asked me "is this a service dog needed for a disability?" Then I would have been fine as that is one of the two questions which are legally permitted by the ADA.

After about 5 minutes, the Physician called me back for the shot. The Physician was very kind and asked which arm would I prefer the shot. She did let me know I may feel some pain for a few days which made me get the shot in my right arm, if not, I may have chosen the left arm. As she performed the preparation and administered the shot, she explained everything she was doing. She told me what I may feel afterwards like flu like symptoms.
