Frequently use walgreens photo processing center. I always order my photos through the Walgreens app. It's convenient, quick and easy to do. I like the fact it's the same day pick up. My order is normally ready within an or less. Be sure to apply any discount codes to your order for additional savings. However, Customer service NEEDS improvement. Many times going to pickup my photos there's a wait. Employees passing through and NOT acknowledged of my existence, greeted or asked if I need assistance as I wait. I will add that I'll continue to use this service for the same day pick & convince of having photos printed as I need it. read more

This Walgreens is the worst. I didn't even bother taking pictures. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but the service here was non existent. I tried to present a gift card to a cashier who obviously needed help because she didn't know how to direct me to redeeming an electronic gift card. She proceeded to ask her coworker who was standing beside her and all she could say was "no, we don't manually enter gift cards." I obviously didn't know how to redeem an electronic gift card through the Bilt App and no service was offered. You're better off going to another location for drug store needs. read more

Photo customer service sucks!!! Management need to FIRE all of them. There were multiple instances where the customer service is not giving. They can't even give the basic customer service.! I only encountered one good service out of all the times I come here for my photo pick ups and it was from an older women who seemed experienced!!! All the young girls need to be fired asap!! Today, short hair girl by her ears, glasses, very skinny was chewing her nasty gum while talking to customers. Then she takes long to look for photo and get the nerve to ask me when I put my Order in? When clearly it was ready in the AM and I was there in the PM. Well over 5 hours for someone to print one 8x10 photo. Now after she service me, she gets the nerve to rip my receipt. I reported her to management for her bad service. Look at my ripped receipt. Another occasion, There was another incident where another woman put a wrong picture in my photo envelope. It was an 8x10 ugly black cat of someone's cat. Had to go back and there was already a long line. Didn't bother waiting and just asked the lady to get my correct photo. Then she proceeds to say "oh that's where that photo went" when clearly she had put it in the wrong envelope. On another occasion, There was also another incident where I came in in May time frame. Assuming that my Photo was ready since I ordered in morning and usually It is ready by late afternoon. Mind you this was a same day pick up order. NOPE. Their excuse was "we are busy since it's grad season so they are backed up"' like okay how is that my problem. I came to pick up since I had to go to UPS and I was already in the area. Least she could do was ask me to wait 5 mins so she could print it out? Nope not only that. Just get turned away. By the time I got home I get a message saying photo is ready? Like wtf??! Coulda just assisted me. There was no line too. Absolutely unacceptable experience this morning. I went into this location around 8:30am just to load my card. There was a local customer in front of me who handed the cashier a $100 bill, and she did NOT run his money through the counterfeit machine. When it was my turn, she immediately ran my $100 bill through the machine. The difference? I'm not a local and I'm a Black male. I calmly pointed out the inconsistency and said something about it. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the cashier laughed it off. I then asked to speak with the manager. The manager came over, sided with the cashier, and when I clearly stated that this felt like racial profiling, he got loud with me instead of de-escalating or taking the concern seriously. So let me get this straight--after being treated differently based on who I am, the response from management is to raise their voice at the customer? That's how Walgreens handles concerns about discrimination? This was embarrassing, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Customer service at the pharmacy leaves much to be desired. The drive through is almost never open. I started a new injectable medication. I asked if they could show me how to use it (pharmacies should have a sample injectable pen to use and model). The answer I got was, "The instructions are in the box. If you have questions, go ask your prescribing doctor." Really sad customer service. I only come here, because it's the closest pharmacy to my house. Late night and a delimma... My bestie's mom and the family is in town to celebrate the joy we're blessed to have her in our lives, though not physically with us she lives in our hearts every single day. As we start to celebrate that bright smile and joy she brough to us mom asked for help with creating something to celebrate her and off I go to search and scan the internet and came up with a great idea that I've been working on for a few days. Mom loved it though it was still a work in progress for many reasons but the end result is something I'm just so proud of. After spending the afternoon with her and catching up at 8pm she asks where can we print this...hmmm in Kapolei/Ewa the options was limited especially at this time of night and as we searched myself on Yelp we really didn't come up with much and decided to pull in to a nearby Shopping Center to recollect and saw this huge red sign "Walgreens" WALGREENS! I said we can go here. Using the computer to upload and see the options we had we decided on printing as picture 4X6 which is 0.40 each and it was a breeze once done it told us 630am the following day which is fine with us and when we talked to a staff about it we were told it was an automatic timing the computer did considering it was late but he told us that he can do it for us right now. So excited mom was just almost in tears just looking at my creation and left relaxed and ready to celebrate the precious life! Thank you! read more

The pharmacist, young girl named "Anastasia" was very clearly irritated, had the sassiest tone and insisted my medicine was sent to the mainland by MY doctor. Hm that's weird i've been coming here for years with the same doctor and same medicine and all of a sudden they sent it to the mainland! Haven't been there! She meant to say it was shipped IN from the mainland. Addressed her as sister and said "MY NAME NOT SISTER ITS ANASTASIA" Lord have mercy. The pharmacy employees are trash. Rude. Condescending. Immature. They lack anything to do with good service. They lied about accepting a particular insurance and acted completely ignorant about the insurance provider. After being treated so rudely trying to get my questions answered I left without a prescription. However, after a simple google search I was able to see my insurance indeed was accepted by walgreens and they were just blowing a bunch of smoke up my a$$, giggling to each other about it. I like how I can get my meds via drive through. Lately, the drive through window has always been down, either for repair, not enough staff or whatever. I went in to take my passport photo at around 1pm and one of the staff said that another would be back in 20 minutes when 4 other staff were standing around. I like coming to this location because they seem to have some interesting items on sale. Store was clean and organized. I like to check out their clearance items as well as their makeup and beauty items. Lots of items such as snacks, toys, school supplies and so much more. We tend to buy random items at this location when we are in the area. Plenty of parking in front and around the store. The drive thru pharmacy is towards the back side. They good orange clearance tag items if you catch them early enough. read more

29 November 2020 For all your needs - pictures, pharmacy, popcorn, and many more items! Walgreens is convenient. The store has everything you didn't even think you need. I think it is the location and hours that keeps it operational. It is a bit pricey compared to other similar stores but, there are always promotions and sales, especially for balance rewards program members. On this particular occasion, I went to have pictures printed. Prints are cheap; it is only $0.39 each to print 4x6 pictures. That is another cool feature about Walgreens. All I have to do is sit at the kiosk, select the method I want to print pictures from, browse my pictures, make edits as necessary, and print the size I want. There are even options to add festive boarder and text on the pictures before printing. I don't know if adding borders cost additional money since I did not use that feature. I had one picture on my phone that I needed to print. I didn't think to take the cord with me. Luckily, they have all sorts of cords available. JR who was behind the Photo counter when I arrived helping another customer, was very helpful. He assisted me by providing me with the correct cord. He didn't even get agitated when I accidentally told him the wrong type of cord my phone uses. Also, when I was done submitting my pictures to be printed, according to the notifiation on the kiosk screen, it was an estimated two hour wait. But, because it was a small job, he said he would print them right away. That took all of 5 minutes. He then rung up my order and checked me out. One thing I did not like was that the kiosk 'downloaded' 500 pictures. All I needed was one picture but, I had to give access to my entire camera. I wish they had the option to select only the picture(s) I needed. I guess the good thing is that it does not store the pictures and once your session ends, the other pictures are not saved. However, I can see that going eerily wrong!! read more

I used to like this store for timely prescription refills and for painless flu shots. Hate to say this, but service has been going down, mainly for prescription refills. Three times I've gotten 'prescrption delayed- medication out of stock' on the app, and all the while my meds are down to less than 8 or 5 doses. 1/11/26 around 11:30 am. The photo area is so disorganized. The employees are rude with poor customer service. I'm not surprised of the poor reviews for the location. Obviously no changes have been made. I waited patiently behind two other customers at the photo pickup. No employees were there until a lady employee came over from the regular line registers. She helped one customer with their photos by checking him out at the regular register. As I waited behind a customer waiting to get a passport photo, a male employee came to help him. I was next to be helped when another male customer stood behind me at the photo pickup and waited for about 10 minutes. I was still waiting when that customer behind me went into the regular line for help. Although the lady employee saw me standing at the photo pickup counter, she never acknowledged me. The lady employee ended up helping him instead as I waited watching this unfold. She told the male customer that he had to go back to photo area. I called out to the lady employee to ask where are we supposed to wait for help with photo pickup up. She acknowledged the wait is where I've been waiting for now 15 minutes. But continued to help the customer who then was instructed to go back the photo pickup as I still waited to be helped. Another employee who just came from the back was told to finish helping the male customer. This review is for the vaccination at the pharmacy only. As I indicated previously I have to go here for my meds. Because I was picked up a medication I decided to have my tetanus shot at the same time. My mistake. I called a day before and was told if I came as a walk in they would definitely see me but the wait might be long if there were people who did have appointments. So I told her I would make an appointment. Unfortunately she said their computer was going through glitches so I would have to go on line myself. Okay, I did sign up for the first opening at 9:30. I arrived a few minutes earlier and found there were three people ahead of me. But I figured they were probably walk ins cause who would allow four appointments for the same time slot. Same computer glitch, they didn't have a record of the form I filled out when I made the appointment on the computer but they did have my appointment. I had to fill out a paper form. Then waited. They took Mr. Brown before me (did he have an appointment?) waited some more. Then they took an individual who had some kind of problems with his medication because he took a lot of time with the clerk who eventually said after talking to the pharmacist they could take him and so he filled out forms (which he said he filled out on the computer) --glitches. I decided to get my medication and so stood in that line. The pharmacist took that guy while I was in line and gave him his shot. After him, it was finally my turn. My appointment was 9:30, I left at 10:22. Almost an hour. Ridiculous. There was also a woman who came after me and filled out her form and waited, only to be told that she would have to come back because they didn't have the medication she needed. She was nice about it and said she would return the next day. Hope she gets seen right away. Next time I need to take my shots (flu, Covid booster etc) it will definitely be elsewhere. read more

This review is for the photo department. Bra, these guys always have hard time helping. I placed a few orders and they always "misplace" them and have to reprint or the prints come out bad on the first print then the re-print it's good. The employees also take super long to get anything done, at least in my past few experiences. There is a long list of excuses from "system was done" to "this isn't usually my department." The opening hours of the pharmacy are 0900. Employees arrived and opened at 0910. As someone who works in healthcare, the customer service was poor. Employees shouldn't be opening late, especially at the hour of 0900, and if they do, they should apologize to their customers. While waiting to be called up the phone was ringing, they answered it and said, "thank you for calling Walgreens, please hold" and immediately slammed the phone down. When I was called up they didn't apologize for the wait. While waiting in the waiting area, the employees were talking about their customers. This should not be in an area where others can hear you. Lastly, the chairs in the lobby need to be updated as these are very worn out, not able to be properly sanitized due to the material, and dirty. read more

I just tried to print a document at Walgreens ewa beach location and the "manager Kristian" without even reviewing my documents... rudely said that they can't print medical documents and I proceeded to inform him that it was not a medical paper in any form and the document has absolutely nothing to do with anything medical related and he , again, without even looking advised me me "that under HIPAA laws we can't print that document here". Again, without even looking at my document. Same document was printed many times in different Walgreens locations without any problem.
